“Blissful and quiet stay ”
Resort is about 30 to 50 minutes ride from airport depending on traffic congestion. Concierge, drop off /pick up location, is located behind resort restaurant (facing main road) and accessible via narrow pathway beside restaurant. Rooms/villas are situated behind concierge with reception and pools further to the back. We stayed in one of the room along the pathway leading to the reception. Since this pathway is for guests and electric buggy, the room was very quiet at night during our 1 week stay, very good sleep with comfortable King size bed and pillows. Room was spacious, clean with mini fridge, electric kettle and in-room safe. 2 bottles of drinking water provided every day and can refill with water cooler situated behind reception, next to swimming pool. 2 umbrellas available inside cupboard. Bathroom cum toilet(with bidet) very clean. Refillable shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner available with strong rain shower. Toiletries amenity top up daily, need to request for shaving kit daily if needed. 2 swimming pools available, very clean. However they are narrow and long, can accommodate comfortably 3 person swimming. There are rooms facing the pools. Pools open from 8am till 10pm. Pool towels available. Breakfast spread is adequate at the restaurant in front from 7am. They have Western, local and egg station. Local dishes changed daily. Local 'kuih muih' average, too firm/dry and not enough coconut santan. Main Western dishes almost the same every day, have bacon, chicken and beef sausages. The staff are very polite and friendly, everyone of them from the restaurant, security, concierge, reception, room cleaners, buggy drivers. Compound is very clean, garden well taken care of. A big thank you (Terima Kasih banyak) to all the staff who have made our stay enjoyable and memorable. Used Klook app to book our transport to/fro to hotel/airport. Very cheap and convenient. There are porters at airport, no need to engage them if can handle your own baggage. Trolley easily available, free.
