    Professional”

Good sized room and bed with all amenities Nice bathroom Close to Train Station Reception staff speak English and quite helpful Very professional and business like
Slightly hot in the room, however not too bad. Breakfast wasn't great for Westerners although they did have bacon and sausages - one choice of cereal would have been good.

All in all, a very good first time experience at the hotel. The room is large and very comfortable as is the bed. The bathroom is clean and the shower is very good. Very suitable for a business trip. A little bit of a drive to the Canton fair, especially with the traffic, but no other major problems.

."Lovely hotel and service with a smile"”

    The hospitality is great

The rooms are small if you are getting a double bed room (2 full size beds),that is if you are traveling with another person. If you are traveling with your spouse the king size bed room is great. You can always upgrade to a bigger room (suite). The staff is wonderful. Specially one of the door men BoBo. They are professional and speak english. Each room has a small fridge, the hotel also supplies you with extension cords and adapters for the outlets. The bathrooms in the rooms are very clean and modern. The hotel has its own spa and massage place on the 6th floor.

Nice location with nice friendly staff”

Conveniently located and the staff service is good

Its indeed a good experience staying at Euro Asia Hotel. It is located in a convenient location where you can travel on buses without much problem as the direction of buses route meet my requirement. The only set back is that the rooms are not very brightly lit and there is no refrigerator. The staff is friendly and warming.

    Comfortable place to stay”

    Location, view, comfort

pro: great location, next to the zoo, great view of wide open space with no neighbors or prying eyes (get the garden view) comfort and clean, with modern amenities. cons: staff (front counter) isn't polite or friendly. walls are thin. included breakfast isn't that good. heater doesn't really work - cold at night no wifi internet, just wired.

    Value for Money”

Rooms are nice and clean, closer to wholesale cloth market where you can buy range of clothes for less

nice hotel with limited arrangements, however it offers value for money and staff are helpful. the only problem is that not all the staff are good in english, particularly staff working on evening shifts, otherwise worth staying, if you want a good hotel when your budget is limited.

warm stay at the Euro Asia Hotel ”

the room is a very nice room, valued for money . the people are friendly and the location is good for clothing trader.
renovation at the reception will be desired , the service at the restaurant need to be improved.

generally the hotel ok, clean and people also very friendly. It is a ideal location to stay as it takes only 10 min taxi to Bai Ma ( Clothing Wholesale Complex ) and 10 walk to Shahe Wholesale Complex. The restaurant next to the hotel is good with nice food and the restaurant inside the hotel provide a very good "dim sum" (Chinese delicacies). The bell boy is a good person and honest , without saying No whenever i need a help of him. Overall, it is an enjoyable stay at the Euro Asia Hotel, i looking forward for my next stay at the hotel.

    Euro Asia Hotel Good Value”

Helpful and Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean comfortable room and free internet.
If you are going to the Canton Fair and don't want to use the hotel's provided shuttle, you might find the location a bit difficult to those hotels located along the subway track 2.

My wife and I came to attend the Canton Fair phase 3 and decided on this hotel because of its central location. We didn't know it would be a bit difficult to transit back and forth to the Fair. The hotel provided a shuttle that ran only in the morning and for pick up in the late afternoon. We arrived around noon so missed the convenience of the shuttle bus. I was pleased with the room as it was clean and suitably furnished. The in-room internet was a nice feature. I liked the location as it was close to a 7-11 where we were able to pick up some snacks. If you get on the right airport bus the location is fine. It cost us 17 Rmb to go on the bus to the airport and it only took 10 rmb to get from the hotel to the bus location by taxi.

    Nice hotel”

    Good size room, good breakfast
Not many restaurants and shops around. Sound proof is poor from next room.

The lobby was small and basic so I was a bit worried when I walked into the hotel. I got a bit surprised when I walked into the room. It was big and in good condition. The room faces to a very big road but sound proof is excellent. However I could hear people talking and coughing from next room. I guess the noise passes through the power and internet sockets. The breakfast was excellent with good varieties. It's far away from shopping malls and city centres but I caught taxi anyway.

Value for Money, good for Canton fair”

    > 15 mins drive from Canton Fair > Clean & neat rooms > value for money
    > shopping/Western food not at walkable distances, maybe a 5-10 min cab drive.

A neat hotel, very easily accessible and located not very far from the Canton fair & moreover Hotel arranges for free shuttle to n from the fair. Only drawback is that shopping/Western food/metro trains not at walkable distances, maybe a 5-10 min cab drive. apart from that a very good hotel to stay at.

    Good value for money”

The room is basic but fine, nothing extraordinary but it is clean and doesn't smell bad as other hotels in China can. My room overlooked the Zoo so even the view was nice. The receptionist spoke good English. It is centrally located so not far from other areas of the city. The breakfast is not a typical western breakfast but there is enough of a selection that you can tolerate without having to eat the typical Chinese breakfasts. Very good value for money.
    Can't think of any.

I had to stay an extra night and the rate to pay at the hotel directly was much more expensive than thru the website, but when I showed the reservation manager my website rate, he matched it so I didn't have to make an additional reservation on the sight. Very correct service in the hotel. Oh, and all taxis had no trouble locating it with the hotel card- this is important because Guangzhou is huge and sometimes taxis don't know the medium sized hotels in the city.

    NICE PLACE AT GOOD PRICE”

The hotel is located at a nice place to stay which is not noisy and next to down town (by taxi)
Not much choices for breakfast and the dining hall is small.

Baciscally, this hotel is nice and value for money. With a surrounding of a zoo nearby, it is not too compact with buildings, cars and people. At least you can sleep without traffics noise. And it is also near to Tianhe downtown for shopping and Xiaobei Rd for delicious foods. Inside the room is clean and completed with basic things you may need. But the bed is a bit hard for me. Overall is ok.

    Decent hotel, not nice area.”

Comfortable, near Metro, rapid response to problems

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough but is not in one of the better areas of Guangzhou, so the surrounding areas were very dirty and smelly. The staff had little or no English (including the office girl the receptionist called) despite claiming so in the ad but my companion was multilingual. Apart from that the staff were friendly and helpful and although we had a couple of minor problems (blocked toilet and drain) they were fixed very quickly when reported. If you ask, they will give you a wi-fi gateway for your room, but the connection is quite slow. TV is an old flat CRT and only English is BBC news. It is also a little hard to find as the entrance is in the side of the building past the entrance for another hotel.

    Soul destroying”

it was open , visitor at check in spoke english , lift was fast

Instantly forgettable - taxi driver couldn't find the hotel (reception at the side of hotel) reception didn't understand that because i had checked in late (2AM - flight landed at 1 am) i wanted / requested if i could check out a bit later the next day - anyway the answer was no. The whole place needed refurbishing , wallpaper falling of walls , carpet was filthy , the tv in my room was from the 1950s - i didn't get to try the "internet access" ...the room was clean . no soap however ...the brown walls made me fall asleep ...international breakfast consisted of tea in the smallest cups i have ever seen and toast ...with communal tub of jam ...no juice or fruit. I was embarrassed for them. Avoid at all costs!

Quiet place, away from the noise

The Euro Asia was recommended by a travel agent. The rates are very competative and was value for money. We took the local bus to the city which cost us only RMB2. The rooms are big and clean but unfortunately the walls are thin and we could hear the TV from the next room. Still, I would stay here on my future visits

    Lousy Hotel ”

    Nil

Initially, I thought I had gone to the wrong hotel. I was shocked as it looked old and very run down. The air-con was extremely poor and could not be adjusted as temperature was controlled the hotel. There were no wardrobe or clothes cabinets or bathtubs.Only the 11 floor has internet. The location was also extremely poor and way out the central area. Extremely disappointed and upset with my nightmare stay in this Hotel. Never Again!!!!
