Zen-based hotel that encourage recycling and prevent wastage. I must highlight that the room is more spacious than other hotel rooms. Had slightly bigger comfortable beds. Staff were very welcoming and many free gifts for guests even just short stay. Had a vast variety of free breakfast as well.
We totally enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Though the hotel is located at the redlight district, neighborhood is peaceful & quiet. Will definitely would love to stay here again. And oh, we love the daily breakfast.
Definitely will come back”
Friendly and caring staff who always in smile face and greeting. Delicious, variety and healthy breakfast. Good location as nearby to train station whether JR or subway. Room is small but equipped with sufficient facility.
Great stay with great breakfast”
Very comfortable stay and location, while a little of a walk to train station, is located very near busy area of Shinjuku with many food options around. Also right next to it is an indoor batting facility :)
Great hotel, at a perfect location and price”
While booking we felt this hotel was very small and were anxious of that. However, 1) the rooms are very well laid out, beds big enough for two grown adults..plus there are ample sockets and even a usb charging port by your bed sids 2) they offer free breakfast to everyone 3) the amenities were excellent and the staff cleans the room every day. They even provide slippers and pjyajma sets. 4) the location is bang within Kabukicho yet there was no noise. The crowd at the hotel too was very good
The staff is friendly and nice. The hotel provide the small gift for the ladies once checked in. The location is good and nearby shinjuku west jr line or train station and there have a lot of foods, mini market, Game Center and attractions place.
Short walk to Shinjuku station and surrounding areas, very convenient. Room a bit small but quite practical and really clean. Free buffet breakfast daily is great and they always taste good. Overall it’s a good stay for us, will definitely stay at Super Hotel again if we come to Tokyo.
The Staff here are amazing and so helpful. Bed was hard but so comfortable to sleep on. Really nice complimantry toiletries given on arrival including face masks, bath salts etc. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Hotel was really clean. Room was very small but most rooms are in Japan and we made it work. Would definitely recommend.
Slight walk to the hotel”
Staff didnt explain detailed to us when we stay like we can get the pillow and robe until we realised everything has gone :'( location is good but u have to walk a lil bit from the station. It is a bit suffer when u having some big luggages. Breakfast provided is ok.
Value for money! ”
I was a bit worried when we heard that the hotel is situated in Kabukicho, which is a red light district. However, I still felt safe walking around the area even at night. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment places. Plus a good few minutes walk from the train. The hotel was spotless and offers breakfast. The room itself doesn’t feel too cramped. We loved the freebies too! That was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the Onsen as we just stayed 2 nights. Will definitely come back!
Hotel is within the Kabukicho red light district. If you are uncomfortable walking to the hotel at night, passing by the clubs and bars, do not book this hotel. This is around 4 blocks from Godzilla. But if you are ok with it then it is a really nice hotel. They serve breakfast and offer free items (facial masks, etc.) for women. Rooms are not that big but we got a nice room with a nice view, convenience store is about 2 or 3 blocks away. You get a free bottle of water (1L) if you don't get your room cleaned.
A little far from the main street but acceptable. Choice of bean pillows and pyjamas for us. A very nice touch. Tiny but cozy room. Breakfast had a good variety. Will certainly come back again if we return.
perfect cute comfort hotel”
they have onzen for you who had fatigue body from travelling, only the size were cute.. highly recommended because everything was too good to forget~ specially their warm breakfast.. very homey and yummy!
Great hotel in Shinjuku, really fun area with lots going on. It’s on the backstreets with all the love hotels but this just adds to the atmosphere - but this is a place for western tourists so no worries there. The breakfast was great, lots of variety (western and Japanese) and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are small and the price for them increases a lot at the weekend. That’s the only bad point, but it was a good, safe, clean place to stay
Decent value for money”
Conveniently located near the lively center of Shinjuku Kabicho. We stayed for 4 nights. Train stations, convenience stores, restaurants, pubs and entertainment outlets are at a walking distance and the hotel is just outside the crowded center of Kabukicho. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly. The included Western breakfast was not our favorite but with so many places to find great food, that was not a problem. The hotel has a natural spa that can be used free of charge but due to time constraints we did not try that. The beds were big enough for a couple but opening a check-in luggage leaves little space in the room. Overall it was clean, pleasantly quiet and yet nearby entertainment, restaurants, street food, pubs and convenient stores. A place we would recommend if staying in Shinjuku Kabukicho.
Nice hotel in a great location”
Was everything we needed for our four day stay in Shinjuku. Really fun area to explore. It’s also close to Shinjuku Station which is on the Yamanote line. That makes getting around Tokyo with a JR pass a breeze.
Great location & well priced. ”
Hotel is new, clean and very well located in the Kabuchiko area. Breakfast was a fun bonus, it was novel experimenting with the unfamiliar Japanese options on the menu. The room is of course very small but that is typical for Tokyo. My partner and I are larger people and found it workable for our three night stay. Would happily stay here again.
Great and efficient as no checkout was required, free products and pillow selection was interesting and helpful. Staff are always friendly, free breakfast was a good add-on but nothing spectacular which was fine given the price paid. Would be helpful to have an additional lift as it could be time consuming having just one with alot of guests at the same time.
Great place to stay very close to the main Shinjuku area”
The hotel room was basic in appearance, but had everything I needed. The staff were lovely. The free breakfast was great, a very wide variety of choices. The hotel is very close to two train stations on the Yamanote line, and easy walking distance to the main area of Shinjuku including Golden Gai.
Value for money, nice & comfy room, will stay again”
Though located in kabukicho ( entertainment & red light district), dont worry, there's nothing outrageous on the streets. Its 10mins walk to Shinjuku station (with lotsa shopping stores through the walk) & ard 8 mins to Gion District, which was great to have a beer late night and walk back (without having to worry about taxi fare). Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even gave us christmas tidbits goodie bag to celebrate xmas haha
