Pre-payment is required for this property at the time of booking. If however the automatic system fails after receiving details of your credit card from Booking.com you will required to confirm the details and make an online payment via the operator's own secure guest area. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required between 1-7 days prior to arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 2 days from check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Check-in after 19:00 is possible, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. A late check-in fee applies and is payable on arrival in cash.

The apartments is completely on the ground floor but does have a few steps to negotiate for access.
Guest should specify the number of people staying at the property, including children, at the time of booking, to ensure beds are set up correctly on arrival. If there is only two guests please advise if you will require the use of both bedrooms. If the guest number is less than 5 or 6 people please advise if the sofa bed will be required. The second bedroom can also be prepared as double room if requested at the time of booking, the default is a twin.
Guests that require a high chair or travel cot should notify the property in advance using the Special Requests box or contacting the property using the details listed on the booking confirmation or email sent by the operator.
