The white towels were so dirty that I was even scared to touch them. I informed them and there was no reaction. I paid through company credit card online when I did the booking. Yet security was informed that I must pay when I arrive. The kitchen was unattended when I arrive. There were flies all over and very dirty utensils inside the cabinet. The people are kind but...
Reception staffs are so kind and helpful, and cook as well. They heard my journey plan, and then they called the taxi to move easily in the early morning, modified my plan better. Breakfast was so nice! Perfect!!
This is a simple hotel in the hills of the area. A good pit stop if you need it. Staff are friendly but when there are too many staff standing around they tend to spend the time chatting to each other than serving.

Loved the isolated position with 360• views of the mountains. The right place to charge your batteries. We stayed in the 3 bed bungalow.... loved it. Thombile and the owners became our friends in a matter of 3 days.. Will definitely go again
