bad experience . dirty lobby , messy room ”
A too bad experience Overpriced for a such hotel.dirty rooms. People smoke in the Lobby. Old TV.my room phone doesn't work too. The TV and the remote control too. Too old towel. I still wonder how it comes that hotel was a 4* one. At the reception, as usual, The breakfast was a joke. Looking just at the lemon juice and the way they put. Watermelon, I still have the nausea. Please, check these informations by any partial commissions
Breakfast was not good, bad coffee, and very poor buffet. Rooms are clean, but I cannot say the same for the swimming pool. The panoramic elevator is broken, internet is available only in the lobby. The hotel may be old, but for a 4stars hotel one may be expecting more attention to detail, such as recuperating leaves from the swimming pool and making good coffee. Agoda issue: the hotel is in the city center, but it is actually in Hammamet South, between Hammamet and Yasmina. Taxi costs between 4 and 7 dinars to go around.
