Grymt hotell med bra service”
Wow, what a great hotel! The service was amazing, everything from the welcome to checkout. Everyone is there to make your stay the best. We had the superior room and loved the old fashioned style. The hotel itself is very beautiful, an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The pool and fitness facilities are one of the best I've used. Breakfast (best in Bangkok) and the ZUK bar were also great! The 3 nights we stayed here were a great way of ending our 3 week long Thailand trip, in style.

I've reviewed The Sukhothai Bangkok a number of times for Agoda. We go here every year, to begin, and finish off our trips throughout Southeast Asia. It really does feel like coming home. They finally finished the Gym and pool area, which is as professional as any Gym I've ever used. The pool area is fantastic, as well. My only wish was, that they had a separate area for children, whose parents, don't seem all that interested in parenting. I don't mind children, but I do mind screaming misbehaved ones. Other then that - great work. I can't say enough about the concierge service with Toomb; he's always helpful, and answers my every question with ease. I appreciate the professionalism of all the staff, including the dining room, reception, etc. We usually book a Superior Room on the 4th floor - which is big, has a great, comfortable bed, and large clean bathroom. We will be back - thank you so much for your dedication to making your guests comfortable, and at home.

My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary at the Sukhothai. From the moment we sat down to check in, everything was perfect! We are actually so pleased with the hotel and staff that we have decided to make it a tradition to celebrate our wedding anniversary at the Sukhothai, if possible! The staff were really attentive, and we were happy with the little things that they did to make our stay memorable. Oh, and the breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best. We were sad to leave!

Club balcony room 3 noghts with club Benefits. Perfect attitude and delicate food. That's good point. Quiet and private. All staffs are just doing what their best and know they are so good. Have been visiting this hotel when I can for around twenty years now. Quite simply my favourite hotel one the planet, due to its beautiful design, unique atmosphere as an oasis of calm in the heat and bustle of Bangkok and especially the wonderful people who work there. It is sad to see that quite a few staff have moved on recently and some newcomers are struggling a little to maintain standards. Food and service excellent by the Poolside thanks to the long-serving Poolside Manager and his (sadly diminishing) team. The lady in charge of Restaurants is delightful and the food and service at Celadon Thai Restaraunt excellent. I found the menu at La Scala disappointing as I don't like seafood so much. Most dishes even the amuse bouche had something odd from the sea lurking somewhere (octopus, squid, etc.) so I had limited choice and felt the meal was poor value even with a 50% resident discount. I will continue to visit this hotel whenever I am in Bangkok and wish them ongoing success

I stayed in the hotel already several times. Amazing. The only big disappointment this time was, that they closed due to some construction the pool and pool area, exactly upon my arrival but exactly this area (relaxing oasis) was one of the key arguments to book this hotel. Otherwise can just recommend this hotel. Service, rooms, breakfast - just top.

It was indeed a peaceful moment staying in Sukothai Bangkok. I stayed in a suite room which wasn't expensive compared to other high-end hotels in Bangkok. Its renovated pool was amazing and every staff there was very helpful and kind. I'd definitely visit there again on my next visit to Bangkok.

Stay here, you’ll never regret it”
Sukhothai never disappoints. Their test and go was a breeze. Decided to stay 2 extra days, no problem. Restaurant is great, club level breakfast is a winner and room service food is a solid late night savior. The staff is on point ALL the time. Attentive, smiles, please and thank you’s always. Have your room made up so your return is like walking in the first time? No problem. You tell them when and it’s done in about 30 minutes. As an add…thailand’s entry might seem a little intimidating but they really do a great job. Off the plane, through immigration/customs and in a van to the Sukhothai in about 20 min. Granted, the plane landed at 11:30 pm but still. Nice job Thailand! 🇹🇭👍🏻
