"The room was OK, yet the managers were horrible! They left us the WRONG room key, and up to now NEVER admitted their horrible mistake and made any apologies! Just those managers who never showed up and never bothered to devote due time to the guests and only wanted to take their money and run. Highly unprofessional and totally irresponsible."
