Big Room, easy parking, nice location. Breakfast not as appealing though.
spacious rooms, very well planned, beautiful views, underfloor heating in bathroom, strong strong shower
Good location.Very helpful staff.Luke at the front desk always went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. My only choice of hotel when im in Cape town
Shower not working”
Good location. Good value for money . However shower drain were blocked and this just spoiled the whole experience. Kind regards
My wife and I will definitely re-visit and recommend The Residences to our family and friends. Could not find any reason to disqualify this venue, however hard we tried. Well done to the staff!
WOW..what a GEM?”
As South-Africans, let me rather say, people from the Western Cape we don`t explore our own world class venues. I definitely recommend this venue for a second honeymoon or just a breakaway from the kidz, but if you want to take your dear ones with, there is plenty room for them... I had a spacious studio apartment looking over the mall...what a view.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.
Woke up each morning to the most beautiful view”
They have more TV channels and the music one (Trace) helped a lot when chilling indoors
Ideal location and facilities ”
The Residences Crystal Towers provides me with the ideal location to base my business trip around, it has all I need, flexibility, support, space, modern comfort, access to restaraunts, quietness, security and a good breakfast thrown in
Friendly, proffessonal and helpful staff. Room was amazing, neat, clean. The bathroom had heated tiles and towel rack. The belcony view was amazing. The place is just two minutes walk over the bridge to canal walk shopping centre.
Breakfast was cold no bacon only scrambelled eggs coffee was cold also
The accommodation was fine, but the breakfeast needs to improve a lot, was VERY disappointed with the breakfeast.
I regret I didn't visit that superb city before...”
Excellent...I enjoyed the canal walk, the close big mall, the friendly staff, the shuttle bus to the front beach area...
incredible experience....pure class at budget pri”
The Hotel is classy yet budget friendly. Close to shopping and the beaches. Ideal for Business and Pleasure
The stay was OK. the staff was not too cooperative , due to mix up with the booking in last day I had to move to another room. Poor planning in reception I guess, though I make my booking month in advance. The rooms are clean and really good equipped for self catering. The parking is in the basement and access is through elevator but every time I had to go to reception for stamp ticket to drive out. It cannot work like that. It should be access control to parking which expires when the booking expires with the hotel, please fix it. It would make the stay more enjoyable. Another thing, the most important in hospitality industry: the staff and the security have to be very friendly and helpful!!! Nobody will come back when people are rude.
Short stay, cleaning too noisy”
It is an appartment building attached to a luxury hotel. Breakfast is not included. The rooms are large with kitchen and living area. As there is no carpet in the hallway, the cleaning in the morning is very noisy, waking you up early.
Relaxing and comfortable.”
It was very relaxing and comfortable. All shops and malls were close by enjoyed th scenery and loved the breeze in Cape Town.
Stay was relaxing. Hotel is very luxurious, friendly staff. Spacious room
very clean, location is very close to Canel Walk
