Great location, overlooking scenic beachfront and airport runway with nice pools all over, full kitchen, very large porch with ocean view, very spacious suite with a lot of visible security. Free parking with casino on compound. Check in could be a little quicker, but a very friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Based on the places I researched, I think it is the best hotel on the island!

Stayed for one week at The Villas on Simpson Bay in St. Maarten and it was our first time to this island. While we have traveled to many other places in the Caribbean, we plan to return to The Villas here. The facilities are beautifully kept and the people are the nicest we have ever encountered. The resort is lovely without being pretentious, the rooms are nicely appointed and the views are what you always hope for on vacation. Highly recommend.

Great stay. First impression is that it is on a noisy main street and not right on the beach. One quickly appreciates the perfect location in the midst of the best restaurants and nightlife. A world class beach is only two blocks walk directly behind the hotel. The hotel also has the best location on the island for public transport.

Bar fridge was appreciated, but no safe !! Entertaining server in the restaurant, has her own idea of customer service. Food is good and reasonably priced.

I stayed one week at the Flamingo Beach Resort and enjoyed every moment of it. The facility is very conveniently located for small trips around the island or to main downtown.

It was a very nice stay. Staff is very friendly. Would stay there again. The only problem is that the rooms are at the 2nd floor(high 2nd floor) and there is no elevator available. But.... I still liked the place.

Hotel staff are really nice. Excellent location to surrounding amenities; the beach and the strip are in perfect proximity. Hotel rooms are good size, large balcony with panoramic views of the bay. The bathrooms could use some updating, but overall this is a safe, clean, friendly hotel.

We booked this for a 1 night stay before we went on a cruise departing from the island. We had a pre email telling us 4pm checkin so don’t expect earlier and we understood however this is where things got bad. We got there 415pm and got told rooms were not ready and could be an hour or so. (1 night stay!) and then when we finally got a room we got DOWNGRADED! We had to really push and argue to get the room type we booked. Checking out time was 10am and they refused to extend even though we got 1 1/2 hours delayed checkin the day after. The maid was knocking at 950am to get us out. We would highly advise you NOT to use this hotel for short stays as 4pm-10am is not even a full night. Very disappointing and long queues at reception. Good food however at their outdoor grill just very busy at bar.
