Love this hotel, nice rooms with all the facilities you need. Nothing in the mini-bar, but there's a small supermarket at 200m from the hotel. Very comfortable beds, AC and a fan. Breakfast is a bit disappointing, but overall I would recommend this hotel to everybody

        Friendly Staff”
The staff are very friendly, they will greet you every time they meet you. They are very helpful to introduce the places to visit near by. The room is nice and comfort, that you can really get a good rest after a long day tour. Location is good, within walking distance to Pub Street, and there are some restaurants at same street with the hotel that offer cheaper food.

Everyone is smiling all the time!”
Everyone here will do whatever they can help, and you will always be greeted with a broad smile, they really are the loveliest of people. The room & the hotel was very clean. Location is great, Siem Reap has changed enormously since I was last there 10 years ago, it's expanded and become much busier and with way more facilities and modern shops and supermarkets etc. The hotel is a stones throw from all of this, but the location is nice and quiet, and surrounded by loads of locally run restaurants and cafes, which are all superb... ie if you're looking to hire electric bikes to whizz around the temples yourself, you can't go wrong with Blue Electric Bikes, in the next road!

This hotel was in a great location, near Pub street and the markets but on a quiet street so you can sleep at night. What really makes this hotel is the staff who work here they are so helpful and polite, they will do all they can to help you. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned spotlessly everyday, they also have a wide selection of breakfast and a pool.

Great base for enjoying siem reap and angkor wat”
        location, room style, cheerful management
We booked a deluxe room and loved it. Good size with pleasing decor and well thought out amenities to make your stay comfortable. We were happy to spend time there. Easy walking distance to the central part of siem reap yet quiet enough for a good sleep. The balconies advertised are tiny and not useable (maybe on the third floor they are better - we stayed on the second floor - ask about this). A few problems with the internet router but management was quick to respond and otherwise it worked great. Breakfast was abysmal but we are foodies. Unless you like dishwater oiled coffee you'll be heading elsewhere! You can opt out on the breakfast and save a few bucks on the room price. If you just need something to put in your stomach you're good to go. Enjoy!

        Good breakfast with fast wifi
We loved this room (303 - Deluxe Double with Balcony). It's on the front side of the hotel (not the pool) but back off the street, so it's pretty quiet. The large balcony was great to sit and relax. Wifi here was amazing, in that it allowed us to do skype calls with no dropouts. Staff are great. Super friendly and helpful. You won't regret booking this room or this hotel.

Lovely place to stay in Siem Reap”
        Location
Nicely decorated room, with super fast wifi. Great breakfast but the coffee is average. Luckily the Laundry Cafe opened 2 doors down and make an excellent brew. Pool view room is a little overrated. I'd suggest trying to get a front room. Back rooms are noisy during the day, but that doesn't really matter when you're out seeing the sites.

This family run hotel is located 5 minutes walk to Pub Street & Night Market. Staff is very friendly, always ready to stand and greet you. Room is clean, with all the expected amenities. As it is a small hotel, there is no lift. Breakfast is ok if you are not fussy. Great value for money. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

Staff is excellent, but property is run-down”
The staff is absolutely great here, as everywhere in Siem Reap, but the property itself is run down. Shower hose is leaking, sink in the bathroom is not fixed properly and dangerous, because it can fall to your leg and break it. Cleanliness is good unless you pay attention to the dust - lots of dust is on the top of the cupboard, lamps, tv. Also the room is too dark if you plan to work from there. Location is excellent, it's a very quiet street within a walking distance from town center

Overall not too bad a stay for 11 nights, with a few exceptions. I travel the world and have never had as many sleepless nights due to mosquito bites in my room as I got here. Every morning my sheets were stained with bites from the blood. Two stagnant ponds greet you at the entrance, this is where they breed. Breakfast was poor and slow to the extreme

        Satisfactory”
Pros: Near to halal restaurant, good for Muslim families and couples. Good price for this hotel. Staffs were trying their best to help. Big room that is actually comfortable with big bed and very cold fridge. Easy to reply emails. Exterior of the hotel very nice. Cons: no lift so don't book the higher level if you are not capable. Breakfast came in set and are too light, have to take another breakfast outside. Hard to notice the hotel the first time as it is very hidden. Low-pressure shower. The room was 'not right', there was a small glass wall on the wall high up that let the light goes directly to the bed that makes you hard to take a nap. Our room got problem with the shower so we have to change room twice. Suggestion to the hotel: Would recommend blackout curtains but add some more lighting in the room. Make the curtain rod longer so it covers the whole window/sliding door. Place a broom in the room for easy cleaning as we always accidentally bring back dust and sand from outside. Lose the glass wall, it was not doing any good. Check the water heater and water pressure often. And instead of giving 2 complimentary combs in every bathroom, you can give 1 comb and 1 razor. Recommended for budget traveler, but if you get any more budget, you can get a better one than this.

Mr Kifi was very helpful prior to the trip, helping us arrange for tuktuk pick up and Angkor Wat tour. Prices quoted for tuktuks were all reasonable and not marked-up just because the hotel arranged it. Excellent service, clean basic rooms, nothing much to complain about!

        Perfect”
To be honest, I was kinda surprised to see the hotel. I thought it was going to be somewhat like a boutique hotel I got in Phnom Penh. However, my disappointment quickly vanished as soon as I saw how friendly and accommodative their staff are. They would try their best to assist you. Another positive thing about this hotel is how comfy their room was. It feels that you are in your room not in a hotel room. The room was spacious for the three of us. My family and I were pleased with the room (how comfy and spacious they were), the staff, and the breakfast. The latter, I had thought I would need to ask for non meat food, but they provide garlic bread that we ended up having for the rest of our trip. This hotel is close to Muslim family kitchen restaurant and other Halal restaurants. It is also close to night market. Near the night market there is a halal kebab stand that offered delicious kebab. All of my family think this is our best hotel from all of the hotels that we had from our trips (Malacca, KL, and SR). Keep up the good work staff 👍.

Nice large clean rooms but breakfast was awful!”
Staff was nice! I stayed a couple of days and I stayed in 2 different rooms. The hotel location is good, located on a quite side strew and only a short walk to the main road. Lots of places to eat near by. Rooms are large and clean. Air con worked fine. However, water pressure was not so good. Also, sometimes there was no hot water or there was no cold water. In one room, I only had a bath with shower nozzel, but there was not a shower curtain so if you took a shower water sprayed all over the floor. A Plus, lots of English TV channels, CNN, BBC, CNBC plus FOX movie etc etc. A negative...the breakfast They bring you a menu with pictures of various food items...however none of the food they served looked like the pictures...they advertised ingredients they didn't even have and on top of that the food did not taste good! If you are looking for a good breakfast don't stay at this hotel! Or stay at the hotel and skip breakfast!
