      I have stayed at the Manhattan Hotel many times since Oct 2018. I find it to be a good value hotel and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My only moan is the WiFi is not great speed. But I usually have a AIS sim card and use as a hot spot to get around this nagging issue. Otherwise the hotel is good value for money.

      The Manhattan Hotel is situated near Asok BTS Station. It is clean and tidy hotel, but it is starting to be of need of a new coat of paint. The pool is clean but a little on the small side. The gym is functional and is in good condition. The breakfast has a reasonable selection. For the cost I have found this to be satisfactory hotel.

      This Hotel has a great location close to the MRT BTS very quick walk Many good restaurants nearby .The Free breakfast is outstanding .The Hotel room I had was the Superior ,Plenty big in size King sized bed for me was very soft . The Bathroom is impressive with a combination shower and huge Bathtub with endless hot water. The biggest part of the hotel is the staff .They are fully staffed Doorman Bellhop everything very rare now days there front desk is accommodating and speak very good English which is also a little rare .All in All a great place.

      Stay here often - very clean and tidy, good sized rooms and very handy to transport and shopping. The 2 issues I have are that the television channel selection is very limited and the breakfast buffet is probably the most boring in this great city - and never changes.

      A Nice Change”
      A welcoming smile is everything. This happened from the doorman to all staff members. It set the tone for my stay at this hotel. A big plus was that the smiles were genuine. I arrived early and was able to check in early - another big plus since I had been traveling since 5.00 am. My room was clean and everything worked properly. The location is excellent and only a few metres down the Soi I will definitely stay here again

      This hotel is in perfect location, everything in walking distance range from Asok to Nana station. Clean large room, nice friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. only problem I had , wifi kept disconnecting every few minutes or so, and very slow. other than wifi problem, great stay in Bangkok

      Came in for one night, early flight out to PI. Room was ready early and staff fairly friendly. Room was in "fair" condition, Poor, very poor WiFi. A/C did not work well, and bathroom was run down. Getting a Taxi was a challenge also, had to walk out to Sukhumvit with luggage, but caught a taxi easily from there. Fair hotel, would not book again.

      They hotel was, clean and tidy Idealy located between terminal 21 and Siam. Breakfast had a substantial choice. Fitness room and pool were clean and tidy. The only small detail parts of the ceiling in places seemed to be suffering from water damage. But I would stay there again

      Friendly and smiling staff from check in onwards. Always willing to help. My room was clean and redy for my arrival. The location is good, between 2 BTS stations. I will stay here again

      Good location. The type of people who majority stay here seem to be devoid of manners, cheaper hotels get cheaper guests. Pool area average. Rooms have thin adjoining doors so the noise from the adjoining rooms is awful and easy to fix if the hotel wanted to. Staff good in spite of the peasants that stay there. Won’t go back again. If you stay, take ear plugs. Good breakfast just expect the other guests to be ill mannered.

      There was a big problem with Air condition not working. I had to change 3 rooms. One night I had to stay without Air conditioning . Then the rooms were filled with cockroaches. There werwe around 20 small cockroaches on the bed . It is a very old hotel and needs complete renovation.

      Killed at least 5 cockroaches in our room on the first day.... cockroaches on the floor in the restaurant….. Doesn't matter about the rest of the hotel and their services if the place is overrun by bugs....

      First came here in 2010 and it was great. One could tell a lot of cons now but this place is positioned perfectly just 50m off Sukhumvit (300m from both Asok and Nana BTS ,and Sukhumvit MRT) and the same 300m from Terminal 21. Rooms are little bit dated but big enough, clean enough, aircon good, 2 elevators , quiet at nights, hot water pressure good, tv good, nothing special but everything good. Very nice breakfast spread including in the room rate (41€ in our case) and most of all their polite and very attentive staff. I have to mention their manager Mr Krit who was the shiniest spot at Manhattan, helped us everything we've asked him about and was always willing to spend his time with every guest at the lobby and in the restaurant. We will come again if the rate remains the same, no doubt.

      Many Cockroaches in the room, on the bed, in bathroom and bath tub. Lucky I have two bed so I move to another one but the pillows were very smelly. For bath room, the shower is corroded and broken. Difficult to flush due to toilet could not pump the water well, need to hold for many minutes. Overall the concerns is cleanliness that the hotel must be improved immediately. Food is okay but miso soup tases is not good, so far not recommend to stay.
