The restaurant is a good place to go for very nice good, meal in a very pleasant area.. The chef Dencil Martin and the people who are serving are great.. Also Danish the Bell boy I like to mention. He was very nice.

Checked in to this hotel on 7th September 2019. Reached this hotel by driving my car from Chennai. They claim it a star hotel. No valet parking. We took our luggage out and parked the car in the car park on the basement. Normal check in. But the manager was repeatedly saying NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST since our booking was done so through Agoda for our FAMILY SUITE. Literally annoying. No person to drop our luggage in our room. We carried it ourselves. Room was just ok. No floormat in the bathroom. Not a comfortable bathroom. Cramped toilet area. Damaged pipe fittings. Bath amenities not adequately provided. Spotted some blood stains on the bed. When asked, the manager would only say that as per their policy only one brush and toothpaste be provided in a family suite. Pathetic. Checked out the next day. Again no one to assist. We had to take our luggage to the car. Only best thing was the service of the 2 room boys. Nice service by them that earned 2 stars. Otherwise just 1 star. Worst

Pro Only favorable hotel around that area Free parking 24 hours restaurant SCV with many channels to watch Spacious room Reception staff were helpful Aircon and ceiling fan inside room Cons Toilet: Slippery yellow stains on the floor Rain shower faulty and rusty ,Toilet bowl seat with yellow stains Stained old bucket with scoop for shower All these were reported but no improvements Restaurant: Very slow service Staff’s 5 minutes was equivalent to 30 minutes Never follow breakfast start timing Room service: Cleaning was done at around 4pm instead of morning, The staff need to be reminded for forgetting to place towels and laundry basket Unhappy staff approached us for complaining about the toilet cleanliness Reception: When checking out, the staff requested for feedback but when I gave the negative feedback for improvements , he seemed to be not keen to listen

This was the second time we are staying at the hotel, and although we had a bad experience the last time, this hotel was still one of the better options in Dindigul and we decided to stay again nevertheless. Gladly, we didn’t have any of the issues last time, like missing bookings. The room was clean and tidy. Food was good, both for dinner and breakfast.

Response of the staff for toiletries were slow despite repeated reminders. The restaurant chef was great. Electrical outage (a few times) was not great. Other than that it's a good stay.
The main door was not locking properly. And we have make huge effort to make lock propwrly. Apart from that it was great stay

Cheaply furnished rooms with those stupid plastic colored filters over the windows. Wow, how so luxurious! Mostly an indifferent staff except for Laxmanan who is assistant manager in the bar. He should be promoted.... Also, in fairness, the food in the restaurant is excellent!

But the rooms are strictly budget with very cheap plywood/laminate units. Staff will be helpful if you ask them to do something twice or 3 times. On the plus side the restaurant food is excellent as is service in the hotel's bar. Most notably the bar's assistant manager was very welcoming. I cannot say that of most of the hotel employees.
