Southern Cross Serviced Apartments

All the facility and things are perfect over there. Big, clean, good location..etc. The most important is the staff is wonderful. Since the building was under fire in mid-night, the staff(Ben) deal with government(and VBA) all the time. Meanwhile, he helps us to call agoda to re-book our stay in other places. Although we got bad experience with fire accident which almost ruin our trip in Melbourne, I do recommend this property especially for the staff.

Great location and a good size 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean and well presented.

Good location ! We booked a 2 rooms Deluxe apartment come with new washing machine,dryer and fridge but the air conditional unit was not working well. The apartment can be stuffy when hot especially the smaller room.

Last visit I couldn't fault this property so i didn't hesitate to re book.This trip i was disappointed to be put in a smaller unit,when I paid more & a longer stay. I think having booked months in advance & a longer stay should be a room priority.Although the assistant seemed understanding,I was disappointed i was stuck in smaller room,which wasn't as pleasent as my last stay in a bigger room. (& why I re booked here)Having said that great location,close to everything & perfect location to get to & from airport with bus station across the road.

The place has great location behind the southern cross station that help to move smoothly inside and outside Melbourne. Also, there are many good restaurants around it work until 6 am.

Just too awesome!! It's always my best choice at Melbourne area.

The apartments are great if you need to catch a train every day to get to where you need to be. When you arrive on the Skybus the apartment building is across the road....likewise the train station. So good, I will be back again soon!

Love this apartment location, accessible to most of the places in town and stone throw away from Southerncross station and trams to the shopping area. Room is clean and great view facing the Etihad stadium.

Absolutely loved my short stay at my appartment. Wish i spent my whole stay here! Perfect location for my trip,i was there for tennis & Foo Fighters so perfect location. Walk to Etihad stadium. 3 stops to Crown casino(my fav place to visit for food & live bands)short tram ride to rod laver arena for tennis. Across the road from southern cross station for airport skybuses! View was stunning. Spacious appartment with everything you needed & shops across the road. Will definately return next visit!

We stayed in a 2bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with split system air conditioning to the living area only. Located directly across from the southern cross rail/bus station is perfect for skybus transfers, with plenty of shopping and dining choices. Close to Etihad Stadium, Festival Hall, and public transport. Check in/out was simple. Just call the phone number when you’re within 10 minutes from arriving, and a staff member will greet you in the lobby and take you to your room. Soundproofing is very effective when the windows are closed. Foxtel channels were a nice bonus, and the tv was a decent size. The only downsides to report were: bathroom doors do not lock, apartment needed a decent clean or repaint, but nothing too bad. Water pressure wasn’t great, but was ok. No air conditioning in bedrooms, and balcony door was difficult to slide open. All things considered, our stay was great, and I’d definitely consider staying there again.

Basic one bedroom studio. There is no service desk for Southern Cross Serviced Apartments because it is some sort of arrangement which is separate from the Neo200 Apartments' Service Desk, which managed the building. So, when you get there you have to call the mobile number for Southern Cross Serviced Apartments , which - by the way - is not listed on the Agoda booking form. To get the number you have to ask the Neo200 service desk, where they politely advise you that they have nothing to do with Southern Cross Serviced Apartments. I mean the staff for both are pleasant enough but the arrangement is sloppy and not what one would expect and not having the telephone number on the booking form is quite an omission.

The only thing is that you need to contact the apartment 10' before your arrival, only 1 toilet for 2 bedrooms apartment but acceptable.

The location is just great. It’s directly opposite to the Southern Cross Station. Easy access to everything you could think of. The room is in good size with a balcony facing the station. The shower is a little tired but is still clean. Washer and dryer work well. Didn’t use any of the kitchen stuffs. WiFi is fast and stable. Will come back again!

just opposite the southern cross airport bus stop , very comfortable, nice view , comfy room, good amenities , helpful staff , perfect will come back again.

great location, if your coming from airport, don't use con-x-ion they are not reliable. use sky bus. Its directly across the road. The only thing I wasn't keen on was having to call 10 mins before arrival. Our host, Jack, was most helpful.

The Southern Cross Apartments are in a great location. The people I dealt with tried to assist me all they could and I was pleased with their help. The room was clean and neat with good facilities. Definitely worth checking this place out and I would stay here again if coming back, this would be a first choice.

Great location and a very pleasant stay! Parking at the apartment was tricky due to the remote sensors but otherwise all good.
