Find Hotels in Malawi

Was ok. Felt breakfast could be improved a bit. Feel that wifi should be easily accessible (hotel staff changed wifi settings midway through our stay and from then on, our laptops were't able to get online, which was never resolved). Bit frustrating at times. Also staff could be advised to first knock on door before barging in. Room doors are quite hollow so quite noisy at times with staff and guests talking loudly in the corridors as well as door slammings. I'd probably stay there again next time, but only because other better hotels are way more expensive.

Everything was nice. The only area where improvement is needed is with reception. They did not welcome us with a smile, ask how they could help. They just sat there hardly acknowledging our existence. Then they had an issue with the price offered through Agoda (a discounted price) and contacted the manager as they did not believe our paperwork. The facility is in a beautiful location with outstanding views on a clear day.
