"Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. We were greeted by Sarah and Matthew who were some of the kindest souls I have met. They made checking in and unloading a breeze, which is a huge statement because I have two toddlers under 2 y/o. I’ve seen reviews of people complaining about the (optional) $30 daily valet parking, but I would much rather prefer having our car parked somewhere safe and also having the opportunity to come and go as I please. The breakfast was delicious. For sure the best hotel breakfast. I’m not a morning nor a breakfast person, but for the first time ever I was eager to get up to early to eat their breakfast. The hotel is beautiful. You can literally look at the Alamo as you’re downstairs eating breakfast. And of course the river walk is right down the street (about 2 minutes walking distance) Great location, great service. We have annual Seaworld passes, so We’ll be staying here every time we come to San Antonio."

"We stayed here for three nights. Our room was nice and clean, the bed was quite comfortable. The room also came with a TV but it was a bit dated and did make a buzz noise sometimes but it wasn't a major issue. The room also had a coffee maker. There is a pool which you can use till 10pm, small BBQ and cold drink vending machine onsite. It's about a 20 minute walk to downtown and a 10 minute walk to "The Pearl" area where a few nice new restaurants are located close to the river. There wasn't any close by convenience stores through, so any snacks should be bought while in town. Overall I would recommend this place, my only issue is there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign for the room. Housekeeping walked in on my partner after he just got out of the shower as they didn't hear him yell "No Thanks". "

"First off, for the money, this was an AMAZING value. The beds were overall comfy and I liked the pillows. Water pressure was overall good and got warm really quick. The room had a microwave and fridge which was great. The location of the hotel was very close to the center of SA and not much of a pain to get to and from. Now the negative: There was a few, small stains on the bedding and a small patch of crystal-like crusts on the edge of a sheet. (Think rock candy that got stuck to bedding.) The remote didn't work for the TV, but of course, we could have asked for new batteries and just didn't. Last, the floors were very filthy. After I got out of the shower I only walked across the floor to get my shoes and when I was putting them on realized how dirty my feet were. Taking ALL this into consideration, the staff was nice, the place was not far from the center of SA, and for the money, it's worth it! I would just recommend using socks or shoes when walking around."

"The convenience of four a.m. shuttles to the airport is my favorite thing about the hotel so far. One day I would like to get there early enough to enjoy the evening snacks, and stay long enough to enjoy the breakfast and pool. "

"Pros- Short 5 min walking distance to the Alamodome. (We attended an event) Clean, spacious, AC worked great. Easy and fast check in and checkout. Cons- traffic was quite loud due to the fact that the Alamodome had an event and people were walking and driving around that area. However, it didn’t bother us one bit. We did hear the train early in the morning since it’s just down the street but it’s not a big deal. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we will stay again. "
