The best sea and beach in Muine for couples and surfing lovers”
I do not recommend to go in Muine with children: 1. very far from the airport. 2. Dirty, lot of garbage on the streets and in the sea (if you are going to relax and swim in the sea -is not that place at all) only for couples (good, but for the same price lot of places in the world to go- Hawaii, islands (Fukuok at least if you like Vietnam...) and those who likes surfing! But if you are really decide to go in Muine then the best choice to stay -White sands resort! The best beach and polite stuff and manager. We felt ourself like at home very cozy! In the morning (in April) no waves at all, very clean beach. But we compare holidays in Phuket (sunwing bangtao) last year, we spent 16 days there and we waist the same money in Vietnam for 10 !!! Days ( no children club, no children pool slides...) it was boring for children. But I think that the White sands resort the best resort in Muine.
Great beach nice people great value ”
Stayed here for a week. It’s great. Nice staff..special mention to Mr Tri, very personable happy guy . Met the Deputy Director, Mr Harry,, a fine smart English gent. Great beach, relaxed place, great for singles and couples and small families. Breakfast is ok, but overall , great vs,use. The beach is the best part. Clean and well maintained property. I had a great time..was my 4th visit there
Thank you very much for taking the time review White Sands Resort. It was a pleasure to meet you Martyn and I am glad you enjoyed your stay here. I hope we will be able to welcome you back here in the near future. Best regards, Harry Baker.
Great chalets with loads of room for four people”
We had a great stay at White Sands. the staff are very helpful, the beach is beautiful and the location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet family getaway with the opportunity to get access to a lively resort via a 5 minute taxi ride.
If you have your own transportation , the place is perfect for enjoying quiteness and peaceful nature. If not, you need car everywhere you go. Wonderful for dog. Beautiful beach, kind staff. Only thing made us upset is there were some rocks under the water so my son and father hurts their feet. Excepte that we enjoyed a lot.
Quiet beach weekend”
It was good. Great beach bungalow room and view. Great beach bar and staff. Lovely time... The pool is a bit run down and maybe the water pressure in the shower wasnt amazing but otherwise perfect for the price.
If you want Relax.”
This was our second time to stay at White Sands Resort and we can't wait to return. They will call you a taxi and you can be in the central area in three minutes.....but you may not wish to leave. Very clean, well managed resort. For those who want noise and "excitement" this is not your kind of place. Bring a fishing pole if you want to, as it is a good place to fish also.
A little slice of heaven”
It was amazing. The location was fantastic. I loved that there was no resort on the right hand side. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They made my trip back to Saigon so easy, I didn't even have to think about it. It was perfect for a weekend get away to a beautiful beach.
Unbelievable! I would highly recommend White Sands”
I had and amazing experience at White Sands. Our beach front bungalow was perfect! It was clean, cool, and only a few steps from the sand. The staff were unreal. Harry (owners nephew) and Lai (manager) made us feel welcomed. They took us for ocean front coffee in the city, took us to the fish market Sunday morning, and had a private cook out with us at their beach front bar. They even drove us out to Takou Mountain. Harry woke up at 1:45 am to take us to thre bus stop snd waited with us till it picked us up. They are truly amazing. The resort is slightly out of the hussle and bussle of the tourist area which was a huge plus. It was still only 40,000 Dong to get into the cuty center. If you want a small (only 25 rooms) resort where the staff treats you like family, White Sands is your place! I could not speak more highly of our experience.
We have a very pleasant stay at the hotel.”
Everything went well. You had a great stay at the hotel. No issue to report. Wi-Fi a bit slow at times but that might come from my tablet. It was lovely meeting Harry and his family. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking a quiet retreat. Phan Thiet is only a short taxi ride away as is rather unappealing Mui Ne (except for the old town and harbour).
Pet friendly resort away from the center of mui Ne”
Enjoyed our new Year stay. We had a dog with us and nobody made any problem about this. Stuff and management were very helpfull and friendly. Resort is located in a quiet area away from Mui Ne center. Good for families with kids. Mui Ne enter is just few minutes away by taxi, where all the restaurants are. Location is good also for pet owners, there is quiet area around where You can go for a walk with Your dog. Hotel provides also airport/hcmc transfer which we used on the way back to saigon and we were very happy about the service.
A Touch of Paradise”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and relaxing and at times we had the pool to ourselves - but it was off-season. The location is away from the town which is good if you are wanting to chill out; if you want to be where all the action is then you may be disappointed. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Transport is available and tours can be arranged at reception.
very relaxing. beautiful white sand beach”
Very good. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Coffee quality inconsistent. Good one day, very weak the next. But this is typical throughout Vietnam. Could work on quality consistency. No complaints, however.
A little piece of paradise.”
This hotel is perfect. When they say "Beachfront" they mean it. The complex is on the best part of Mui Ni beach and nothing is too much for the staff. It is a short taxi drive to the town but we had no reason to leave. Both Jordan and Harry went out of their way to make our stay special. We stayed here after 3 hectic days in Saigon and it was perfect. Would have no hesitation in recommending this complex. 10 out of 10.We will be back.
great spot, fantastic beach right at your door”
Ask for Harry or Jordan when you check in if you're a westerner, they made my stay so enjoyable!! great lads, very attentive. Went out to Sankara to have a few beers at Connor and Paddy's bar, excellent spot, the strip really does have some cool bars with friendly people. The beach was great, lots of sand, big waves and a cool vibe
A really great find”
I can't fault this resort. The rooms are lovely, ours looked straight onto the beach. The whole place is really well landscaped and planted with shady trees. Staff are super friendly and the service is great. Baby sitters, motorbike hire, extra beds for children- all no problem. My young children adored the beach and pool.
Nice resort with the best beach in Than Piet”
we were two families who stayed 2 weeks at the resort. the rooms are simple but clean with a nice bathroom. the view over the beach and the chinese sea is very nice. there staff is not so good at english but they are really trying and were always very nice to us. not so many guests in the restaurant at night so after 21.00 it is very quite at the hotel. excelent place to stay at for a relaxing holiday but look out for sand flies.
Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
the rooms are large, and good facilities. we stay in a family suite, with 2 bed-rooms, 2 wc, and 1 living-room, with a big balcony. breakfast buffet is also good. my children enjoyed kayaks, offered free from the resort. we always received a hospitably smile from every staff. they always responde to our requests very fast, and helpful. this resort is ideal for people who prefer a peaceful place to relax. its location is not in the central muine, it's rather quite a nightlife. in general, we enjoyed our stay here. good price, good services.
Very nice resort”
we spend in this resort for 5 nights. it is very nice hotel with beautiful garden and swimmingpool. the management and staff was very helpful. we had family bungalow with two rooms and livingroom. the breakfast was buffet and it was good. the beach was clean and nice. the resort was in the silent place away from the busy beaches. food in restaurant was expensive and not very good. in the resort is playground for kids. the resort we very recommended.
Lovely and quiet resort for deep relaxation”
Hotel is located on the outskirts of the Mue Ne village. It's an advantage for these who don't like the noise and for families with little children. A taxi to the center of the village costs about $3 and the journey takes less then 10 minutes. The beach is one of the best in the village. It is clean and well equipped. The waves are strong however. The bungalow is composed of two bedrooms (each with private bathroom) and a hall. There is a large veranda at the entrance with chaises longue. The breakfast is very copious and diverse.
Great little resort - very family orientated”
We stayed in a bungalow which when booking we thought would be big enough for our family (the name bungalow suggests to me there's more than one room)however we found it was too cramped for 2 adults and 2 kids (we had 3 single beds and a cot in there and there was no room left for anything else). Resort is a little way from main street of Mui Ne but its only a 10 minute taxi ride and its cheap enough, too far away to walk to though !! Apart from that the resort is great, the owners Carl & Ian are very friendly and helpful and have designed the resort with families in mind. the pool is perfect, great beach just seconds away from your "bungalow" and plenty for kids to do. They have a play park, pool table and 3 of the most gorgeous dogs you"ll ever meet (they are kept away from the main resort part but if you like dogs Ian will bring them over and they are very friendly, especially Bulie and Rocky). Highly recommend this resort to anyone with Kids !!
