I stayed For one night only, but it was a good rest for me these days! The staff was soo helpful and nice, always around if I needed something. I will definitely recommend Downtown Hostel to friends and come back one day

staff are fine and friendly. location is too close to railway and major road which can be very noisy. not enough tea and coffee on 2nd floor.

I really like this hostel, the atmosphere is quite good and the staff (Anastasia) is very helpful. The bed is comfort and shower is good. This is simply the best located hostel in Klaipeda as most of the buses from other city stop right at the front door! Highly Recommmended.

Kitchen facilities Cons- wifi only available on main floor. Getting the water temperature just right - but that's in most places in Europe.

They have the best location, but if you book in the dorm, they won't offer you the electronic device to have access to the front door. When I checked in (on a Sunday) they offered me a pin number instead of the electronic device (which you would have booked in a room instead of a dorm bed) if I was to return after 10 pm. Of course it would be fine if it worked. However they didn't tell me that they'd change the pin every Monday and their staff on duty left early on Monday night so I had no access to the hostel. There was no # outside the hostel to call for help. I thought I would have stay out all night. I was lucky enough, somebody with an electronic device returned, after waiting for half an hour. I told them what happened next morning and asked if they could treat all guests fairly & the lady on duty apologized and said No because dorm bed guests paid less. To me people pay more for privacy (less beds or twin room) and they should have the equal right into the property.

Was a nice place although small with 3 rooms for accomodation on bunkbeds. 8, 6 and 4 beds. Roomy lockers by the bed. The key, for which you had to pay 10 euro in deposit, had a tag with 20 % off by the two next door cafés. They were both splendid. One (Green Café) focused more on the drinks, where as 101 Kepyklele focused more on the fresh sauvory filled pirugies, breads and cakes. The Hostel had a Kitchen where you could cook your own food. One of the two bathroom had a bathtub and a shelf with free stuff left by the guests. Mattresses were hard but good. Like those latex mattresses from Ikea like the wooden bunkbeds. No shoes were allowed inside so you had to take off your shows and put Them in shoeracks at the entrance/lobby/reception area. The common area had 2 comfy sofas, tv, pc, a guitar which was nice as in the evening those who wanted it could sit and jam.

Our booking was canceled (after overbooking) but the manager of the Pogo Hostel, did everything possible to find another place for us to stay and even gave us a lift to the new hotel. We really appreciated, it was really kind from her and for sure I would go to Pogo Hostel next time I'll be back in Vilnius... The place is so well maintained and located!

First arrived, no one is at the reception, so I couldn't get in. There was a sign stuck out at the door saying must ring the local Lithuanian number - are you kidding? I stay in hostel to save cost and you ask me to ring international number to get in? I walked to the police station not far away to ask where public telephones are, they kindly helped me ring the hotel number at their expense. They had to try twice until someone answer. So by the time I got back someone was there. Then I was told the room wasn't paid, so they punched in some number I don't know on their credit card machine. I was under impression they were charging me for the night. Anyway, after I could access the internet I found out I already paid. I emailed them they said they didn't charge me but instead they were charging Agoda. Who knows I guess I will have to check my cc statement again in few days time. Toilet light would just go off when you are taking a dump. I mean can't you just have a normal light?

Value for the money, everything is fine. If you book single room at the top floor, one minus that you'd have to crunch while trying to use the toilet (or do it sitting down). But this is not an issue at all since they have single room price at less than 50% price of a normal double. Value for money for sure.

We were welcomed by a very pleasant manager, she showed us the room and asked if we need anything else. The room itself was very clean, with two double beds (!), the bathroom was also very clean. TV had many channels, both in Lithuanian and English. There's a supermarket and a bus station nearby. Only a couple of small bad things: the sink's tap is too short so you're basically washing the back of the sink when you're washing your hands; there was a little of water coming out from under the shower; you can only pay in cash (the ATM is next to the supermarket); our room was very well visible from outside but if you close the curtains it's too dark; if you're in Klaipeda for work, you won't be happy with unstable wifi. In general, I would really recommend this place to everyone. :)

I stay in this guest house many times.Its very convinient if you travel in the morning from Kaunas airport.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed here for 2 night. The room is clean and have a very comfortable bed. I slept very well. Just felt at home.

Pros: The place is clean, love the common area and the simplistic decorations. Toilets and Bathroom are clean too. Location is near to the bus / train station. Cons: Probably the need to go to another location to pick up the keys first. Lack of signages at the key pick up location, as the hostel uses a different name there.

It was quite comfy and automatically check in, which means you could arrive at any times I suppose. The two beds rooms was equipped with everything you might need, even a toaster. We thought the yellow blankets were all we had so we got freezing cold but it turned out that the duvets were right underneath(which we thought were the sheets) so make sure you don’t make the same mistake lol

I could communicate relatively well with the staff. Food is fantastic. Location is great as it 2 minutes walk from the nearest bank and supermarket and 20-25 minutes walk from the bigger shops in mazeikiai. They don't clean the room everyday. But the room is comfortable and spacious.

Good for families. Silent place. Please bring your own toilet paper. That one in the apartment was like cooking paper. Some things are a little broken - refrigerator, faucet. Close to shop, city. Free car parking.

There is no lift in this building and they expected me to climb 4 flights of very steep stair to my room. When I informed them that I couldn't do this, I was rudely offered a room on a lower floor, but they tried to make me pay extra. Tiny narrow bed, no amenities, rude staff, breakfast extremely limited (eggs inedible because of too much salt). This is more like a cheap hostel than a supposedly 3 star hotel.

The Pervaza Hotel is located on several bus routes (LTL 2.20 to the downtown area) and quite close to main railway station - rail line passes by the hotel but double-glazed windows make it very quiet with no train noise. Indeed, there are not many trains. Room 127 was very clean and comfortable - two single beds pushed together to make a bigger bed, with a gauzy canopy over the bed. Hotel is on 3rd floor (no lift) and 2nd floor has a restaurant and also a spa with solarium and massage. Ground floor has excellent supermarket. Breakfast was the only meal I had in the hotel and it was filling and satisfactory. Seems also to be plenty of parking space. TV local channels only. Good budget hotel

Everything was very nice starting with friendly staff, and ending with clean and cozy rooms. Maybe the price was a little bit to high for the room, but besides that everything was very good.

Located in the quiet side of the old town and within walking distance to everything. The room is spacious and clean. The owner/ manager is so nice he waited me until after midnight to check in as my flight arrived Vilnius late. There's also locker for you to store luggage after check out. Overall a very pleasant stay.

It's only an one star hotel so needed to be asked to get toilet rolls, fresh towels or the room to be cleaned. But it didn't cause any problems. The upstairs rooms are super small. The rest is alright. Warm, peaceful, generally clean and friendly.

Receptionist very friendly and helpful.Good English(although I speak Lithuanian) large comfortable rooms.Didnt eat in the hotel as meeting friends,so only breakfast

The house itself doesn't look good but the apartment is beautiful. The place is perfect for three people, four if you have a mattress. Everything's clean and tidy but the mat in the shower was constantly wet. It was close to our party place so the location is great.

staff is very supportive, though there are not many possibilities to spend your time. Wifi- and TV-signal is extremely weak in the rooms. during my stay there was no heating at all, but staff provided an electric fan which helped a bit

Fresh air and little traffic noise made me sleep very well. Walking around you discover the beautiful horse farm, the 1000s of doves and fasents, 100s of deer, elks and eventually wild pigs.
