I want to start with good point first: Good point: near Bugis +, opposite Bugis + on queen street, there is a store with very cheap price, good to see. Location is near MRT Brasa (200m) easy to go anywhere, near Marina Bay Sand, Merlion park, Garden, easy & no expensive to get there by taxi (if you do not want a long walk, the taxi price is higher than MRT but it is worth for money) nice staff room is big (28m2) compare with hotel in singapore Not Good Point: this is old hotel, some room air-conditioner leak water, another room have musty smell, we need to change 2 room when check in. breakfast is bad, less selection, for all disk in breakfast the taste is worse than normal, I dont like to eat there. I dont think this is 4 star hotel, I think it just 3 star only. finally, the room price is cheap and big compare with other hotel in Singapore. but consider the above not good point. if I come back Singapore, I will pay more to select another hotel to have better accommodation.

I paid to Agoda before about 3 months when I came there. But the reception still requested my credit to check again . I don't know why he done that, but I feel he didn't respect to me. He should checked with Agoda. I stayed at there for 4 days and the breakfast is same everyday. Other things is ok. I think I will choose the hotel if I come back again.

When check in she was asked to deposit a credit card, I said I gave cash, but refused and had a credit card, I borrowed a friend for his credit card, but not swiped in the EDC machine but all the front and back numbers she written on the computer, this is VERY DANGEROUS if leaked data. Then at breakfast I asked for help to get a spoon into the officer but was refused and the officer told me to take it myself.

(-) The hotel is obviously past it's prime. The impression of old hotel lingered when we entered the room. The TV set emphasized this notion, but that was just one indicator. (-) Based on Agoda's description, we were expecting spacious room (the reason we chose this hotel, since we're with child). Upon entering the room, it did not seem so large , although not small enough to trigger my claustrophobia. ( ) Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. (+) Location nearby public transport and not far from city center. A plus in my dictionary.

Checkin was easy however upon arriving outside the room, the door was not able to enter due to access door battery weak. Have to go down 6 times to level 1 reception to retify the issue. Finally after 6 time, they sent someone up to make a check. Quite disappointing though. All the items were quite old too.

Shocked to see Hotel degraded after several years ”
Honestly, We are quite disappointed with our stay at Hotel Royal@Queens this time compared to our previous stay several years back. First of all, We were greeted by a very unwelcoming staff who didn’t even bother to say the word “ welcome” not even a word of it and whose service was somewhat robotic. Room was dusty and has not been maintained. Lastly, When we arrived at the hotel’s restaurant for our morning breakfast, We were outraged to find out that the restaurant has became somewhat like a marketplace in war filled with guests scramping for food. We even had to wait 15 minutes for our turns to be seated and when it was our turns to eat, a lot of the food were already ran out. I would definitely not recommend other travelers to stay here. One can get a better value by staying at Robertson Quay.

Worth it and very accessible!”
Perfect for travellers, very comfy beds, the twin beds can comfrotably fit 2 persons each bed. Good value for money! The hotel was placed in the middle of the tourist spots, less than 5mins walk to bras basah station, 10mins walk to bencoolen station, bugis junction is just around the corner. National museum of singapore’s just a block away. Less than an hour to Marina bay/Gardens by the bay, and Harbourfront/Vivo city to go to Sentosa.

Near mrt bras basah, 3 min walk straight out from mrt station. 10 min walk to nearby mall and food courts. Halal food available in the area. Currently no halal certified for breakfast, but if you can accomodate for guess request, it will better service and credit to the hotel.

First time went to Singapore, didn't know anything about hotel there. I chose Royal @ Queens and i've chosen the best one. Clean, big room, good breakfast,good location (near bras basah MRT st & Bencoolen mrt st also near from Bugis+). Hope will be back to SG and stay in Royal @Queens again.
