Location was good, apartment clean. Kitchen and beds great.
The apartment we booked was not available so no balcony. No lift which is very difficult with international luggage. Didn’t seem equivalent. Car park assigned was used by someone else and seemed to be confused in organisation and we were semi parked in but we sort it out. Apartment was not ready when we arrived despite that being 2hrs after checkin time. Second bathroom not really functional due to space and no where to put anything.

It was the perfect temporary home for our first family journey abroad.”

We had the perfect temporary home for our family of 3. I was looking for something central given we travelled with a small kid, I had a university graduation ceremony to attend and we wanted to stay for 10 days. The apartment was very nice, clean and we had absolutely everything we needed (space, washing machine, opportunity and equipment to cook meals). My three-year old enjoyed having her own room with a “gigantic” bed - and we parents were happy that we could stay up in the evenings after she went to bed.
I booked this apartment on booking.com but in the end we stayed in another equally nice apartment managed and maintained by the same company literally next door. We don’t mind that there was a swap of places - the price was the same and the apartment was as said just great. Maybe the only inconvenience with the shift was that there was no lift in our building which made logistics with the buggy and heavy luggage a bit tricky. But other than that, there is really nothing to complain about!
