Only one night in the hotel, it give you a feeling of style and comfort, especially the free happy hour and breakfast with music. It is really unexpected. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. Room is spaceous with a very big double bed. Although my room face to the highway I can still have a good sleep.

An incredible hotel with plenty of good points and a few bad. The bad were that it was a long way away from the centre of town & the airport & was possibly a little overpriced in comparison to other like it around the world. The good part was the very secure location in the middle of a large shopping centre, the myriad of services such as pool, tennis court, travel centre etc & the very comfortable rooms

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. I really enjoy staying there. It was a great staff at the receiption. Special Chris and Hernan. They told me a lot of surrounding. I did day trips that they fixed for me. The location is good and there are cheap taxi everywhere. I will stay there again

I stayed at this hotel over the years, for me its the best in Caracas, in terms of safety, cleanliness, etc. food is unnecessarily pricey, but Maute grill about 1 km away, has the best food you can have in Caracas for lunch and dinner. Breakfast at the hotel is perfect.
