Double-Six Luxury Hotel Seminyak
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"By far this is the best hotel I stayed at in Seminyak for many reasons - Very friendly, pro, good communication and respectful staff - There isn’t anything they don’t know. They will do their best to make the guest happy - Pool is very clean and pool water doesn’t smell bad like other - The hotel in general is very clean and well organized. Very safe as well - The open air club at the rooftop is fantastic and the classic lounge at the fifth floor is great place - Breakfast selection is great and they even make anything you might not find on the menu upon request - Rooms are very big and very tidy. The Hermès amenities were very great Long story short, I have been to Bali 5 times and this is by far the best hotel I have been to. "

The Trans Resort Bali
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"Stayed here our first 5 nights in Bali. Premier room was very clean and had a view of the pool and other hotel rooms (so be aware other people can see into your room). Staff very friendly. Breakfast fantastic eggs Benedict and lovely coffee. Advise using Gojek (Indo Uber) as can get cheaper taxi and airport transfer (half price). Rooftop bar great for a happy hour sunset cocktail. We had Bali belly stomach problem first 2 days and hotel nurse helped us with some medicine. Hotel restaurant in evening is ok, nothing special and there are lots of great restaurant close to the hotel in Seminyak. "

IZE Seminyak
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"Located at Eat street, this chic & new age design hotel is one of the best In Seminyak! There are plenty of good restaurants, spa & shops!!! We are spoiled with choices! Our rooms are spacious, clean & bright! With complimentary mini bar, it certainly bring smile on our faces. The hotel staff are all very well trained, friendly & helpful. Breakfast is yummy. Apart from the breakfast buffet, we get to select continental breakfast with choice of eggs, egg Benedict or Japanese set. Thumbs up for this! There is a gym & 2 pools. One of level 1 & another beautiful pool on roof & pool bar. This is a great place to chill out, have a drink & swim. We love the place & will definitely come back. We highly recommend IZE Seminyak hotel if you love quick access to food, shops & spa. The only negative point is there is a 24hr restaurants facing the hotel & they have live band blasting loud music. If you are light sleeper, request for a quiet room at the back of the house."

Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach

"my stay with indigo has been really awesome and i would highly recommended it to all as the service from the start to the end of my stay there was impeccable. i had a great time staying there with all the facilities available from A to Z. its a bit of a distant from the main stretch of street but hey, its bali. everybody needs a bit of walking. View is great, the swimming pool is always inviting. their food choices are great but personally i think it could've been better with the taste. but nevertheless, this is one of the best hotel i've stayed in so far. cheers to indigo seminyak hotel!"

Kanvaz Village Resort Seminyak
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"Initially we were planning to stay in Ubud and southern part of Bali. But after a research I found out that Seminyak is a quite lively are for young people. We decided to stay at Kanvaz hotel because of a few things: 1. It's new!!! 2. Location is amazing - lot's of cafe and restaurants are a few steps away 3. Hotel had really good reviews We absolutely enjoyed this hotel! It is indeed brand new, very stylish and comfortable rooms, gorgeous lobby/lounge area, it has a stunning pool ( rooms on the ground floor have a direct access to the pool), all the staff is very helpful polite and professional, service is great - whatever you ask for you get it in a heart beat, the mini bar is complimentary and if you want to refill it you'll pay some charge, free toiletries and free bikes that you can use while you stay in the hotel. Oh, and their coffee is absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Seminyak! "

Astagina Resort Villa and Spa
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"We absolutely LOVED our stay at Astagina! This hotel is located about 20m inside one of the main roads. It isn't a long walk at all, and we appreciated the fact that it meant the hotel rooms are shielded from the hustle and bustle of the town but still allowing you to be at the centre of all the excitement. Upon our arrival we were promptly served with a cool refreshing fruit cocktail as we checked in and waited for our bags to be brought up. We loved the lovely Balinese decorated balcony outside our room which was nice to sit out when it cooled down at night. The room was lovely - the bed especially! It was super fluffy and huge, we slept like babies every single night that we were there. There are also loads of channels, including international pay TV if that's what you're into. Despite being quite close to a main road we could not hear a thing from the roads. A plus point about this great location meant that you were treated to a private oasis away from the business of Seminyak but still close enough (10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the tourist shops and restaurants) that you could still enjoy the best of both worlds. The pool was also very pleasant, with the staff super accommodating at the pool bar. The cocktails we had were also super yummy. Note - if you bring food into the room, make sure you put it in the fridge. Not sure if this was just Bali in general or if there were anything that could be done, we had a small packet of chips with the tops folded over and that attracted a few ants in our room and one or two on the bed. Maybe we should have known than to leave food not sealed and should have put it in the fridge. No worries after we threw that away and kept all our food in the fridge after. LOVED most things about this fantastic hotel and would recommend it to ANYONE coming to Seminyak, you won't regret it! "

The Seiryu Villas
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"Pros: Located around the heart of Seminyak, it is just steps away from boutique shops and some warung restaurants. However, prices of those boutique goods are roughly the same if not even higher than Singapore. Great villa with all amenities you can expect from all 5 star hotels. Pool is nice but a little small. Fantastic design with large living room, small garden for sun tanning and a kitchen equipped with basic hardware for cooking simple dishes coupled with utensils. Spoiled for choice on the TV programs available as there's simply too many. Friendly and efficient butler and staff whom will try to fulfill all requests. My partner celebrated her birthday there and they manage to decorate our bed and provide us a birthday cake with 4 of their staff sending it to our villa. Superb Japanese and American breakfast with moderate portions coupled with fresh fruits every breakfast that will keep you full till noon. High walls that give privacy, good for couples who are on a honeymoon trip. Cons: Water supply cut off twice during midnight. Was told there were some issues pertaining to the pump or something. It caused quite a great deal of inconvenience and it took them roughly 10 to 15 minutes to get them back on EACH TIME. Security guard outside wasn't professional enough as he mingled with those workers nearby and allow them to sit outside the villa and was seen chit chatting and smoking with them when we came back from our itinerary. Overall, a decent stay and would recommend any couple if they are visiting Seminyak."

Alila Seminyak
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"The Alila definitely holds a coveted position as the most grand hotel in Seminyak. The entrance is a 5min golf cart ride away (they provide a 24hr shuttle service to the street entrance, which is right in the heart of downtown Seminyak). It sits right on an incredibly beautiful beach. There are amazing pools, great service, a spa and gym onsite. Everything you could need in a resort getaway, but with the convenience of being in the heart of a town with amazing food and shopping. Definitely take the time to leave the resort to dine at Mamasan and Sangsaka. "

U Paasha Seminyak Hotel
Seminyak,Seminyak - View on map
"It is hard to fault the U Paasha Seminyak Hotel. Located bang in the middle of Jalan Laksamana it's a perfect place for everyone, near all the top restaurants and best shopping in Bali. The pool was very nice, located on the roof with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The rooms were nice and modern with large bathrooms, comfortable beds, good TVs with a lot of different channels in all languages. Breakfast was good, a large buffet spread with all the essentials. Wouldn't say it was great, but it was certainly good enough. My only problem was the wifi signal was not great in the rooms, and the staff failed to provide us with additional adapters for our plug sockets. These are problems I could live with however, as the internet signal was strong in communal areas. I would definitely go back. "

More about Seminyak

Seminyak leads southern Bali in terms of style. It overflows with fashionable restaurants and lounges backed by exclusive five-star resorts. This sophisticated community lights up after hours, when tourists from across Southern Bali show up for the world-renowned club scene. The Honorary Consulate of Brazil is also here.

By day, Seminyak Beach is quiet and relaxed. Anyone based in Seminyak accommodation can spend the day sunbathing or exploring the community’s first-rate art galleries. Seminyak has plenty of excellent options for lunch, too, including Gado Gado, Mykonos Greek taverna and Bali Deli. Daytime activities range from horseback riding on the beach to surfing.

Trendy boutiques are popular by day. Beachwear and high fashion abound, with plenty of locally designed clothing and accessories in the mix. Handicrafts also flourish – especially batik. It would take days of shopping to look through every boutique in Seminyak.

In the evening, an exclusive atmosphere settles in. Gourmet French cuisine prevails in acclaimed fine-dining restaurants including the Living Room and Kare Warison, but there are plenty of other options. Khaima features Moroccan fare and belly dancers, while Bracio serves tapas. Ultra-hip champagne and cigar bars like Kudeta and Hu’ui are perfect for after-dinner drinks.

And then the nightlife picks up. Luxury hotels in Seminyak host elegant lounges and clubs where well-dressed dancers convene on a nightly basis. Seminyak has a niche for every brand of partier, with everything from salsa to techno.
