The moment guests arrive at this luxurious fortress, it is no mystery that The Leela Palace Bangalore was designed and conceptualized with royalty in mind. Though the highly trained staff creates the feeling of being hidden away from the chaos of metropolitan life, the heart of the city is only a few minutes away. The train station is just 10km away while the airport is 45km away from the hotel. MG Road, the entertainment as well as business hub, is just five kilometers away while the IT hub of Whitefield is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Surrounded by beautiful lagoons and landscaping, the scenery does not disappoint. Enjoy transcontinental and Pan-Asian cuisine from the Citrus, Jamavar, and Zen restaurants. Spend relaxing evenings with a good book and strong drink at the English-styled Library Bar. For a luxurious and pampered stay when in the Garden City, The Leela Palace Bangalore should be your hotel of choice.

Excellent Location, Stay, Service & Food”
Location: This is an excellent palace hotel in Bangalore located in the midst of the city. Check-in: Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Rooms are quite expensive. Staff & Service: Service by staff at restaurant and at reception could be improved and they appeared to be little indifferent and rude to normal guests booking the hotel from many hotel websites at discounted rates. Could clearly see them honoring guests who booked with them directly. Food: The breakfast buffet served was excellent exceeding our expectations. Rooms: Rooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good beds. Washrooms: Washrooms are well lit, spacious, maintained and clean with good toiletries and towels. Checkout: No hassles but they were not keen on providing any checkout invoices. Ambiance: I liked the ambiance of the palace hotel, the rooms and the passage ways.
I have stayed in Leela Mumbai many times and it is a great hotel. That's why I wanted to try another hotel of their chain. The Leela Palace did not let me down at all. The property is amazing and from the moment you arrive, you feel like you are entering an actual palace. The experience starts with a typical Indian welcome, which I find is a very nice touch. All staff I met were extremely friendly, always smiling and concerned about my well-being. For a hotel of this class definitely standard, but unfortunately, you don't find it too often these days. The rooms are awesome. Very comfortable with all amenities like bathtub and shower (separately). safety deposit box and for me as a business traveller very important: iron/ironing board in the room. I had free WiFi, because i am a member of their hotel chain (otherwise it will be charged). My hotel did not come with breakfast, but I had it anyway. The selection is very good. Indian and Western dishes. Everything is fresh and cooked in front of you. You can chose to have the breakfast inside or outside with a terrific garden view. To my surprise, they invited me for breakfast when i checked out and simply waived the charges. Unfortunately, I could not use the swimming pool in the garden, which looked fantastic (will come back just for that). As i only stayed for one night, I did also not have a chance to check out their gym. All in all top-notch hospitality with the hardware to back it up and make for a unique experience. Well done.
Relaxing, content, simply wonderful place”
Wonderful stay, had a haunted room the first night and afterwards a much nicer one :) Staff were very friendly, location and setting is magnificent and the food was excellent. Can only recommend this place and will gladly return asap
A fantastice luxury hotel”
I have stayed in quite a few hotels in India and this surpassed all expectations and other hotels. The rooms are excellent, the reception is like a palace (but then it was a palace) the staff first class and the gardens beautiful, it is an oasis in the middle of a bustling city.
Thought I'd died and gone to heaven.”
I adored staying here. It was hard to leave the hotel at all as the grounds, pool, food, etc were so good. Rooms were very comfortable. The hotel has a very good spa and gym, too. Go for a club room if you can, if not, just enjoy the ambiance of the place.
Grand hotel very impressive - immaculate”
Stay was excellent - well appointed rooms - spacious and very clean Spa treatment here were the best we experienced in India - as most others were appalling. Pool was huge and very clean - not heated and great open space to relax. The Hotel, at every corner smells amazing with oils burning everywhere. Food was great, be a bit wary though. I had been travelling through India for 17 days by the time I got here, and ate food from all kinds of places - but keeping in line with the simple rules as per Lonely Planet. I let me guard down here, such as had drinks with ice, ate fruit not prepared or peeled my me etc etc - my partner and I got Delhi belly here - certain of it. Felt very secure staying here as all cars and baggage and persons and screened when entering the premises
Old World Charm meets Superb Hospitality”
A superb hotel giving you a sense of tranquility away from the hubbub of Bengaluru. Well appointed rooms with heaps of space set amongst a forest. Very unique and would recommend The Leela Bengaluru to anyone wanting a place to berth with a high quality of service and lush surroundings
We had a nice two-night stay at the Leela Palace in December. As expected, meals and services were pricey, but we had a nice room with a balcony and a view. The hotel provided some lovely holiday treats or the kids. Our only complaint was the noise. There was construction going on during the day, and it was not logical for us to be placed so close to construction when, it seemed pretty clear that there were other rooms available. Had they offered a substantial discount it might have been OK, but there was little more than a vague apology for the inconvenience.
Amazing hotel as always”
That was my 2nd stay in Leela Bangalore. Overall the hotel is great, staffs are so nice, room is so comfortable and the garden is gorgeous. Also the meal (breakfast, dinner, in-dinning etc) are also great that I definitely would recommend people to visit and enjoy some restaurant or foods at Leela. Only one thing I had to note as my disappointment, was that on the last evening at Leela and when I came back to my room from dinner then I met a `Black bug which name starts from C` which I really hate to happen to see anywhere on this planet. But since the staff helped me immediately changed my room I appreciate their support. I would still love to visit any of Leela for future stay in India. Again, this hotel is incredible, though I got a small hard luck but strongly recommend to choose Leela if you are living in outside of India and not sure which one to reserve for your business/personal travel to Bangalore. This place is amazing!

Beautiful hotel, amazing experience”
A great property all round - staff, facilities, food, comfort, cleanliness, rooms! We stayed in a club room - club offered breakfast, high tea in the afternoon, cocktails before dinner, drinks after dinner and clothes pressing as part of the benefits! Well worth it!
Nice and pleasant stay at Leela”
My stay at Leela Palace was amazing. It is easily reachable from Bangalore airport by car. Leela Palace also provide airport transfer in a nice swanky BMW. Every staff member from Leela Palace was extremely welcoming and polite and I was greatly impressed by their service attitudes. The rooms were big enough and had all the amenities that I need during my stay there. My hotel package did not include breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Overall, Leela Palace is a great place to stay while in Bangalore.
A pampering 2 days beforew going to the coutry sid”
The car (a BMW serie 5) was waiting for us at the airport. The ride was comfortable and the checking was plaisant an seemless. The opulent decoration is quite striking and though it is not an historical palace it is very well made The room was spacious and comfortable The breakfast buffet is seved a Citrus, a restaurant with an outdoor terrasse. The buffet is adequate. The same place is a restaurant later in the day with a large choice of food. The most striking place within the hotel is the indian restaurant, the Jamavar: its decoration with a very high ceiling is simple but refined and majestic. The food is fantastic and the wine list quite extended but pricey. The bar is a very dark british club like place which has its atmosphere and you can also get you drink on a sofa just outside of it in open air Overall an impressive hotel, well run, with a professional staff.
A majestic Indian Royal style hotel”
I like the architecture style of the hotel. It should be Royal Indian style. The service of the staffs are very good. The pool is very nice. My room has a small balcony with a nice view. But the food is not very delicious.
Very comfortable luxurious hotel”
Very comfortable hotel with good spa services. Restaurant have a variety of food and the pool side is perfect for a lazy afternoon. Make sure to take your mosquito repellent at night tome if you are eating out.
luxurious stay, nice surroundings, great service”
Very good, good value for this type of service. A bit noisy in our room late at night due to party in one of the function rooms and (oddly) scrubbing floors with a machine outside room around midnight. Otherwise, no problem. Missed breakfast but hotel provided a good packed snack box.
A Palace in reality”
The Royal Club experience was well worth and exceeded the value spent .The staff and duty manager were very attentive to our concerns and took immediate action to resolve a small issue of provisioning safe power adapters .
Royal hotel with great service”
