"I had booked an extra night and asked the young lady that worked the evening shift if I could do the check in paperwork for the Sunday coming up and she said I could just do it in the morning. I had already told the young lady that I wasn't feeling well (I had the flu) and I just wanted to get the check in out of the way and she insisted that I return in the morning, not feeling well I said okay. I spoke with the lady who works the morning shift and she explained that many other hotel guest have come to her and told her the same thing that the evening shift pushes their work off on the morning shift. How unfair. In this case I felt the young lady that worked the evening shift was lazy and was not in tuned to me as a guest especially someone who wasn't feeling well. If the evening shift don't want to work then why show up? Mary, I believe her name is who works the morning shift was wonderful. "
