"Perfect location! Right in the heart of the medina, less than 5 min walk from a tram stop (tram is very cheap in Casablanca). We arrived late and checked out very early and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and tidy, getting cleaned regularly and we had a balcony overlooking the little square in front. The Wi-Fi covers the entire hotel and it's very fast. The breakfast is great and cheap. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which provides 360 degree views of the entire city. We'd definitely stay again!"

"Staying at the Melliber hotel was my introduction to Morocco. It was very nice, friendly and staff were helpful. I would like to make special mention of Fatima at the front desk. Fatima organised a very early check-in time with short notice, my room was ready before 10:00am! Thank you Fatima."

"Casablanca was our final stop in Morocco and it was my birthday during our stay. The on duty manager found out that it was my birthday and had housekeeping make up a surprise set-up on the bed with animals made out of towels and rose petals scattered on the bed after we left in the morning. When we got back to the hotel later that evening, I was pleasantly surprised with the little decor. Little did I know that there was more in-store! The concierge team had kept a lookout for our return and in under 10 minutes that we got back, they popped up and had prepared a birthday cake and were singing a birthday song in the corridor outside the room! It was so lovely that the team were so attentive and that they went the extra mile to send their birthday wishes! 10/10 i would recommend Barcelo Anfa to any guests!"

"Could smell the smoke from the smoking room in both the halls and room!! Couldn't open window as on main level facing someone's outside space with chairs and table. Blackout film on windows. Got bites on arms and legs maybe from the extra blanket in closet. Should include breakfast foe the price. Room booked thru intrepid tour was better than one booked on my own after tour returning to Casablanca before heading home. Would go to another hotel before I stayed here if ever in Morocco. "
