The hotel is conveniently located and clean, facilities were sufficient and breakfast spread was good. The only downside was check-in - the hotel doesn't have staff onsite, making communication with them a hassle (even though they provided a phone). Housekeeping staff strength was not properly planned on the day of our arrival, so our check-in was delayed by 1 hour. There was no proactive communication from the hotel staff about the delay, and it was frustrating having to chase for status updates.
This hotel is good for an overnight stay just before the next day's flight out. Very near the airport so we didn't have to wake up too early. Very clean and the restaurant serves very good food.
Best dinner we had was at this hotel to be honest. Friendly staff and very resourceful. Go for the family room even if you travel in couple, It'll make all the difference for the added space you get.
Only complaint would be we were in room 106 & there was a lot of noise from the kitchen above as people walked about & used equipment. Also people in the room next to us, at right angles, could see right into our room, as could some tables in restaurant. If we had a better placed room we would have no complaint at all, & would certainly consider using this hotel again.
