Built in 1684 and family-owned since 1904, this small baroque palace is only a few minutes’ walk from the State Opera, the Hofburg Imperial Palace and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. All rooms at the Schlosshotel Römischer Kaiser are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a laptop-sized safe and a mini-bar. Coffee is also available in the lobby, 24 hours a day. A rich breakfast buffet is available from 07:00 to 11:00 and breakfast can also be consumed in the privacy of your room. Palatial atmosphere with modern amenities. Plus; great rooms, large , beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Fab bathroom Versace -designed. Friendly staff, good atmosphere, centrsl location Tip: make sure to get the junior suite. The standard rooms are in the recently added top floor which don’t have the same palatial ferl. Worth the extra$. Minus: the breakfast room is charming but rather small. The choice at the breakfast bar is underwhelming. But you can order delights from the kitchen. All in all a very positive experience

Our stay in the Best Western Premier was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean. It is very close to the city centre.

Cet hôtel est une agréable surprise. Certes, le prix est un peu élevé mais cela reste correct au vu des prestations qui y sont données. L'accueil est chaleureux, la décoration est soignée (période de Noël). Le petit déjeuner, contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire, est copîeux et très bon (le café est excellent). Les chambres sont joliment décorées et avec goût (merci pour le petit sapin illuminé dans la chambre). La salle de bain est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous y retournerons.

L'hotel è molto vicino al centro, non ha parcheggio, ma a poche centinaia di metri c'è un parcheggio pubblico coperto a 20€ al giorno. Lo stile è superclassico, forse un po' datato, ma comunque la struttura è tenuta molto bene. Camere con stucchi dorati, specchi... Bagno forse un po' piccolino. Ottima colazione con scelta di frullati freschi fatti in casa (ottimo la mela+carota+arancia+ginger). Personale super gentile

当初选在市中心就是贪图方便，出门去哪里都近，酒店位置略不引人注目，需要仔细观察才可以找到入口。 房间也是比较古典的风格，清洁程度各方面都挺满意。 当中还闹了一个小插曲，同行的伙伴把门把手不小心拽下来了，进不去房间了....前台小哥找人来修修了好久....大家都有点哭笑不得。
