We first stayed here 6 years ago and was really impressed with the cleanliness and services in relation to the price. When we stayed again 2 years ago a lot has changed. It really aged and required a lot of cosmetic changes and updates. Facilities and the buffet were still above average especially in relation to the price.

Room was advertised as a high class room, this room was of very low quality, room smelled like it hadn't been lived in for months, all bedding smelt mouldy/old. Room had addition kitchen equipment of which was removed & blanked off, not available anymore. Had fresh water bottle machine instead of small bottled water, but no glasses to drink from so couldn't use! T.V.'s were badly tuned, not clear. Staff were too busy looking at there Hand phones rather than assisting Guest's.

The pictures and description of this hotel make it look so nice and luxurious. I was so disappointed when I saw my room. It was disgusting. There were stains on the walls and furniture. There was a kitchen but It was not in good shape. I had to unplug the fridge because it was so loud. The entrance to the hotel is on the back side of the building. When we got to our room there was no electricity and we had to get someone to come and flip the circuit breaker in the room. After one night we told the hotel we were leaving. They offered us another room but we refused. They said they could not give us a refund since it was prepaid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

OF COURSE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. This place is so bare and unclean. I guess some people who stayed here don’t care for what they get, indeed it is a cheap place to stay. I checked in really late. They even didn’t bother to have the unit prepare because the fuse box wasn’t even turn on. Lame. Dirty. Smelly. Gross.

Very satisfying but hungry for more”
In summary, I really enjoyed my stay here, very unfortunate though because I couldn't stay longer. My first impression of the hotel was, luxurious and modern (well, okay that is a bit excessive, but it was a luxurious hotel nonetheless), although I hate the parking lot...very cramped...but there were a ferarri and a lamborghini, so this must be a nice place (and I was not wrong). Check-in (and out) service was very fast, staffs were downright friendly and helpful. After I got my key, went straight away to the 30th floor and into my room. Room was very clean and minimalistic modern 1 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, and I believe it was worth much more than what I had paid. Unfortunately, there was no kitchen equipment (I wasn't going to use the kitchen anyway, so meh). The bedroom came with a king sized bed, which was really comfy to sleep on. There was no TV in the bedroom, but there was a decent sized LCD TV in the living room. The bathroom, sadly, was a bit cramped but was of a good quality material. In terms of entertainment and food, this hotel is very strategically placed. On the 1st floor, there are a couple of decent restaurants along with a supermarket. If this is not enough, just at the opposite of the hotel there is a shopping centre (not mall) with a number of restaurants and a much bigger supermarket. The hotel itself is located in the middle of 2 very prestigious areas (Pondok Indah and Senayan), where traveler can find, not 1...not 2...not 3, but 4 different big shopping malls (Plaza Senayan and Senayan City in Senayan, and Gandaria City and Pondok Indah Mall in Pondok Indah), making it very easy for someone if they want to go shopping or just being hungry and want to eat. Overall, I was very impressed with the hotel, and I would love to come back again next time and hopefully spend more time here

I spent my New Year's Eve with friends here. We managed to do some cooking in the apartment. It's a great sight to see the town at night (we were at 15th fl.). The rooms are spacious. One air-con broke down during my stay, but the technician was quick to fix it. The best part is the hotel is located right above a small shopping mall with great features such as 24 hours Food Hall (Supermarket) and some great Indonesian restaurants. I highly recommend Bellezza Suites if you prefer to stay around South Jakarta area, particularly around Senayan area.

hotel is in permata hijau and located in senayan district. there is 24hours groceries stall at ground floor selling food drnks and many more. recommended for those who want to stay in senayan and avoiding flood in jakarta. this place is safe from flood if happened during ya stay. room was clean and complete with all the needs. Balcony facing swiming pool and great view as well. Staff was excellent and price might be steep during peak season. Price recommended below 100 usd.

The hotel was very luxurious and beautiful. The rooms were the largest we had throughout our stay in Jakarta. The city view from our room at night was amazing. It's next to the Senayan and Central Park. You can also walk to the supermarket in under 10 minutes. The only thing we did not like about this hotel was the internet access. You have to request a wireless router for your room and then pay to use the internet. The internet usage fee is small, but I thought when paying a significant amount to stay in a 4-star hotel they could at least provide free wireless internet. This practice seemed a little old fashioned.

The Bellezza Suites Review”
Bellezza suites hotel are suitable for family, where they can gather around the "Condo" hotel, kitchen, a refrigerator, most of all a dining area for the family and swimming pool for family and kids, they have a 24 hour restaurant at ground floor, a big convenience shop, other variety of restaurant, just across the street there a carrefour hypermarket and hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. But on the downside, the hotel is poorly maintain, there are scratch mark from TV console & cabinet that require to refurnished, aircon need regular maintenance to prevent burnt smell from happening again, Toilet are being not maintain well as it will flood after us. Hope they focus on the maintenance detail. Overall Bellezza suites stay is a very convenient stay for family and I will stay here again!

A good home from home”
We decided to extend our stay,on checking with reception we found it was cheaper to rebook with Agoda than dealing with the hotel direct although we were already staying there We would reccomend Bellezza to anyone,its great once you get over the peculiarities of the hotel.On check in we were given 1 security card for the lift etc and 2 cards for the room door.Without the security card you cant get to your floor,even going feom the pool,gym etc on 5th floor i couldnt get to the 8th floor.The lifts seem to have a mind of their own,I got out at 19th floor,ran down 4 flights of stairs untill i heard someone getting into the lift then had to go to ground floor to get security to operate the lift for me. We would return to Bellezza again when in Jakarta,but better prepared to bring our own cooking equipment etc. A compleat lack of crockery,cutlery cooking equipment marred a brilliant stay.Room service totally forgot us one day. breakfast in the black steer was nothing brilliant,nor was the meal we ordered the evening we arrived.

Strategic Location & Comfortable hotel”
we arrived early in the morning that day, and since we got business to do, we dropped our luggage at the concierge and left. the receptionist said, she was gonna call us once the room is ready for check in. we checked in around afternoon, and the room was just as we requested (high floor). we stayed at the 16th. the room was good, except the fact that one of the side of the wall is not clean, with dark spots. another problem was the warm water didn't work properly after a few hours, which we have to call the technician from the hotel. inside the room, there's a little kitchen around the corner (which is good if you're travelling with children), and there's also a balcony. the breakfast menu was great. the pool was also pretty, located at the 5th. the best thing about this hotel is, their location. you can either just wandered around at the mall downstairs, (this hotel is integrated with bellezza shopping arcade), or having midnight dinner at the food hall (they're opened for 24 hours). the bellezza also located in front of itc permata hijau, easy access through bridge will make it easier to go there.
