We, a couple of two, stayed for two days in the hotel. We have been in other 5 stars hotels but this can surely match the other quality hotels in US or Europe. Very clean hotel, very nice staff and excellent food. The hotel is close to the centre but not within the city walls of Xi'an, just outside of the city walls. There are many restaurants nearby but skip all of these restaurants, go for the buffet in the hotel, no restaurant in the vicinity can match the choices of over 100 different kind of foods.

A Gem in Xi'an”
An excellent hotel with tons of perks. From arrival until check out, hotel personnel were attentive to our every need. Yang Xiaofei (Stacey), one of the guest experience mangers, was particularly solicitous. A particularly useful amenity for those travelling from the US--they provide a complimentary cell phone in your room that can be used to make free international calls and access the U.S. websites (Google, NYT, etc.) that are normally blocked by the Great Firewall. Breakfast is excellent, gym facilities are good (although, per usual custom in China, if you plan to swim, make sure you bring a swimming cap). Location is good, adjacent to a large pedestrian shopping mall and within walking distance to the Wild Goose Pagoda fountain show. Would certainly stay again next time I am in Xi'an.

Wyndham grand Xi'an south is one of the best hotel we have stayed so far, we were traveling in a big group and booked 10 rooms. upon reaching, the service staff, Jack ma and group, has prepared the rooms for us and also accommodated to all our request of connecting rooms, same floor, queen bed, single bed. all of the request was fulfilled without having to spend too much time at the front counter(apart from scanning of 20+ passports of my whole family). Stacey, Linda and her colleagues from the club floor was very accommodating as well, we were pleasantly surprised when baby chairs were set up the second day when we went for breakfast(we had 6 families traveling together). overall a very pleasant experience and we will be staying in Wyndham when we get to Xi'an again.

Wyndham was a complete package and thanks to agoda for the support in booking this hotel We will gladly recommend this place to any traveler (yes would be better as a tourist) one need to spend sometime at the hotel itself to enjoy the place even more Xi’an was overall so impressive with such lovely lighting both sides of the roads and beautiful and smiling flowers 🌸 and gave us a feeling that we r entering Las Vegas. The trip to Terrakota warriors was superb and the walk from Hotel to giant goose pakoda was also stunning Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and prompt service and managed a bit of English as well (if at all that will be one point to consider to improve further ) overall this hotel was a great experience and we look forward to coming back.

My best hotel stay in China ”
We were upgraded to the club floor which was extremely nice and comfortable. The hotel was very welcoming and everyone made us feel very comfortable. The staff were all very good in English and we didn't feel any language problem like we felt in Shanghai. I must mention the special care that Mandy gave us which made us feel at home and last but not least chef Mukesh who took great care of us . I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family whenever they visit Xian . Will also try other Wyndham properties and hope they can come close to Wyndham Xian . Wonderful stay at a stellar hotel”
From the moment we walked through the doors of the Wyndham Grand, we knew we had chosen correctly for our stay in Xi'an. There is not a criticism to be had with this hotel-friendliness and cleanliness abound, while the room was beautifully appointed and spacious. Located in an area that is very quiet, yet with a variety of shops around and a short walk to the pagoda. We will definitely be returning to the Wyndham Grand!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel , it is very well located with being walking distance from the Wild Goose Pagoda. The staff and concierge services were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. The tours they booked for us were also very well taken care of. Our dining experience was very good too, food and the breakfast were excellent. Would definitely go there again , and strongly recommend it.

This is an excellent hotel and it is walking distance to Big Goose Pagoda as well as several nice parks and shopping. This is a very well-managed hotel, with well-trained and friendly staff. The staff at the Club Lounge were particularly accommodating - thank you to Angel, Emily and Sarah!

This hotel is by far one of the very best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed. It suprassesd all my previous experiences in other 5 star hotels I have visited around the world. Great English speaking staff even the local staff. Great team work among the staff in knowing the guest and servicing the guest even between shifts. Great customer handling. They completely surprised my wife with a complimentary birthday cake as it was my wife's birthday during our stay. Their chinese restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was a real treat as well. The hotel is located at a great area and convenient area for food and shopping. The hotel is really grand in all ways. The room is huge and their facilities are great. Definitely looking forward to visit the hotel again. Congratulations to the whole team for their excellent service delivered.

Wonderful stay”
As soon as we got to the airport we were picked up. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. We were upgraded and got a very large and nice sweet. We also got access to their club lounge. Everyone spoke good english and were so helpful ans friendly. This is the only hotel I would choose in Xi'an. The food was great and service was wonderful. The area was great and lots of nice places to eat, walk and shop. The pagoda was nice and you can walk to the subway. Very safe and great value. A real 5 star hotel! Thank you Michael, Angel, Lily, Tina, Edward and Berry for making us feel at home as well as our experience so great. We used the concierge service to visit the Terracotta warriors. We would suggest coming to Xi'an and staying at this hotel. Best experience ever!
