Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is just a few minutes from the centre and there are local shops at the end of the road. The tram is 5 stops from the main railway station and stop a minute from the hotel. The room standard was excellent and there were a few nice touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and free loan of a smart phone ‘handy’. The pool was pleasant but got annoyingly crowded at times. The restaurant food was excellent and the duck dish was superb, drinks are a bit expensive. The breakfast buffet selection was one of the best I have experienced , the mini desserts were great.

This is a nice, clean, modern hotel in central Warsaw. The location was good for sightseeing and near public transport. The room/bathroom were clean, there's a safe in the room to store valuables, and wifi worked well in the rooms. The views from the rooms were amazing too. There was also a gym at the top floor. The hotel bar was really nice too, although the price for drinks were quite high for Poland prices. I stayed here as a holiday traveller (not business). This hotel is really catered for business travellers; however, the good thing for weekend holiday travellers is that business travellers go home at the weekends, so the prices drop and you can get a good bargains on the rooms. So lookout for these bargains, and I would recommend this hotel for holiday weekend breaks in Warsaw.

The hotel staff were friendly & very helpful. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. Spa facilities were the best I’d been to in a hotel. A little far out but could walk everywhere of taxis were cheap anyway & arrived within minutes. I would definitely stay here again

In fact, Novotel Centrum Hotel is the most popular hotel in Warsaw because of its location. JM Hotel is little bit far from main street.(Central Station, Old Town, etc.) but it's very good. everything is clean & up-to-date. Staffs are so kind. Breakfast is excellent. you can use Taxi from this hotel to Station. (approximately 5 euros or more) also you can use Tram line to go sightseeing (near the hotel) I highly recommend to stay this hotel! :)

I am staying in this hotel for 2 nights witb my daughter. It was our first time in Warsaw so I made sure to get a hotel near the public transportation. This hotel has the best location as it is near the Central Station. It is also just right across the biggest shopping center in Poland with shops and restaurants inside. The staff was really helpful. We were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi with my daughter as one of the reception staff told us that we can avail of it for free. the breakfast was so delicious my daughter loves it too. We would stay here again if we go back to Warsaw!

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms, great staff. Bit noisy at night with railway line at the end of the road, but its only from early morning, we got used to it. Happy hour 1700=1800 for drinks, Plus 10 percent off if you use the Fab Fusion Restaurant for food. We did one night fantastic food. Only drawback, main square 20 minute walk away. Though Jewish quarter a tad closer. Both of which have many bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pre booked taxi from airport with the hotel and again for the return only 90 slotys each way. Try booking the hotel direct to get best price.

The appartment is amazing, i could actually stay there for much more than just a holiday time. Its got a very cosy bedroom combined with bathroom and a sauna! The sauna is very well maintained very clean. The living room has got video projector so option of Home cinema possible for sure! Lovely spacious appartment! The whole appartment is very well equipped with everything you need and is located in a very attractive area in the city centre. I will definitely save this contact to come back again for my next break in Warszawa.

It's my first time in Poland and Warsaw, I stayed in the hotel for 9 days and became friends with the staffs here. Location is great, and the hotel is classic and beautiful. I enjoyed staying here very much!

The hotel was the perfect base for our party of 7 friends. We had spacious en-suite single rooms that were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The included buffet breakfast was a bonus - plenty of variety with both hot and cold dishes, fruit, cereal, pastries (and chicken legs!) - as was free use of the Fitness Centre. The free Wi-Fi was also very reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful and, being only 5 minutes walk from Rynek, the hotel was ideally placed for touring the old town sights. Tip : pre-book taxis both FROM and TO the airport - the price is then fixed, no surprises. Taxis picked up from the rank at the airport seem to charge around PLN 20 more than by pre-booking.

This was our first travel to Poland and we've been told before from online videos that Polish are gloomy and not nice but it never happened in the hotel! From we first arrived, the front desk girl (unfortunately I forgot her name) is super friendly and helpful and he showed us where to go around in detail. Some of her recommendation were proven to be our best experience in Gdansk :) The hotel is between bus & train station and main square so it was very convenient for us and our luggage, there's also a mall and convenience store across the street to find food and daily necessities. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit in Gdansk!

Perfect place if your going to be busy site seeing or busy with business. The Spa is the best way to relax after a long day sight seeing. Walking distance to town (depending on the cold weather), alternatively there was always taxis waiting out front and they are so cheap seemed like every journey was around 4 quid. It is slightly out of the way from the old town (main touristy part) compared to some other hotels but this is minor and is not much further. I looked at all of the 5* hotels and this one looked like the nicest to me. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. When I asked my girlfriend what her favorite part of the trip was she replied, "The hotel". Not sure what this says about her after being in such a historic city but she loved the hotel.

We have been staying at this hotel most of the time we travel to Poland. Rooms are clean but little bit run down. Those awful “psychedelic” carpets which gives us the feeling of dizziness need cleaning, bathroom needs updating and bed is just awful. Hard mattress on the stiff board platform does not give you any comfort. The mattress protection made out of the plastic gives you the feeling of the hospital bed. The hotel restaurant is very pricey and does not have much to offer. The biggest plus is just the location literally across from the airport.

This hotel represents excellent value for money. The rooms conform to the global standard and decor of a Sofitel, and are extremely comfortable. Staff are very well trained, multi-lingual and friendly. The location is the best in the city: in the centre of the old town, a one minute walk from the Rynek / Market Square, and in the middle of the bars and cafes. Thanks to soundproofing, this is not an issue. Highly recommended.

Between railway station and Old Town, can walk both ways unless you have a lot of luggage. Nothing particularly remarkable, just a good hotel. Would go back any time.

This hotel was one of the best experience in terms of price quality ratio. Excellent room and facilities. The centre is easily reachable by tramway while the airport is just 10 min ride by taxi. It would be ideal to have a shuttle service, but in case Uber is very cheap, and by public transport it takes less than 20 minutes to reach the airport. Also I think the breakfast can be made a bit larger, but it was good. Overall I recommend the hotel.

This is a quality hotel, very well appointed and with an excellent bar and dining room located close to Chopin airport. My only gripe is the single befs, please replace them with two queen size beds. The rooms are spacious enough. I travel extensively in North America and twin queen beds are standard. The current narrow beds are like sleeping on a plank.

The reception, restaurant and fitness centre staff were very helpful and efficient. The room was clean and the restaurant food very good. The gym and pool facilities were really what made the hotel value for money. Unfortunately on 2 of our 6 days the room had not been made up, resulting in quick, superficial make-overs when we reported the matter. Although the hotel is within easy walking distance of the castle, Old Town and many places of interest, it's next to a club and opposite a small open park area which are fine in the day time but seem to attract lots of loud, rowdy behaviour on many nights. You have a choice of having a room on the main road (with a castle view and noise) or a room facing the back (looking onto the back of other buildings/a garage.) Overall, would stay again on account of the staff and the fitness facilities.

My stay at the Mercure Warzawa Grand Hotel was good. I stayed 2 nights when I first arrived in Warsaw, and again one night at the end of my trip just before I departed Poland. I got a small room for 1 person, but enough as I was out and about during my stay. I had water kettle in the room the first 2 nights, but not the returned last night. The staff were helpful regarding printing out my boarding pass. I could walk back from the old town, so location was good.

Good hotel & great location Close to train station & shops etc i was surprised at the cleaning though As when i dropped my keys behind the sofa, i moved the sofa & i found quite a lot of dust & dirt on the floor, also underneath the bed & the bedside units & quite a few marks on the walls The room obviously needs painting & also the carpets need to be steam cleaned or washed. Which i thought was a shame as over all it is a lovely hotel & i will stay there again frequently & look forward to seeing the improvements implemented Regs Mike

Had booked here at the last minute. Very clean and modern, with built in washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and kettle. Bathroom very clean and modern as well. Only problem we had were that curtains were very sheer, and see through, so we had to keep dressing in corner of the room or in bathroom. Located about 15-20 mins walk to city central, and 5 mins to Hilton hotel and other cafes/restaurants.

Absolutely loved this hotel from the moment we stepped into the atmospheric reception/ trendy lounge bar. Very warm and cosy .beautiful stylish decoration. Staff are very helpful and efficient. We booked a ‘privledge room’ which was worth the small additional cost. Location superp. Upmarket,huge shopping mall opposite . Tram station 1 minute walk. 5-10 min walk to central historical area. WOW! Felt like walking into a fairytale. So amazingly beautiful with Xmas lighting and decorations everywhere. Can’t wait to back. Highly rated for a short Pre- Christmas break.❤️

First I will say that the personell responsible for breakfast was super nice and helpful, they would ask if it was ok to clear away breakfast buffet even after it was closed. But I had booked this hotel because one of the pictures showed a childrens play area. Ee were visiting my Grand daughter and then having the possibilities for us adults to hang around close to a play area for Children is extremely convenient, so even if this was a bit more expensive hotel, the play area was worth a 20-25% higher rate. We asked in the reception about the whereabouts of the play are, they answered that it was at the -1 level. So we went downstairs. As we stepped out of the elevator, a hotel rep told us it was closer for renovation... Witch was true. The morning after I noticed the toys were put in a corner of the breakfast restaurant.. Why noone would give us that option is beyond my comprehension. Polacks are not so service minded from all my experienced in the country.

I arrived at the hotel during midnight but the staff was there and welcomed us with a smile. The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant had a very good breakfast and nice staff. The one thing the hotel should have is a small refrigerator. TV should have more international and English-speaking channels.

I specifically chose Golden Tulip because I have been to other Golden Tulip hotels before. However, I was disappointed when I went to my room to see two single beds when I had booked and paid for a double bed. Spoke to management to try and get what I paid for but they said that the rooms were all booked. Needless to say, I was one unhappy guest.

First during check in I had lots of luggage there was no ready to help me to bring the luggage to my room During my stay I asked to post a letter and I paid for it but during check out they want me to pay it again inspite me telling the m I already paid until I showed the receipt they didn't believe which made me feel really bad as amount was just 20 zlotys And then during check out all they had to say is u have to pay extra money pending or else u can't check out again I had to bring the booking receipt to show them I booked at 570 not 600 and after a very long argument they realized what I said is true Are these staff not supposed to have this information handy why as a customer I have to prove them wrong all the time This was one of my worst hotel experience I felt i was humiliated I am a general manager from a corporate company I will ensure this msg is spread across and finally because I did booking from bookings.com they will not accept my hilton honors membership card

I absolutely love this hotel - probably my favourite in the world. I went to Lodz predominantly because I'd read about this hotel - and I wasn't disappointed (I thought Lodz was great too). The restoration of this hotel is spectacular. The high ceilings, the industrial design, the gorgeous colourful and simplistic furnishings and the generosity of space in the rooms all add to its appeal. The hotel is huge, and its so exciting to explore all the different spaces from the gorgeous entrance, to spa, the interesting corridors with their art work and colourful furniture. I stayed in a junior suite and would highly recommend this room. So spacious and gorgeous. I also love its contribution to the rebuilding of Lodz as an industrial-turned-artistic destination to visit. Staff - some very friendly, some not so. The hotel is a piece of art and if you are interested in architecture, funky design, art, and industrial style I definitely recommend you take a trip here.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I'm confused how it is a 4 star hotel as it felt like a 5. I loved my room so much. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures, like a heap of space. I had a desk area and two armchairs and tables and still felt like I had a ton of floor space. Great design, very modern and fresh. The most comfortable bed ever. It's the first hotel room I've had where I've wanted to stay in the room longer. The hotel itself is super cool and has a lovely lobby area. They also have two free bicycles to use and I managed to get one for a day and this was great... make sure you ask early if you want one. Location is spot on. So central and in such a beautiful heritage building. I would 100% stay again.

In the middle of the action but not noisy. You can walk to all the bars shops and sights. Hotel still in process of conversion but we were not disturbed. Remember this is Poland so things aren't always 100%. But nothing to spoil our stay. Reception were great especially at arranging things for us and writing addresses in polish for taxi drivers as making ourselves understood could be quite difficult. We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment. Lovely surprise. No extra cost. Loads of places to eat just around the corner also supermarket nearby. Would happily go back again.
