Bad choice! Owner does not accept their mistake! ”
I booked this apartment.
First, they just change me to another apartment as they wish. It is different location with where I booked. I complain to Agoda, the reply is nothing is unfair. I book a location that I want and change me to another location, this isn't unfair?
Then, it stated have washer and wifi. However, the room got none. The owner claim that the wifi is beside the TV, but I checked through the whole room, there is none! Agoda just helping the owner but not us! So is this unfair? I sent an email to complain on first day, nobody care to reply until I check out on the third day. And they are putting the blame on me! What are you doing now Agoda!
