Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The location is just a few minutes from the centre and there are local shops at the end of the road. The tram is 5 stops from the main railway station and stop a minute from the hotel. The room standard was excellent and there were a few nice touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and free loan of a smart phone ‘handy’. The pool was pleasant but got annoyingly crowded at times. The restaurant food was excellent and the duck dish was superb, drinks are a bit expensive. The breakfast buffet selection was one of the best I have experienced , the mini desserts were great.

This is a nice, clean, modern hotel in central Warsaw. The location was good for sightseeing and near public transport. The room/bathroom were clean, there's a safe in the room to store valuables, and wifi worked well in the rooms. The views from the rooms were amazing too. There was also a gym at the top floor. The hotel bar was really nice too, although the price for drinks were quite high for Poland prices. I stayed here as a holiday traveller (not business). This hotel is really catered for business travellers; however, the good thing for weekend holiday travellers is that business travellers go home at the weekends, so the prices drop and you can get a good bargains on the rooms. So lookout for these bargains, and I would recommend this hotel for holiday weekend breaks in Warsaw.

It was the best deal we have done during our trip to Poland. Three nights which were a great fun. The triple, ver modern room was comfort and fully equiped with a great view. We also used the sauna, jakuzy and the swimming pool which are located in the upper flour with an amazing view on the city. Nearby there in a huge gallery [moal]with many stores, restourants and cafe's which connected to the centeral bus and train station.In the other side of the street there is an information center with a free interenet. The hotel is two minutes from the Jewish area, the Nozyk synaguage, which is active on Friday and Saterday, the Yiddish theatre, the Getto sites and a kosher restorant.

In fact, Novotel Centrum Hotel is the most popular hotel in Warsaw because of its location. JM Hotel is little bit far from main street.(Central Station, Old Town, etc.) but it's very good. everything is clean & up-to-date. Staffs are so kind. Breakfast is excellent. you can use Taxi from this hotel to Station. (approximately 5 euros or more) also you can use Tram line to go sightseeing (near the hotel) I highly recommend to stay this hotel! :)

I am staying in this hotel for 2 nights witb my daughter. It was our first time in Warsaw so I made sure to get a hotel near the public transportation. This hotel has the best location as it is near the Central Station. It is also just right across the biggest shopping center in Poland with shops and restaurants inside. The staff was really helpful. We were also able to enjoy the jacuzzi with my daughter as one of the reception staff told us that we can avail of it for free. the breakfast was so delicious my daughter loves it too. We would stay here again if we go back to Warsaw!

Fantastic hotel. Lovely rooms, great staff. Bit noisy at night with railway line at the end of the road, but its only from early morning, we got used to it. Happy hour 1700=1800 for drinks, Plus 10 percent off if you use the Fab Fusion Restaurant for food. We did one night fantastic food. Only drawback, main square 20 minute walk away. Though Jewish quarter a tad closer. Both of which have many bars and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Pre booked taxi from airport with the hotel and again for the return only 90 slotys each way. Try booking the hotel direct to get best price.

The appartment is amazing, i could actually stay there for much more than just a holiday time. Its got a very cosy bedroom combined with bathroom and a sauna! The sauna is very well maintained very clean. The living room has got video projector so option of Home cinema possible for sure! Lovely spacious appartment! The whole appartment is very well equipped with everything you need and is located in a very attractive area in the city centre. I will definitely save this contact to come back again for my next break in Warszawa.

I stayed for a 2nd time within 10 days at the Hotel and Overall was very happy. The 2nd stay the breafast buffett had shrunk but was still great. What I can not understand, this Hotel belongs to the Hilton chain, and at first I could not find an E-Mail address for them. I then called the Hotel and asked for there E-Mail. Consequently I send an E-Mail to them which was never answered. I can just not understand such conduct and lack of customerservice especially in a service oriented Business. This fact might prevent me from future stays in Hotels of the Hilton chain.!

Me and my wife stayed in a standard room for two nights. Overall it was very good and the hotel definitely deserves 4 stars. We do not think it should be given five as there was a number of little things that disappointed us a bit. First of all, the good things. The hotel is really well located and getting there from the airport is not a problem at all. Our taxi fare was about 10 USD (late night fare) and the driver had absolutely no problems finding the hotel. Checkin went on smoothly and the room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were great and the hotel provides L'Occitane cosmetics which my wife was very happy with. I really liked the bathrobe. Our stay was quite pleasant but there were a few things I did not like. First of all, the fridge was not cold at first and even later on did not seem cold at all. Even though it was set to the coldest setting. I like my beer cold and thankfully outside was - 15 degrees so I simply put the bottles on the outside windowsill. If it was summer there would be a serious problem. Toothbrushes were not in the bathroom and I had to call the reception to get them. A little thing but I noticed after getting out of the shower so it was quite annoying. The room was a bit small especially compared to the really big bathroom. There was also a separate little room for luggage, shoes and coats. Last but not least, the staff who checked us in did not look very happy. It was around 11 pm and I do realize that people might feel sleepy and someone coming in to bother them during their shift is not what they would like but... Having stayed in many 3 and 4 star hotels in Asia I could not help but to notice that hotels staff's attitude is not very welcoming in Poland. Really, not much is needed. A smile, few words about the trip, etc. That would make much better impression. We did not eat anything so I just ticked 4 to make the average score;)

The picture of the building is the Palace of Culture and Science, not the Sofitel Hotel. Unbeatable location conveniently located across the street from the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, within minutes of Nowy Swiat, Old Town, and the bars on Foksal. Staff were great at recommending places to eat, not the tourist trap places. It's a bit odd for me that a 5-star hotel didn't have a tub.

The hotel was the perfect base for our party of 7 friends. We had spacious en-suite single rooms that were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The included buffet breakfast was a bonus - plenty of variety with both hot and cold dishes, fruit, cereal, pastries (and chicken legs!) - as was free use of the Fitness Centre. The free Wi-Fi was also very reliable. The staff were friendly and helpful and, being only 5 minutes walk from Rynek, the hotel was ideally placed for touring the old town sights. Tip : pre-book taxis both FROM and TO the airport - the price is then fixed, no surprises. Taxis picked up from the rank at the airport seem to charge around PLN 20 more than by pre-booking.

This was our first travel to Poland and we've been told before from online videos that Polish are gloomy and not nice but it never happened in the hotel! From we first arrived, the front desk girl (unfortunately I forgot her name) is super friendly and helpful and he showed us where to go around in detail. Some of her recommendation were proven to be our best experience in Gdansk :) The hotel is between bus & train station and main square so it was very convenient for us and our luggage, there's also a mall and convenience store across the street to find food and daily necessities. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit in Gdansk!

Perfect place if your going to be busy site seeing or busy with business. The Spa is the best way to relax after a long day sight seeing. Walking distance to town (depending on the cold weather), alternatively there was always taxis waiting out front and they are so cheap seemed like every journey was around 4 quid. It is slightly out of the way from the old town (main touristy part) compared to some other hotels but this is minor and is not much further. I looked at all of the 5* hotels and this one looked like the nicest to me. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended. When I asked my girlfriend what her favorite part of the trip was she replied, "The hotel". Not sure what this says about her after being in such a historic city but she loved the hotel.

Our first time in Kraków and couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Fantastic location for sightseeing. We took the train directly from the airport into the city at a cost of 9 zloty. The station is right below a large shopping centre. There is an entrance to the shopping centre and the hotel onto the same square, at most a 3minute walk. We were a group of friends and had booked 5 twin rooms, all were ready when we checked in. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are luxurious. All staff were very helpful and friendly, especially those on reception. And the breakfast buffet was one of the best selections I ever enjoyed.

We have been staying at this hotel most of the time we travel to Poland. Rooms are clean but little bit run down. Those awful “psychedelic” carpets which gives us the feeling of dizziness need cleaning, bathroom needs updating and bed is just awful. Hard mattress on the stiff board platform does not give you any comfort. The mattress protection made out of the plastic gives you the feeling of the hospital bed. The hotel restaurant is very pricey and does not have much to offer. The biggest plus is just the location literally across from the airport.

Ive stayed few times in different hostels in Warsaw, for few days only. But Tatamka hostel amazed me really! Very friendly receptionists.Its clean, well-equipped kitchen with 2fridges, coffee machine, always supplies of tea/coffee, washing machine , kitchen towels... so on. The serve pretty good breakfast with 10zl only. Inside is very warm , in other hostels owners save on heating and very cold.The room for 6 was pretty big , huge locker,comfortable beds, clean linens. On the flour lots of showers, enough toilets. Location is just perfect too. For me it was very important that in this place were staying families with kids(in family/separate rooms), i havent seen like in other hostels ukrainian and other workers. I felt its more like a hotel . One man staying there agreed that its the best hostel u could find in Warsaw.

Visited Wroclaw in December for Christmas Market. The Europejski is in an excellent location, either to walk to the Old Town , or to catch trams. The Airport Bus stops just around the corner. The Room was tastefully decorated, clean, warm and with plenty of hot water. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Did'nt have Breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive for Poland, went to McDonalds instead. Don't miss "the free walking tour" while in Wroclaw.

This hotel represents excellent value for money. The rooms conform to the global standard and decor of a Sofitel, and are extremely comfortable. Staff are very well trained, multi-lingual and friendly. The location is the best in the city: in the centre of the old town, a one minute walk from the Rynek / Market Square, and in the middle of the bars and cafes. Thanks to soundproofing, this is not an issue. Highly recommended.

Cheap place to stay about 60-65$ per night but expect that if you bring a car 50zl per night rooms are small clean bathrooms looks like from airplane or train but ok to stay for short time. They do not offer any water or coffee in room so plan bring yours or extra time for restaurant. Like one two stars or place. Basic but in good location. Amazing hard working people there I would recommend and will be happy to return

Not too difficult to find with own private car park (pay). Location on main road in/out of city & very close to Bus & Train station (easy walk with wheelie suitcase). Staff very friendly & helpful throughout our stay. Rooms a good size for Campanile - room clean & bedding very good. We had carpark view & window open - could be noisy main road side during rush hour. Hotel is about 10/15 minute walk to city centre - although large commercial centre just a stroll away at bus station. Although we did not eat in hotel the Restaurant looked good. Great value for money - would & will stay again

This hotel was one of the best experience in terms of price quality ratio. Excellent room and facilities. The centre is easily reachable by tramway while the airport is just 10 min ride by taxi. It would be ideal to have a shuttle service, but in case Uber is very cheap, and by public transport it takes less than 20 minutes to reach the airport. Also I think the breakfast can be made a bit larger, but it was good. Overall I recommend the hotel.
