It was a nice little place but it's in a local neighborhood far from the beach and any tourist type of thing. If you're not a tourist it's ok. Our room had limited water, faucets have just a little steam of water and toilet sounded like it might explode.
Nice hotel......but I found some of the Porters quite rude
Location is very good, Castara is a very nice small fishermen village. Hotel is in front of the beach. Very friendly staff who will do everything to help you and organize trips during your stay.

I was just there for the day passing through and it was a public holiday so everything was closed. However, staff were friendly and helpful, told me how to get around, where I could find things open and where to eat etc.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced place in POS with airport pick up and drop off for US$35 each way no matter what time of the day and night it is, with clean room, a well equipped kitchen, and a super friendly, helpful owner who gives a free tour of the city in the evening in his van, it is your place. My husband was sick when we reached there. I needed to buy some food for me and for him. Tony drive me around all over so that I can buy fruit, ginger ale, cooked starchy vegetables for my husband and other kind of food for me. When I did not have local currency, he paid for the items and I paid him back once we returned at the guest house. He treated us like his own family members. The evening city tour was fabulous. Internet was good as well. When we reached, our room was air conditioned fully. It was very comfortable for my husband to lie down and fall asleep right away. Because of Tony's care he recovered by the evening time and took the tour with me in Tony's van. Thank you Tony for everything you have done for us.

Disgusting. Book for 7 nights I could only stay for a few hours, I arrive about 2:30 am in the morning, I could not sleep my stomach hurts and my skin itch until I leave check out 8:30 am.. Disgusting, dirty, old run down place... Need to be remove from all booking site,, it's neither a hotel or inn, it's just a terrible disgusting place

Paradise on earth. Great resort with very friendly and professional personell. Good buffet breakfast. There is a private beach from where you can go snorkeling and see an amazing marine life. And only 1 minute drive to the airport and no oissues with noise.

The reservation supervisor Ms. Jenette Lovell was very rude and showed no customer service when checking out as I was told I could get a late check out when I arrived and her attitude was horrible to say the least when I was told I could not. It's sometimes not what you do BUT HOW you do it. She needs to be taught proper customer service. That was a complete turn off. ...

On the beautiful Tobago island surprisingly there are only few beach accommodations outside of Crown Point near airport. Bacolet Beach Resort is a hidden jgem just 20 minutes by car/taxi. Most rooms face the tropical garden and sea. The private beach is 100 steps down the hill (not reachable for people who cannot walk up and down a staircase) and has a bar. Havana Cafe is their restaurant that serves an excellent breakfast buffet and other meals. The staff is very attentive. With a special package deal this great value for money. A rental car to explore island is helpful but taxis and tours can be arranged. I hope to return soon.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but the only issue was that Wifi only worked in the lobby area and not in my room...……….. I had a sea view room and I really enjoyed the view plus I was just few step away from the beach
Some areas of the hotel looked a little tired. The rooms for example could do with a little updating. More umbrellas needed by the pool. Guests would come out early and leave their towels on the loungers all day, whether they were there or not. Plastic utensils and cups/plates would be great for young children. More waiters needed during meals for drink orders. However it was a very child friendly resort! I was very grateful for this. The food was delicious! Options available were ideal for children and adults. Pool was perfect for all of my kids. Baby pool for my toddler and baby. The bigger pool was perfect for my older child. I made an error in my booking and they were able to accommodate the change. There was a kids club available but we didn’t use it. Will definitely be back and will definitely make use of it.

It was pretty close to the airport. Tv with cable and internet. Because theres no store in the immediate vicinity a vending machine would be a good idea. Its a perfect place when you're in transit.
The location is not far from downtown by car. If the traveler has a rental car, this place is good. Otherwise, the traveler will likely need a taxi to get into downtown. Tour agencies also do pick ups from this location.
