good location, lots of great backpackers, reception checked me in late which was a bonus. Pretty minimal and tiny but seems to attract great people so that's all you can ask for

The room was clean and warm, they have good kitchen, where you can make coffee and your meal. I could stay my car behind the hostel at the parking.

- the flat had just been renovated. It looked great and had all the features we could have wanted: washing-machine, oven, microwave-oven, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, TV, dishes and bathroom supplies. - It is located in a nice neighborhood very close to the metro station "Sportivnaïa". There's also a mall, a beer shop and a coffee shop nearby. - the owner Dimitri was super nice and helpfull. Since we were looking for a driver to go visit the Khatyn memorial site, he offered to take us there and give us a tour for a very reasonnable price.

I can't complain about the bed but that is the end of the positives! I entered into a stairwell that looked rundown and knew that I wouldn't want to enter there at night on my own. Got to what was labelled as the hostel to find no reception, no one answering the doorbell. Found that the Internet had an open access so was able to call the viber number given in the email. Called on repeat to have the phone unanswered or put down on me. Sent repeated messages both in Russian and English. Two hours later I got a response and told to go to another office which I couldn't find even with map location. Room was tiny, no social area, shower doors broken, locker keys open every locker.

That was my second stay at the hotel. Convenient location, free parking, spacious room, tasty breakfast. The only disappointment was a narrow passage to the sink in the large bathroom.

This place is just 20mins walk from the Brest Fortress on one side and 10mins to the Brest City Centre on the other. This hotel is an unispiring socialist block from outside and things aren't much better inside. I got an updated room and it was clean and warm but still had that socialist look and the bed was too small for me - I am only 182cm. Breakfast was poor but still not the worst I had in Belarus. Staff was very helpfull and they went out of their way to get me information about bus/train timetable. Would probably stay here again.

Where else can you sleep in the 16th century castle that is UNESCO World Heritage Site and pay this little? Great value for money. The staff is very helpfull although limited English is spoken. They managed to find out for me the departure times of buses from Nesvizh and direct me to the bus stop. This hotel has a huge potential but so little of it is actually used. They could update the whole place and easily charge much more. Rooms are clean and warm, the bed one of the best I slept in Belarus, wifi strong, but all looks quiet socialist and dreary. When in this hotel one doesn't have the feeling you are in an old castle. And then comes the breakfast - you have to go outside and find the restaurant in another building (not nice if outside is rainy, windy and cold). You could choose only 1 dish and 1 drink and it all looked inedible, and it was inedible. The worst breakfast in Belarus. Overall it wasn't a bad stay, especially with this price tag, but many things should be improved.

Удобное расположение - центр города, отзывчивые хозяева, милый ремонт, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. The very city center, overall convenient location with plenty of parking space; flexible and friendly owners; tidy well-furnished and well-equipped.

I have booked two rooms apparment in in city center and they gave different room than I booked also the location is more far than what I booked and when I talked to I got only promises till the my booking

Beautiful apartment close to train station and helpful and English speaking staff! They were very friendly and you can ask them anything

The Hotel is well located and very good rooms but I regret having one time the breakfast ! Not worth the $13 paid not only quality what they serve but the stressed staff there !!

I always stay at this hotel when I am in Minsk. It is very well located to a nearby supermarket, and 5 min drive from Skala shopping centre that has excellent eating options and one of my favourite in Minsk Vasiliki (i believe it is a chain). The staff at the hotel are polite and the taxi to the airport is arranged by the hotel for 40 Rubles which is well below the average you would pay if you were to order it yourself. Excellent value for money for a smart, clean and quiet hotel. Will stay here again when i visit Minsk at the tail end of the year.

From my perspective, the place was ideal for a weekend relaxation with no hustle and bustle of city life. Serene environment took away the whole week's tiredness and prepared us for the upcoming new week.

A few basic English signs would have helped as the woman who checked us in could not speak a word. I never worked out if it was a single apartment or the whole building that was rented, there seemed to be an office next door which would have made it easy to check-in instead of buzzing the apartment. Oh also note there is ALOT of stairs if not close to the gound floor! No lift.

Very clean and big apartment. The apartments are a little bit hard to find but the staff met us on site and were very responsive. The exterior of the building is old but the inside was fully renovated. Bring European plugs.

Located in the heart of the city but luckily street noise doesn't reach it at all; spacious apartment; nicely furnished and newly redecorated; pleasant and flexible owners; fully equipped. It trully deserves 5 out of 5! Would definitely stay again on my next trip. Staff in the main restaurant by the lake are a little lazy but other than that I can't fault the hotel. Hotel staff very attentive and also breakfast restaurant staff very good

I was a solo traveller and found The Garni Hotel to be extremely safe and in a great location. Would highly recommend to others.

This hotel is located close to the bus and railway station and 10 minutes walking from the old town. However, there is a very small car parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, both the lady at the reception desk and the cleaning staff. The room was clean and comfortable, but it was cold in the building during my stay. Moreover, the shower was a little broken and the water was draining from its several holes. The wi-fi worked well. I had 3 dishes to choose for the breakfast and buffet containing bread, jam, cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt. Not much. Semashko is a little too expensive. Probably because they don't have many other hotel competitors in the city.

This is very good place to stay for travellers visiting Minsk for the first time. Hotel is very clean and rooms are reasonably spaciious and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to the main square. Also very resonably priced, friendly and reliable taxis are usually at the hotel front door. All in all a very good stay.

Everything looks pretty nice and good. rate is good comparing to hotel prices in the city. anyhow, center location is very comfortable for tourism. In general, everything was fine and surely next time would stay in the same apartments.
