"Was not told check in was 3pm, arrived at 11am. Came back at 3, took an extra 30-45 mins to finally get a room. Baring in mind this was the hottest weekend in 2020, We found out our AC was broken. If you are a light sleeper I’d highly recommend requesting a room thats not facing the train station, they’re quite loud. Apart from this, the location is solid if you don’t mind the hill from the beach. The staff were lovely and the drinks service was quick considering all of the pandemic stuff. Not an amazing collection of draught beer but the football table is free and you get a laugh out of it. The breakfast included was from Crush which had fresh fruit; pastries and fresh OJ, was very nice. Overall, this is good for people who don’t mind walking and want to be hidden away from the main hub of Brighton but also isn’t a trek to get to. "

Parking was hard to find, but that's not a big issue. The staff were very friendly, they try their best to answer our questions about parking matters and places to go in Brighton. Overall, i'd recommend this hotel as they also have 24 hr check in. "
