The only problem was the accommodation booked so not available. The fault of the hotel or website? Had to have a different room at more coat. Still enjoyed it all and staff helpful sorting the problem out.

Everything was spectacular! Wonderful customer service, incredible food, spa services were priced reasonable and relaxing. Rooms were clean, housekeeper was very good. It was also great to have hotel taxis always available and would take us to our destinations for a very reasonable price and billing it to the room which made it convenient. Will definitely stay there again!

I booked this place for my mum who needed a get-away. I live outside of Uganda. The customer service was amazing. When I called to see if she had checked in, the front staff were so friendly and assuring. There was no hassle for her when she checked in. The room , executive room was gorgeous. It had a fridge, microwave, mini hot plate and a king sized bed. I was very pleased as this was worth every cent! Mum sent me pictures of the food. It looked excellent. She had multiple pictures taken of her by the friendly staff. I felt my mum was in good hands at Mestil. I will stay here and refer anyone staying in Kampala. I was very pleased!

A very pleasant place to stay with friendly and competent staff, nice and clean rooms, fully equipped, wonderful restaurants and bars with a great breakfast buffet, very good gym and a large, well maintainde pool. I would definitely come again!

Business centre useful but printing not colour. Large business lounge normally unused so very useful for business meets at no extra cost Excellent gym with free instructors and lots of kit so never ever waiting. Sauna is very good Swimming pool excellent though cold Food in general is good but we are not talking haute cuisine. TV channels very limited but adequate WiFi free. Average reception in rooms Great if you have kids as pool supervised & playground too. Great sense of space and openness with lots of tropical greenery and palms.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, comfortable bed, great lake side bar/restaurant and nice breakfast area at main hotel. Looked as nice as any of the hotels on the Lake.

One of the Best Hotel in Entebbe. Rooms and Bathrooms are very clean and big. You have all the required facilities. I’m travelling a lot and I never met an easy check-in like in BWP. Les employées sont formidables.. I recommend this hotel 100%.

Pro: Safety Cons: Very old hotel building where more than 20 years. The room and hotel doesn't show value for money.

HBT Russel has become a sort of home away from home. It’s a nice, clean hotel with simple but comfortable and clean rooms with a great staff. It’s 24 hour restaurant has good selections and reasonable prices, especially their lunch buffet of local food. For under $5 you can eat great Ugandan food to your hearts desire. The location is perfect in the middle of the city. The price is acceptable in light of the fact that it includes a breakfast buffet and an air conditioned room. The exercise room is quite well equipped. In the building there are various shops including a money exchange.

3 friends came to Pineapple and loved our stay we all came back at separate times to stay again during our holiday. Lovely staff, beautiful Guesthouse, very cozy, great value! Highly recommend to anyone!

THere's totally nothing to eat for breakfast. I mean they pretend to serve it, but... well I went hungry after such a "breakfast". The staff is not really experienced with foreign tourists. That's all I could say on the negative side, but it is all fully compensated by location!!! It's like living on little resort, so, we came for one day and were ready to stay for a week. Bought ourselves more food to have breakfast, which was quite cheap, so... I'd recommend my friends to go there, but would warn them what's to expect...

The staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel is in a nice although unexciting area. The fitness center is a small room with one treadmill. Food at Cafe Mambo in the hotel was really good and decently priced. Highly recommend the Bacova pizza (pizza with avocado, bacon, and feta cheese).

I slept here twice one night each. First they gave me the Dorm room, although I had booked a Single room more than one month before. They where full and explained that the rate I booked for was not anymore accordingly to the room. The dormroom was direct next to the kitchen, so quite noisy and also the Music from the eating place was like direct in my Room. The food order in the evening took more then one Hour and the Drink came, after I had finished meal. Food was tasty, but all in all also the drinks I found a Little overpriced. Second I came they had promised me the best and biggest Room as compensation of the Room I got the time before. I came into the Room, BUT the one and only socket for charging devices was not working. They shiftet me again to another Room, which was even bigger and nicer. In the morning I came for Breakfast 20 minutes before closing,but they already had removed everything. They prepared and after 10 minutes I had my Breakfast, but no eggs, They had no more. So I had 2 Toast, 5 small pices of pineapple and a spoon of magarine. No Jam. Hot milk and water for coffee or tea.In the room there where mosquitonets, but the bathroom had Open spaces and no wire at the window, so mosquitos are coming in. The shelf in the bath seemed had not been cleaned this year yet. The matraze was good but no fan. staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.It seems the owner does not Stay in the country and the superviser only drop in from Time to Time. They really try to do a good job, but still there are some things they need to take care of with giving it more attention. All in all an acceptable place to stay If you do not expect to much., it's a Budget accomodation with acceptable prices and services. They have a nice Garden to sit outside. Internet is not free anymore, but you can by Mbs accordingly to your needs and then Access it. I would recommend the place, If you are satiesfied with simple accomodation and an average cleaness.

I've been a frequent visitor at this hotel over the past year but do not trust and in particular for women, who might be living, working in Uganda they will tell you they have rooms, it will show up as booked on this website and others and when you reach they will take you to an offsite place about 15 minutes away down a lane that is frankly uncomfortable. You will be taken to a room that for me resembles what I imagine a prison cell must feel like. It is remote, it is removed and it is extremely uncomfortable. I was left here after having ben a frequent visitor of the Hotel Acacia City. After the first time I thought okay they overbooked and shuttled me off to a completely unacceptable location but today I reached after confirming a booking and again, same thing. The higher of a rating that we give the move they will over book and then try to pass you into any place they can find. The last place they shoved me into felt like a prison. I called to reconfirm my reservation as I live up city and they confirmed it, there was no room. They will over book and over book if someone does not speak out. Very sad to see a nice place become so corrupt and so unacceptable. I've put up with noise, no internet and did enjoy this place, DO NOT Book here, for women who are traveling alone, they do not care they will put you anywhere at all. I would give them the lowest possibly rating for dishonestly.

Staff and Manager on duty decided to block our room access card due to the mistake of the check-in staff did not ask for deposit money. After coming back from our visiting we found our doors access cards are blocked and we where forced to keep our families on the collider till we go and pay the deposit money. WE TOLD THEM THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE WE HAVE TO BE PARNISHED INSTEAD THEY WOULD HAVE US ENTER OUR ROOM AND CALL US FOR PAYMENTS. FOR THIS REASON TO DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AS FRON OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY CRUEL AND NOT LIKE OTHER STAFF ARE GOOD.

First of all, if you are thinking about going to Uganda for a vacation stop thinking about it and DO IT! I have been to over 40 countries and I can honestly say nothing can beat Uganda. The people, the nature, the adventures even the food was all fantastic. Second, the Humura Resorts are a great place to stay. Kampala, while a great city is very busy, crowded and noisy. The Humura Resorts are none of these things. It is a very relaxed place with a great setting. The staff are helpful, the rooms are clean and the rooms are also a great value. Do yourself a favor and stay at this place!

Comfortable in the overall sense except that it is very far away from the airport at Entebbe.

Everyone know the property is very beautiful with ideal location in Bugulobi area. Rooms and balcony is spacious. The management striving for good services with avaiable options., must appeciate the Managers and zeal to betterment....... Training and putting the right staffs is a, challenge and wishing all the best.

Dave and Allison are great hosts! Very quiet neighborhood, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and great breakfast. What more could you ask for after getting off a plane. We would stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel: very friendly and helpful staff, good food, spacious and clean rooms. Only the internet is sometimes a bit slow.

Chobe is a lovely place. They have the ability to make it far better. I have stayed there frequently as I live not far from the Lodge. It is a beautiful place to take my guests who visit from USA or elsewhere. Quite pricey but no one can put a price tag on the views or the animals that are in abundance. We see so many of the huge giraffes that are majestic. The fact that the hotel is a little dated and that they do not have refrigerators is a bit of a downer. It seems that this should remove it as a five star. In all, I will keep returning. They do a good job with their all-inclusive meals with a wide variety of choices.
