Pro and cons”
Pro: The location is strategic (easily to reach after you reach the top and near to go to exit road). Have free parking in front of the hotel. The receptionist is available for 24 hours. The staff is helpful. The hotel provide a lift. Easy for a morning walk. The price normally included breakfast. Breakfast is varied (reasonable with the price). There is an ATM beside the hotel and few shops (including souvenir’s shop). The room is spacious. There are few massage chairs (have to pay) available in the hotel lobby. Cons: It’s an old hotel. So can’t expect too much. The room uses an old carpet and blanket. Abit smelly inside the room. Iron available outside the room. If you are looking for a reasonable price with a good breakfast, this hotel should be on your list. I will choose this hotel only for an overnight stay. If you want to spend most of your time in the hotel room, this hotel is not recommended to you.

Value for money and comfortable.”
The room is old and quite musty, but overall clean. The staffs are really helpful. The breakfast is okay, there are nasi lemak, bihun goreng, bread & butter pudding, porridge with condiments, 2 choices of cereals with milk, coffee & tea, salad and toasts. We also try the nasi ayam berempah during the night and it's recommendable. The WiFi however, is only available in the lobby. My husband use UMobile and he still get coverage in our room, but I use DiGi so nope the yellow guy didn't follow us in our room 😅

Cool view”
The hotel is near to the menara Fraser Hill. The view from my room is cool and really fresh! We ask for the extra bed and we didn’t get the bed only but also the frame bed. The foods is good and the table is comfortable. The parking also easy to find. The only hotel we will book when visit Fraser Hill. There are one cool cafe besides this hotel and the playground for children to play.

Always the first option in Fraser's Hill”
This hotel is always my first choice of accomodation when in Fraser's Hill. It is a well established hotel, located in the center of the town. There is a restaurant available and prices are reasonable. The room given was clean only that , this time around,2 out of 3 power sockets were not functioning. May need to upgrade. Book without doubt.

Great place. Near the town hence near to ATM, shops and restaurants. Facilities are complete, clean and the staffs were kind. Room is good for us as a couple. Recommended.

Nice hotel with breakfast”
We stayed Nov 7 2021 to Nov 9 2021 with 1 year baby. Reception staff friendly and guided. The breakfast as Buffett. We ask vegetarian.. They prepared for us. All visit places, paddock, Allan water and trails are nearby. Better to visit on weekdays for less crowd.

Good hospitality”
We’re stranded in Fraser Hill due to land slide. Shahzan Inn provides us a very good hospitality by giving us low rate stay with free breakfast for two. Location wise is ok as this hotel near to many facilities such as atm and shops. Totally recommended!

I travelled with my sister, so none of the above applied. I often come and I find rooms in Shahzan are spacious and more importantly, the food is good! You can ask for a bird guide and the lounge is lovely for reading.

Exceptional”
Fraser Hill is a peaceful and suitable location for the nature-lover. Minimal development there makes it a very nice place to have a relaxing time, to recharge body and soul. The weather is very nice throughout the year. Day time temperature is around 21-23°C and during night time, it can drop to 17°C. This are our third time here since the last visit in 2018. The location of the hotel is very strategic, at the center of Fraser Hill. Although is it quite an old hotel, but with the price offered, nothing more to be asked for. The breakfast are delicious with a decent selection. We will surely comeback again for another stay.

Walking distance to the Clock Tower, Souvenir Shop, Garden, Café, Kedai serbaneka, hawker stall and Maybank ATM. Ample parking space. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

We had a pleasant stay. Good location, good facilities and good service. Staff are very friendly especially at reception counter. Marvellous breakfast esepcially sambal tumis nasi lemak.

- i booked golf view, request bath tub @ only 137 with breakfast.. - simple menu but very tasty breakfast - old room but clean - friendly staff - easy check in. (early check in 2.15pm) - spacious room - over all very satisfied & woth it..

I love that garden because of the various type of flowers and kids can play the playground. The only con is the carpet in the room felt like "kesat" or didn't wash for months and the balcony is not really clean. If you wanna have a great view of the golf course, if possible please request for 2nd or 3rd floor.
