We were greeted by a very friendly porter and check-in assistant. She told us we had been upgraded to a Club Suite - marvellous! We were on the 17th floor with a good view of the city. We were given vouchers for Pisco Sours - the bar staff were very friendly. All staff in bars and restaurants spoke English very well and had excellent customer service skills. The Club lounge on the 18th floor had an excellent choice of hot and cold food and champagne. Breakfast the next morning also had a good choice and the staff were friendly and attentive. Lima is not the prettiest of cities but we had certainly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton.

There are a few nice restaurants right next to the hotel, if you walk for about 15 to 20 minutes to the local market you will find delicious local food at a cheap price! The hotel itself is located in a quiet neighborhood but is within walking distance to most of the attractions.

We had a terrible experience for going international airport and I felt it’s the staff problem. We ordered 2 taxis on 8:30am in advance and i was told they were coming in 5 minutes. We kept waiting and checking for 30 minutes and finally was told they were not sure where were the taxis. The staff tried to call Uber at that time but no response. Not all the taxi is allowed to international airport and we almost miss our flight.
beautiful hotel right in the centre of cusco. staff service was excellent and facilities were great. very clean and comfortable stay, but prices were a bit higher here than elsewhere in peru

Único “pero”: no hay recomendaciones por parte del hotel (letreros o hablado) para pedir a sus huéspedes mantener el silencio posible; el pasillo arriba y las escaleras son de madera y se oye fuerte el paso, el patio central da a todas las habitaciones.

I would love to give a review, since the hotel came recommended to us. But a few days before we arrived, they notified us that they were overbooked and bumped us to another hotel, which was mediocre at best. Very disappointed, particularly since we thought we had 4 guaranteed rooms.

The staff was great, hotel was quaint and fit the area, hot water was decent in the shower. Only issues we had was they did not have a crib for our 1 year old so we had to switch to another hotel. Also internet barely worked in the room, but seemed pretty good in the courtyard.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms were cozy and roomy. There were heaters and extra blankets which made it nice. The lobby is open, lot of sunlight, very cozy. Constant coco tea available and a great breakfast. Juices, breads, fruits, French toast, fresh coffee. Only one block from the city square. Would definitely recommend for all, especially families.

The hotel is located near the main square, plaza. And view was fantastic I’ve never seen like that scenery. Especially night view was absolutely wonderful. So highly recommend but during the night the water is not working. So don’t use a toilet at night.
Awesome location. New manager took over while I was staying and they actually seem better than the old. Fresh cooked eggs to order for breakfast. Good value for sure

The hotel is located in one of the nicer and safer locations in Peru - Miraflores - close to several good restaurants, stores, and transportation options. We had a triple room, which was huge and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was served at 6am every morning and had plenty of options for all kinds of eaters. For out recent trip to Peru my wife, three other couples and me decided to stay in this hotel. Im happy to say that the Hotel is very nice and has a great location. Walking distance to incarail bus ride to Machu Pichu and the Plaza the armas. I recommend it
beautiful hotel in one of the best and most beautiful locations in Cusco. A few blocks down a beautiful cobblestone street from the main plaza. Warm and wonderful staff that went out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable beds and fancy shower. Great breakfast. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t recommend this hostel enough. It’s beautiful, right on the river, with a wonderful pool and great canopy to hang out under. The staff is AMAZING. And y’all there is a residential SLOTH that lives here. I dream of coming back to this place. Thank you!

Hot showers, TV, nice beds, nice duvets. Best place we've stayed in Peru for the money. Only con was taxi drivers found it difficult to find.
I stayed here with my girlfriend as a base for our Machu Picchu tour. the staff were always available, always helpful, and always friendly. The showers were hot, beds comfortable, and while he hostel is in a quieter area it is still only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Excellent value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

A friend and I got a private room here because of its proximity to the airport. We walked from the airport to get a sense of distance, but it wasn't an interesting walk (and taxis are cheap). The online rate was best, so they waited for me to reserve online. You also pay-as-you-go for things - no room account. It has everything you could expect from a good hostel. To start, they booked me a 4:30am taxi to the airport and accepted the fare at the front desk. They don't add on extra credit card fees. There is a big terrace with hammocks and ping pong, downstairs is a big kitchen (guests can use when they're not preparing breakfast and dinner) and hangout with a pool table. Beer and drinking water is for sale at the front desk. Within 25 mins walk we went to a huge supermarket, a bank and a wood-fired pizza place. My friend was allowed to check out at 11:30 and chill until his flight. Overall clean, very lovely staff, and excellent value private room/bathroom with a good hot shower.

My only complaint, which I shared with the hostess, is that I received a small shock while taking a shower when I touched the water faucet. I had the electric water heater activated, which must not be grounded properly; so this scared me, as I was wet and covered in water, which is not an ideal condition when experiencing an electric shock. i hope they remedy this issue quickly, or only allow cold showers. I felt obligated to share this information as it is something that could be serious and needs to be fixed. However, I wouldenciurage guests to patronize this location as it is a great value, super friendly staff, and is una great little town!

Room was nice and clean, but they did not empty our garbage or refill toilet paper once during the night stay, we had to ask. The room doors and windows give to the hostel court yard which is a problem cause you can hear everything thru the window, they don't enforce a noise policy so we found ourself unable to sleep the night before our 5 day trek because 2 people were talking loudly till a little past midnight.
It is located a couple blocks from the Plaza de Armas. It has a nice and clean kitchen, 2 balconies with a nice view. They have free tea and coffee and very helpful staff. The WiFi is OK at 4 am when no one is using it. The room does not have the best lighting but it is good for what you pay.

They staff is very nice and happy to help. They also store your bags when you leave for a multi day Machu Picchu trek. Some rooms are a bit far from the shared bathroom, but the bathroom has hot water for showers. The hostel is situated on the top of a hill, so a lot of stairs to climb each time you enter. But it does make for a beautiful view of the city. Also at night on weekends we had difficulty getting back there because police were always blocking off streets due to teenagers partying we think. But nice and safe place to stay. All doors are always locked and video monitored.
Staff is super friendly value for money is excellent, free tea is great! The best hostel for socializing, its like in college. Even though its two crowded for that many people and facilities could be improved, it one of those hostels where you just want to hang around.

Pros - the whole place is clean with great hot water shower, bed is comfy. Additional charge for breakfast (again great value) and comes with eggs of your choice. Great location, the whole family is so so so nice plus you get a lot more for what you pay. Highly recommended Andes Backpackers.

All of the staff members spoke good English and they are super helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. There are a few nice restaurants right next to the hotel, if you walk for about 15 to 20 minutes to the local market you will find delicious local food at a cheap price! The hotel itself is located in a quiet neighborhood but is within walking distance to most of the attractions.

beautiful hotel right in the centre of cusco. staff service was excellent and facilities were great. very clean and comfortable stay, but prices were a bit higher here than elsewhere in peru

Único “pero”: no hay recomendaciones por parte del hotel (letreros o hablado) para pedir a sus huéspedes mantener el silencio posible; el pasillo arriba y las escaleras son de madera y se oye fuerte el paso, el patio central da a todas las habitaciones.

Cons: No elevator; no AC. (But there are big windows and the temp outside is comfortable.) I highly recommend this hotel!
Our room is on fourth floor. be careful you might hit the roof (I'm 5'4). Breakfast has the best view. make sure you have time for relax breakfast. staff are friendly.
Wonderful hotel. The rooms were cozy and roomy. There were heaters and extra blankets which made it nice. The lobby is open, lot of sunlight, very cozy. Constant coco tea available and a great breakfast. Juices, breads, fruits, French toast, fresh coffee. Only one block from the city square. Would definitely recommend for all, especially families.

For out recent trip to Peru my wife, three other couples and me decided to stay in this hotel. Im happy to say that the Hotel is very nice and has a great location. Walking distance to incarail bus ride to Machu Pichu and the Plaza the armas. I recommend it

macchu picchu town is very small but this hotel is in good location near the buses up to the main event. staff here were very helpful after an initial mishap where they did not pick us up at the train station (this was pre-arranged). I stayed in 3 different hotels in Cusco during my trip. Esplendor was our last hotel and our best by far. This is a brand new hotel built less than one year ago. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished and the guys who run it are simply lovely. I strongly recommend it, even if it is a bit distant from the bus station compared to other hotels. Great value for money. Don’t miss it.

The best part about our stay was they very helpful and friendly staff who catered to our needs including getting taxis at good rates, storing luggage we didn't want to lug around as we traveled, and also making sure we were Having a good time. Pleasant hotel, breakfast included, close to Miraflores centre and ocean. The only uncomfortable thing is shower temperature was changing very fast hot to cold and back. The window opening is huge, be careful if you are with kids. Overall, a very nice hotel.
Marie and her staff are very caring ,always helpful with recommendations and advises. The hotel is beautiful,very clean,comfortable beds and excellent breakfast .
This bed and breakfast is a very unique house with sea view and all sorts of decorations that show the owner's personality. Absolutely love the animals! They have 3 cats and 2 dogs. One little thing is about the laundry. 60 soles for a load of laundry which is not worth it. Because we lost some underwear and the detergent they use is not for sensitive skin.
Wonderful helpful staff. Rooms are very nice. Best shower in a long time. Walking time to Plaza de armas is about 20 minutes. Supermarket nearby which is nice to have. I would stay here again

Probably the best hotel in Puno. Staff and facilities are great. Rooms have everything one may need. Our request to change the room for a different view was promptly fulfilled. Hotel is a little away from town but taxis are easy to get and cheap. Rooms are somewhat on the smaller side but adequate.

Staff practically push you in the direction of using hotel cars. When you request for a taxi on the phone, the staff member says they will confirm back to you in a few minutes. A few minutes later a staff member comes to you door and says that it will cost $63 us as there are three people and luggage an you need a van. When I responded that I came from the airport in a normal taxi (for $Australian 29.99 pre booked) she said oh, a normal size taxi will be us$53. I said please just arrange a normal taxi. When we went downstairs at the agreed time of 4.00am no taxi was arranged. The Concierge then asked me if I wanted a hotel taxi. I said no- just a normal taxi. He then got on the phone and was on hold for at least 5 minutes when I got fed up, walked the 10 meters to the street and hailed a taxi and went to the airport.

As a female travelling solo this was an excellent choice of hotel. All the staff that I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. I enjoyed excellent Peruvian food with a contemporary twist in the restaurant ( I loved the roast goat and trio of sorbets). The coffee shop was a wonderful place too with fabulous fresh juices and snacks, comfy sofas and a library of interesting books. My room was spacious and the bathroom luxurious with a powerful shower. The only thing that I didn't like was the carpet throughout the hotel-a little dark and dated.
Most hotel staff remember my name and always talked to me nicely. Also Break fast is nice and location is good to walk around and buy some at a supermarket.

The room was comfortable and the hotel overlooks a club next door, and a golf course across the street. I did not dine here, but my friends who did said the food was fabulous.

You can get equialent taxi service for a lot less money. It cost us to take a hotel taxi for Plaza Mayor. Coming back, the taxi cost 12 soles. Admittedly, this particular taxi was not as nice as the other one, but...

This Hotel could do with some updating and probably a swimming pool. Whilst the staff were attentive especially at breakfast regretabby an understanding of English is lacking and perhaps more training would help.
Arequipa City is enchanting, people is super friendly and we loved the vies, sightseeing of the volcanoes, cannon and the condor flight, among many other fascinating attractions, definetely a MUST see place is PERU.

Hotel Estelar Miraflores is the best choice I ever made so far using Agoda. Great locatin great breakfast and comfortable bed. It is very important to us to sleep well as we are going to Machu Pichu for the next destination. Tomorrow we will be back to Hotel Estelar for one night befre Santiago trip. Recomended for adult with children.
Place was a bit too flashy and retro to my way of thinking. Staff was helpful but not terribly well informed. Locatons was relatively safe and convenient. Airport transport to and from was excellent....Hotel and casino were reasonably clean and well maintained. Rooms were split level and had good city views.
I enjoyed a lot my stay as the main purpose was to relax for one day (don't expect luxury features but it is good enough for that purpose). quiet area and excellent service. If your idea is to visit Lima, it may be a bit far away. The service was great from the very beginning and they were very helpful with all my questions and requests.
there are more and more boutique hotel neamed but not boutique at all. this one is the real boutique type as my category. not only the hotel design, room and bath details, but also all he very sweet service to let us feel it's our temprate home, sometimes we even fotgot to lock our door~

The location of the hotel is in the business district, which assures easy access to various embassies and major companies. I had planned to stay 3 days at Delfines, but checked out after only 1 night due to a number of minor issues. The location of the hotel is in the business district, which assures easy access to various embassies and major companies. However, the location is far from any entertainment area, selection of restaurants etc. Be aware of all extras in this hotel. The guest seem to have to pay a high price for any extras. For example local phone calls are at 1 USD per minute, printing through the business centre very expensive, high additional charge for high speed WiFi access etc. The meal services at the Club Executive was very minimalistic indeed. The evening "buffet" consisted of a couple of simple cold dishes and dried out hot dishes. The drink selection consisted of one white wine and one red wine - with no offer of re-fills or any other beverages. Also the breakfast was very minimalistic, and additional charges applied for any additionals such as eggs made to order etc. All in all I found the value for money at Delfines to be very low and better options at better prices exist in for example the Miraflores district.

Upon checkin they didn't recognized my AGODA reservation made and PAID weeks ago so it was an awkward checkin situation to check and recheck and recheck. Not professional at all. They should know how to do handle situations like this because that is their job. Meanwhile waiting they threated me like they were doing me a favour...
overall, it was nice pleasant stay I had. However, breakfast menu need more variation from day to day. complimentary items (tea, bottled water) were not there, only a bag of coffee and you will be charged if you ask for more.

Was locked out of the front gate one night at 9:00 pm. Rang the door bells over 10 times. No one at the reception desk came. Finally a fellow traveler noticed and opened the gate for me. The floor was not clean even though it was an upgraded junior suite. The hotel also charged daily $25 resort fee, which there was no services at all, not even turn down the bed service. It's obvious the hotel is under staffed. Ultra expensive for the location, and the service. I would recommend staying at the other high end hotels i.e. Belmond Palacio Nazarenas, Marriott, Casa Cartagena boutigue hotel.... similar price range, much better location.
