Good location and value for money!”
Good location and value for money! There is a station that is nearby, less than 5mins walk away. However, there is nothing much around the vicinity, only 7-11 nearby. However, if you are willing to walk a bit further, there are restaurants and other shops around. Staffs were friendly and helpful when we approached them for help.
Great location, comfortable room”
Everything was as expected, room was not too small and the double room was just nice for the two of us. Location is really close to the train station (Yurakucho Line) and there's some nice restaurants as well a 7-11 on the way.
The room is quite small but enough for two people since we’re just staying to sleep most ”
Moslty we are out so enough space for rest and maximized the space. Almost all of the hotels in japan are like this in size so ni prob inn affordable price. Very near the kojimachi station is a plus. Also near 711 and family mart for your midnight cravings 😂
Overall great stay”
Akiko is very helpful in getting in touch to our airline going back. She even lend us her mobile to call for free. Had a good stay in our room though abit small but its always clean and comfy and warm specially when you came from a cold night out in Tokyo. Very convenient in location , just a few steps to subway station. Had a good japanese buffet breakfast! Will recommend to anyone who wants accessibility, privacy and comfort.
Quiet location and near train stations”
Location: The hotel is just 15mins walk away from Imperial Palace. The place is quiet and there are 2 near train stations. But heads up if you are bringing big luggages, there is no escalator or elevator around so better bring light baggages. Room: For a couple the room is small and tight, we expected it already because base of reviews it is common in JP. We booked the non-smoking but what I noticed was I could smell a bit of cigarette smoke inside our room. I like the large window. Staff: They are willing to help and very nice. The English is limited but you can communicate with them by showing photos.
The location is excellent. Only a 2-minute walk to Kojimachi Station (Yurakucho subway line). The room was very quiet. Did not hear a sound from any other room or the hallway. There were some TV programs in English if you pushed the bilingual key on the remote control. It was also nice to have a safe in the room to store valuables. The staff were very friendly and professional and able to speak adequate English at check-in and check-out. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
Facility was really clean and comfortable despite being a little bit small ”
The room was modern, small but very comfortable for a couple. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. It was about a 2 minute walk to a 7-11 convinent store. It was a about a 4 minute walk to Kojimachi Station and a 10 minute walk to Hanzomon Station which made it easy to get around. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and would definitely come back again.
Very good place to stay for travel and business”
No more than 100m from Kojimachi metro station and 7eleven store (Family Mart and others are also available within walking distance), about 10 minutes from the enterance to imperial palace, gardens. Rooms are rather small, but that is common in Tokyo unless you spend a small fortune for acommodation - single rooms are still comfy for a couple, well equipped with ellectric kettle, hair dryer, ironing equipment, complimentary shampoo, toothbrush, tea/coffee.... Staff is very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended for short or longer stays.
Perfect Hotel for Business travellers”
The Hotel is situated in a nice neighborhood and I had low expectations as I did not have time to research properly due to last minute booking. However, the hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is not too difficult to find and is a 5 minute walk from the market area. The room was very spacious, especially for Tokyo, where the room size generally tends to be smaller. The wifi worked well and the restaurants of the hotel are also nice.
Good location, quiet ”
The room was very clean, well furnished but tiny, as all hotel rooms in Japan are. English speaking staff were good and location was good for subway and JR line. Semi double Room was cramped for 2, but fine for single travelers.
Nice, comfortable,quiet, friendly staff service”
I will strongly recommend this hotel to everyday, and I myself will definitely choose this hotel next time when visiting Tokyo. The hotel let me early check in around 1:30 pm and checked out on 12 pm which is rarely in Tokyo. If you hope to have a good night sleep, this hotel with no doubt would be the first choice because of its cleaness, quietness.
Quiet and relaxing”
This hotel is located in the quiet residential area of Chiyuda. There were numerous restaurants and coffee shops within ten minutes walking distance of the hotel. This included East Indian, European, Chinese as well as a variety of Japanese. The Ichigaya JR and subway station was a ten minute walk away. Within fifteen minutes you can walk to the National Theatre, the Imperial Palace and the Yasukuni Jinja. I also walked to the Ginza area but that was about an hour walk. It was very quiet in this area. This was my second stay there and I would stay there again--excellent value.
I would like to come again in this hotel. :)
The overall hotel experience is good. The breakfast staff who in charge of collecting ticket at the entrance is a bit rude when he come by to stop my son playing on the floor. The way he speak out with anger make us feel unpleasant for the breakfast. We didn't go back to the breakfast on the second day morning due to the disappointment on the staff attitude.
The bath tub is chocked, the room is very smelly. I asked to change to non-smoking room due to booked wrongly but the stuff told me there is no non-smoking room in whole hotel. This is not true as I saw 12th floor is non-smoking floor.
Inconvenient location. ”
Very small room, I think smaller then APA hotels, no washer/dryer, or any facalties. No places of interest, restaurants, or stores nearby. If you find yourself coming back late at night you will most likely be walking in the dark alone. A lot of businessman in the morning, which is fine. But this is not really a tourist area at all. If the price for this room is more then $90 a night I’d book elsewhere. Otherwise it’s it’s a ok place to save money If price is low.
it's easy to everywhere. good location. however, the room a bit tiny and no shop or restaurant nearby. Only 2 convenience store. Not recommend if you like night life. need catch metro around 11ish. The staffs are helpful and not very good in english.
Definitely value for money.”
Prior to booking a room at Tokyo Green Palace, I had to check out some reviews. Some were fair and some were poor. It made me feel hesitant but I did it anyway- easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. Staff were nice, the room may be small but it was just enough for me- and the best thing was they cleaned my room every single day! Each time I’d come back after a long day I would return to my bed being made and my bathroom being clean again. Also, for those wondering, the location is just perfect, not necessarily in the middle of the bustling city, but just right- it’s nearest to Kojimachi station (Yurakucho line) probably just a few minutes walk. There’s also a 7-11 along the way for you to stock up on food. I can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and stay at the hotel again! Hopefully next year ♥️
Great hotel great value for money and in a prime location for down town toyoko ”
Room was clean not the biggest but that’s standard Japan hotels. Bathroom was good clean came with complimentary everything which was super good and All full size. Overall the hotel is a great stay for the money subway station close by some great food Italian Indian and Japanese all within walking distance.
