      Close to nature ”
The hotel is next to a paddy field and surrounded by greenery. The villa has open bath concept which really made you feel very close to nature. The staff are very helpful. You can enjoy a lot of privacy too as the hotel only has 4 villas and not crowded with hotel guests. However, need to be equipped with mosquitos propellant especially at night time.

Great stay - nice and helpful staff - free shuttle to and from Ubud”
Clean stay, not crowded with only three Villas. Massive infinity style pool surrounded by ponds and rice field. Free Shuttle to and from Ubud. Very quiet surrounds and Villas are styled really well. Only down side was Wifi not reachable from all Villas, rooms not entirely sealed (where walls meet the roof) and some Mosquitos; but the beds are eligantly surrounded with netting. Air conditioners in all Villas too in case it gets hot.

      Rest, Relax and Recharge”
Villa Pantulan in Bali is my favorite place to rest, relax and recharge. It is beautiful, alive with nature, and the staff is amazing and attentive. Being an entrepreneur of two businesses, I needed a place to go to take a break and refocus my energy.

      An Authentic Balinese Sanctuary”
From the warm greetings on arrival to the final misty goodbye, Villa Pantulan and staff gave more than I had expected. The food under Kayun's care was absolutly delicious and the service friendly and quick. The decor is gloriously Balinese with pools and gardens rich with tropical foliage, surrounding the clean private rooms.

      Happy Guest & Recommended Villa”
This villa has to be one of the best in Bali. Villa Pantulan is a beautiful, luxurious natural and nurturing sanctuary where one feels part of nature as the property and its various levels open onto the natural surroundings of landscaped gardens, a pool, garden and reflecting pools, waterfalls, sculptures and glorious palm and coconut trees with sounds of flowing water and myriad birds. The property is beautifully maintained, and each room is more gorgeous than the next! The staff are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble to them. Do try the cooking class and trekking if you get the chance.

      Were they really expecting clients???”
To start we have to admit that: - the villa is a beautiful site - the food was really good - the staff amiable and helpful However, when we arrived, we were told that not all rooms had the AC...!!! The kids pool was a dirty disgusting pond to grow mosquitos We arrived at 3pm because our flight was delayed and were told that, sorry, to eat here you have to order 6 hours in advance i.e. too late for you! So basically after a tiring journey, in the hotel there was nothing to eat, and nothing to drink not even mineral water ...only tap water that is not drinking water for most non local people especially kids... so expecting a family with two young kids and a baby ... not having at least one bottle of drinking water?????? we were starving and our only option was to go to the supermarket to buy drinking water and wait to be able to go to a restaurant elsewhere! This is not to mention that the rooms were really dusty... The location in Ubud is good when you want to visit around but within Ubud there are better locations for sure, the villa is far from everything except the roosters and cows that wake you up from 3.00am! A little add-on to the very rustic style of the villa. To conclude the area is absolutely not ideal for toddlers and babies. So in short: good staff, agreable site even if there is a clear lack of maintenance!

      Has seen better days”
We stayed 6 nights for our honeymoon and the location, the cleanliness and the staff was absolutely excellent. We had the master villa, which was the most amazing room and garden-bathroom we had on our whole trip! Also the breakfast was good and enough! But the villa is for Sale and we are sure it has seen better days... The cushion linings of the outside seating areas, the deck chair linings and the table cloth were a bit old and had holes or were dirty... There was no food and no drinks except from a view cans of diet coke and water in their fridge. Once I got a coconut fresh from the palm, which was really nice!

Need new management- not up to par!”
      pool; staff friendliness; price
My mother absolutely hated it because there's no tv in room. For me, it needs new management. Every little details were ignored: no glasses in room; water bottles arrived at 6 in the evening; not change drinking glasses daily; broken lights in walkway & tv room; hot shower is on & off; limited breakfast ( which later been told they have more options. I would NEVER come back here again!!!

Rice field View, breakfast, well located
The villa itself is special- huge living areas with individual areas to enable one to get away from the crowd. The villa sits facing fantastic rice paddies view and it was fascinating to watch the daily harvest whilst we were there. Rooms and bathrooms are all well appointed. breakfast was delicious. Villa Pantulan have free shuttle service to Ubud center.

Beautiful Private villa, Breakfast, Great Staff & Service
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. All the requests we made were seen to and they helped us organise our daily activities including white water rafting, massages, volcano trekking, scooter hire and tour through the rice paddies on the outskirts of Ubud. The Villa was only a 5 minute drive into Ubud's city centre and the Villa provided free transfers back and forth. The meals were delicious and we really enjoyed the authentic Balinese dishes served up. We had a cooking lesson from the girls , Made & Wayan with help from Eka and this was lots of fun. The food was plentiful and of high quality and we had most evening meals there.

Amazing - A real Hidden Gem”
      Quiet, Relaxing, Cultural Experiences
We stay at Villa Pantulan with a few friends and it was absolutely amazing. The grounds are superb with reflecting pools and nature integrated into the living areas for a feeling that is completely peaceful. The views overlooking the rice fields give you that quintessential Bali experience. It is the perfect distance from Ubud to provide quiet surroundings, but close enough that you can get into town for shopping and a nice dinner with little effort. The staff is there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As an added bonus they are happy to answer questions about the Bali culture and include you in local ceremonies and events. You can have it all here, quiet relaxing vacation and true cultural experiences.
