This is really best hotel in Palau. hotel with beautiful lake and good beach. we enjoyed every day feeding fish time. Big sea turtle may is unique place can be seen.

fine location, with the supermarket right across the hotel, and good restaurants within the vicinity. the room and public spaces are quite clean, but can be improved (especially the smell of the bathroom). the helpful staff are the hotel's best asset.

Stayed in the motel for seven nights. Hotel staff anticipated my late arrival and were ready to check me in. Bed was extremely large, and rooms are really new. Extremely clean, and the air-conditioning worked a treat. Staff were friendly, and would offer immediate assistance. There is no free wifi in the hotel, and do not expect the (paid) wifi to be fast. This is a limitation of Palau, not of the hotel. The Motel is situated towards the southern end of Main Street, and is a few minutes' walk from a supermarket, as well as the various restaurants and nightlife areas of Koror. It's within walking distance of the tour operator IMPAC, and all other tour operators known DW Motel, and offer pickup and drop offs from the motel, so you always within reach of a tour company.

The Palau Pacific Resort or PPR as its called locally is a fantastic resort property. The grounds are extensive and beautiful over-looking the ocean. It has the only and best beach in Koror facing west for fantastic sunsets. The beach itself is truly a great place to swin, kayak or paddleboard. The staff are helpful and friendly. I came to dive and the dive boat picked me up every morning from the PPR dock. Yet the surrounding gardens are so lovely its easy to spend your day at the beach. The only downside is the food which is atrocious. The breakfast buffet is overpriced and low quality food. This may be a problem with Palau in general, since many food items are imported, but PPR could do a better job in the kitchen with more fresh and local fruits and vegetables. The only fresh fish they served when we wete there is parrotfish which is a boney reef-eating fish. Why they would serve parrotfish is beyond my comprehension since tuna, grouper and snapper.abound in local waters.

It's far away from downtown but no need to worry at all. Transportation service is available anytime at $5 one way. They have no swimming pool but you can swim and watch many fishes in the calm lagoon in front of the hotel. Do not forget to bring snorkeling equipments with you. Enjoy calm vacation here!

Really bad! I stayed 3 different hotels in Palau, this is the worst! Out dated design, very very dark room, the paint was coming off the wall! The most important is some bad smell full of the room caused I cannot sleep! I choose this hotel because of ocean view, however I am not enjoy as the balcony is dirty, no furniture with rusty fence! Location is not near downtown, breakfast is simple and wifi is not work in room, only wifi in lobby is better. Service of front desk is nice, no other is acceptable. Never come again!

Room was clean and has all the basic necessities - clean towels, bedroom slippers, bathroom amenities, hair dryer. Down side is no free Wi-fi here - with this room rate, I would have expected free wifi which is offered in all good hotels.

Complimentary transport was provided from and to the airport, though the request may need to go via a translator over their phone as the staff struggled to understand English. Hotel is in a reasonable location at the end of the main town and between two islands connected by road ways with pedestrian paths. Various mini-marts are a few hundred meters walk away. There are no particular views from the location, other than of the much more expensive hotel next door, but the room was well equipped and modern with good air-conditioning, spare powerpoints, new furniture, TV, tea making and all toiletries provided including toothpaste and a razor. Not sound proofed so can hear the other guests if they decide to make noise, but main issue for couples would be that the bathroom walls are glass with an opaque middle section, so there’s only semi privacy at best. There are ferry / diving / boat cruise terminals within a couple of hundred metres, 3am arrival normal, residentials and hotel nextdoor.

We stayer there for 4 nights with a 2-day water activity tour in Palau, and found this resort is close to airport (15 min drive ) and all staffs are helpful and kind, and room is big plus air-cons is working well. Breakfast is ok and basic but it is good enough if you have to get ready for tour pick up early every morning as this resort is far from the city centre ( 20 min in normal traffic ). Lucky the resort has limited free shuttle bus service to city centre plus our tour has their own pick up and drop off provided also. Basically i will recommend this resort if your trip in Palau is for all water activities organised by tour then transport may not be a main issue for you. Cheers.

Arrived at 1:30am due to my flight arrival time. There is no elevator for people; there is one for your luggage. There are no rooms on the first floor, so anyone with a wheelchair-type disability is out of luck. There's a sign by the bathroom sink in each room that says "Do Not Drink This Water." There are also two empty plastic water pitchers in the room. I went down to the desk and informed them there is no drinking water in my room. They pointed me to a refrigerated display case full of drinks (including bottled water) and said $1 per bottle. I realize on an island like Palau running water is more expensive than electricity, but they need to rework their pricing and be more accommodating to their guests. That would include clean smelling rooms and unstaimed bed linens. Hard to believe the main industry there is tourism.

Stayed at the West Plaza by the Sea on August 2015 for 3 nights on a work trip. Went by fellow traveller reviews when picking this hotel as we were looking for options below AUD$200 per night, am very glad I did. The location is excellent in that it is not far from everything but being off the main road it is that bit quieter. The staff were lovely, Irene was excellent. You need to pay for internet access and as the island does not yet have a fiber optic connection is can be quite slow. This is the case right across the island though, and they can sell you cards at the hotel that will work in a lot of hotspot locations throughout Koror. Look to rent a car to make it easy to get around the island, be careful driving at night and especially the weekend of pay week as that is when road accidents increase significantly. I would stay at this hotel again and would happily recommend it to others.

Location of tis hotel is very good, we can walk many restaurants by walk. And restraunt&bar next to hotel is opend until 12:00AM. So if you have dinner early and hungry again or want to drink more, you can go to this restaurant. Staffs are friendly and nice. But... house keeping is not good. We stayed 3 people in one room but every day they gave us only 2 sets of towels. And sometimes, no small towles or floor towels. We have to call housekeeping everyday to get towels. And also they didn't clean room. We stayed 1 week, but they didn't clean for 1 week. (Just make beds, supply towels). Please be careful to use bathtub. Because if we use hot water in bathtub for 30mins, electric is down everytime. I tried to arrange car pick up from airport to hotel, but they didn't answer my message until I contacned AGODA (just 2days before I arrived airport). If you need them to arrange car, please contact them at least 2weeks ago.

Clean and big rooms with fine view of the ocean. 10 minute walk to the Main Street where you can eat anything good including a fruit bat suop, and where you can buy anything. Our room had a kitchen sink, frig, and micro. Kitchen drawers were nailed down. No elevators. The way from Main Street to the hotel is a bit confusing, especially when driving a rented car. In total, this hotel is strongly recommended for frugal travelers. It is nice that a dining place (Rahmen shop) is open from4:00am to 11:00pm.

we booked this for a nap and shower after a day tour out in the sea and before our flight to Guam at 2am. hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, walking distance to a few good resto.

Great Korean scubadiving center PPDC located just across road. Best choice if you using PPDC Has great private beach. good to snokel, good to tan. Provide simple breakfast, not bad for chinease tourist but not good to the others Room is clean, LCD TV, Air conditioner, refrigerator works well but some roachs in restroom Sea passion is , although it is not a luxury hotel, better than any other motels but not good for its price. with taxs almost $800 for 3 nights

Room was very large and very clean. Restaurant had wonderful food and was a great value. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
