This is our 7th stay here and very happy with the excellent customer service received especially by Club Lounge staff, Omar, Lily, Aiswaria, Hanim n other staff at the lounge and Selva at the Mills cafe.

A Great Location”
The location is excellent with transport, food and shopping outlets. The most modern shopping centre Pavilion is just outside the Hotel. The bedroom furniture is a bit outdated and old but clean. The bathroom was fully renovated to modern and contemporary design. The business centre was inadequate with poor facilities. They were still using the old windows software, had difficulty to connect to internet and could not even print my boarding pass!!

An Excellent Location”
A Great location for transport, shopping and food! Very convenient for almost anything you would wish for to see, eat and shop. The hotel is a bit dated in décor and room furniture. The bathroom was fully renovated but the bedroom furniture was old and not user friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

I requested to order a flower for my wife and the hotel wanted to provide a complimentary honeymoon setup. I was disappointed as there was no setup as agreed. The plan to surprise my wife on a special occasion was not possible due to hotel incompetence staff.

too expensive for an old hotel”
I honestly expected more for the price. The location was perfect though but I didn't like anything else aside from that. Our first room had a toilet with an unstable water temperature. We had to be requested to be transferred to another room because we literally couldn't use the shower as it was either suddenly too cold or suddenly too hot. I wouldn't book a room here again.

Amenities not replaced in full, shower alternates between hot and cold, room floor not vacuumed. Breakfast area too noisy, no noise control for comfort of other guests, some guests seen packing away pastries by the bulk.

Rundown, expensive bland breakfast”
Hotel looks tired n rundown but costly, breakfast is bland tasteless not worrh the money. Carpark entrance/exit does not make sense! Drive in to drop off at lobby but need to drive out into busy road to enter hotel car park. Reception double standard in handling guest. Every customer is a paying customer regardless of nationalities.

A very old hotel which out of my expectations with a 5* hotel. Found 9 needles on the sofa and thick dust below the table. Yellow stains on the bathtub too. A very low grading bedsheets. The only thing I like were good location.
