        Great location”

        A short distance to nearby subway station.. do not expect a luxury stay though. i was assigned to a corner room on the first floor and did not have a good sleep.. the walls and ceilings were thin, as such i could hear noises from upstairs and people walking along the corridor too.

        Good location and helpful staff”

        The hotel is favored with good location in Oxford street very close to shopping area, Hyde park and underground station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank the management, especially Ms. Lisa for very good supports in upgrading my room due to issue with the previous room at late night. But wondering why the reception did not print to me room charges receipt at check out stating that the booking was made through Agoda, and not possible to do so,

        Pungent smell from bathroom during our stay- took them ages to come & resolve the issue after 5 calls in duration of 2-3 hours before attending to it! 😟 Poor service. Fortunately, Staff at reception gave excellent service! 2 out of 4 Lifts broke down during the stay😟 Location is great for shopping.

        Our go to hotel when in London”

        A very strategic location! In front of primark! My mother shop everyday in primark hahaha~ i no need to worry, she just walk across the road. Hotel is clean, and yes the price is a bit high.

        over booked”

        they were over booked and we had to sleep a night over at the other hotel. the hotel that they put us at was going thru some renovation. hard rock hotel to be. scary hotel. run down. staff unfriendly. especially the bathroom condition was horrifying. Spending a night over at the other chain hotel was not an expericnce i want to do again. that is why we didn't book that hotel in the first place... the room that they put us at was also not the same type and the price. It was under what we had booked! the next morning we had to drag our suit cases back to the original hotel and check in again! they did upgrade us in the end...

        Receptionist is not so professional. I booked 2 nights but she mentioned I only have one night booking. These causing a long delay on my check in. Location is good for shopping. Room is spacious and clean.

        Room is big for london standard with superb location - within a minute walk to shopping at oxford street, marble arch subway and big bus city tour. Hotel staff is fantastic and breakfast is good. Definitely will stay at this hotel when i m back to london!

        Convenient ”

        Hotel is located at the main shopping street. Car rental is just next door. Short stay but always our first choice in London. Becus it is simply convenient to get around for food and shopping and to rent a car for our road trips outside of London.

        Good but expensive ”

        Basically this hotel has a very good location in the heart of the shopping area and all services are around. Public transport is less than 2 minutes walk. Good room size. Clean overall. Very expensive but it is expected for the location.

        Will not return”

        Booked 3 rooms & realized my room is smaller than the other 2 & saw from floorplan it was the smallest. Requested to change room & was given a bigger room(which is the normal ones). However, we were told to bring the luggage down next morning by the receiptionist & told that they will be transfered to my new room after 3pm. Came back 5pm, no luggages, called & they said will ask conceirge to deliver immediately. Went out for a play & return @ 12midnight. No signs of luggages again. Went down personally to identify the luggages & then they brought it up. The staff @ concierge told us that no one informed them. On top of that, sent clothes for their laundry services & paid extra for next day morning delivery. However, no signs of clothes after we came back next day in the evening. Called the reception & they got the housekeeping to deliver. Realised the hotel staff have very bad communication among each other & they showed no signs of emphathy. Will not return.

        Entrance is horrible in fact scary”

        the entrance is horrible (small, dirty and dark) and in fact scary with strangers sitting/standing there. we arrived late so forced to stay 1 night but checked out immediately next day and booked another hotel (Marriott) thru yr website. wasted 1 night of charges!

        The room wasn’t ready I had to call them to fix the minibar and the safety box , they didn’t clean up the room I spoke to the manager also lso the Manager didn’t take any action it seems it happens a lot at this hotel . In my view if you want to waste your time you can stay at this hotel

        Second time in Amba Hotel”

        Location is great! If ure crazy about primark then u should stay in amba hotel, located in front of primark, oxford st. My mom spents everyday to go primark hahha~ nice hotel, free wifi, they refill the complimentary bar everyday and its FREE!!! I will stay in amba hotel whenever i go london. The standard room is okay not too big not too small. Nearest tube is marble arch station, u can find cab everywhere. You can get food everywhere, located near Pret a Manger, M&S food hall.. nice stay! I love it. Recommended

        Great place in the heart of London!”

        Oxford Street! This is the heaven for any tourist going to London. This hotel is exactly located in Oxford Street. This newly refurbished hotel is definitely a great choice to stay in the middle of London. With a minute walk to Marble Arch Station, this is definitely the good choice to consider with it's great hotel room and amenities. Definitely recommended for travelers.

        EXCELLENT HOTEL”

        Fantastic location!!! just a corner away from Oxford Street where the shopping area is located. Superb staff- they are helpful and accommodating. Jeffrey Domingo, one of the managers, made us feel at home since we are both Filipino. We got a Family Room which was suitable for us for family of 5. The first room was adequate with 1 king size and sofa bed (room 881) and when we return from Edinburgh our next room rm.754 was much bigger and very spacious with 2 big LED TVs. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Location wise its prefect. Shopping haven!!

        Best Location”

        This hotel location is the best, near Marble Arch Station & Oxford street. The room is big and clean. The staff is friendly. The only thing that I don't like is the hotel smell. The hotel fragrance, room smell, soap, shampoo, and etc. is for the middle east people, but I understand that 80% of the hotel customer is from middle east.

        Great location”

        A short distance to nearby subway station.. do not expect a luxury stay though. i was assigned to a corner room on the first floor and did not have a good sleep.. the walls and ceilings were thin, as such i could hear noises from upstairs and people walking along the corridor too.

        Good location and helpful staff”

        The hotel is favored with good location in Oxford street very close to shopping area, Hyde park and underground station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I thank the management, especially Ms. Lisa for very good supports in upgrading my room due to issue with the previous room at late night. But wondering why the reception did not print to me room charges receipt at check out stating that the booking was made through Agoda, and not possible to do so,

        Above average”

        Pungent smell from bathroom during our stay- took them ages to come & resolve the issue after 5 calls in duration of 2-3 hours before attending to it! 😟 Poor service. Fortunately, Staff at reception gave excellent service! 2 out of 4 Lifts broke down during the stay😟 Location is great for shopping.

        Our go to hotel when in London”

        A very strategic location! In front of primark! My mother shop everyday in primark hahaha~ i no need to worry, she just walk across the road. Hotel is clean, and yes the price is a bit high.

        over booked”

        they were over booked and we had to sleep a night over at the other hotel. the hotel that they put us at was going thru some renovation. hard rock hotel to be. scary hotel. run down. staff unfriendly. especially the bathroom condition was horrifying. Spending a night over at the other chain hotel was not an expericnce i want to do again. that is why we didn't book that hotel in the first place... the room that they put us at was also not the same type and the price. It was under what we had booked! the next morning we had to drag our suit cases back to the original hotel and check in again! they did upgrade us in the end...

        Spacious and Clean Room”

        Receptionist is not so professional. I booked 2 nights but she mentioned I only have one night booking. These causing a long delay on my check in. Location is good for shopping. Room is spacious and clean.

        Good location with good service”

        Room is big for london standard with superb location - within a minute walk to shopping at oxford street, marble arch subway and big bus city tour. Hotel staff is fantastic and breakfast is good. Definitely will stay at this hotel when i m back to london!

        Convenient ”

        Hotel is located at the main shopping street. Car rental is just next door. Short stay but always our first choice in London. Becus it is simply convenient to get around for food and shopping and to rent a car for our road trips outside of London.

        Good but expensive ”

        Basically this hotel has a very good location in the heart of the shopping area and all services are around. Public transport is less than 2 minutes walk. Good room size. Clean overall. Very expensive but it is expected for the location.

        Will not return”

        Booked 3 rooms & realized my room is smaller than the other 2 & saw from floorplan it was the smallest. Requested to change room & was given a bigger room(which is the normal ones). However, we were told to bring the luggage down next morning by the receiptionist & told that they will be transfered to my new room after 3pm. Came back 5pm, no luggages, called & they said will ask conceirge to deliver immediately. Went out for a play & return @ 12midnight. No signs of luggages again. Went down personally to identify the luggages & then they brought it up. The staff @ concierge told us that no one informed them. On top of that, sent clothes for their laundry services & paid extra for next day morning delivery. However, no signs of clothes after we came back next day in the evening. Called the reception & they got the housekeeping to deliver. Realised the hotel staff have very bad communication among each other & they showed no signs of emphathy. Will not return.

        Entrance is horrible in fact scary”

        the entrance is horrible (small, dirty and dark) and in fact scary with strangers sitting/standing there. we arrived late so forced to stay 1 night but checked out immediately next day and booked another hotel (Marriott) thru yr website. wasted 1 night of charges!

        The room wasn’t ready I had to call them to fix the minibar and the safety box , they didn’t clean up the room I spoke to the manager also lso the Manager didn’t take any action it seems it happens a lot at this hotel . In my view if you want to waste your time you can stay at this hotel

        Second time in Amba Hotel”

        Location is great! If ure crazy about primark then u should stay in amba hotel, located in front of primark, oxford st. My mom spents everyday to go primark hahha~ nice hotel, free wifi, they refill the complimentary bar everyday and its FREE!!! I will stay in amba hotel whenever i go london. The standard room is okay not too big not too small. Nearest tube is marble arch station, u can find cab everywhere. You can get food everywhere, located near Pret a Manger, M&S food hall.. nice stay! I love it. Recommended

        Great place in the heart of London!”

        Oxford Street! This is the heaven for any tourist going to London. This hotel is exactly located in Oxford Street. This newly refurbished hotel is definitely a great choice to stay in the middle of London. With a minute walk to Marble Arch Station, this is definitely the good choice to consider with it's great hotel room and amenities. Definitely recommended for travelers.

        EXCELLENT HOTEL”

        Fantastic location!!! just a corner away from Oxford Street where the shopping area is located. Superb staff- they are helpful and accommodating. Jeffrey Domingo, one of the managers, made us feel at home since we are both Filipino. We got a Family Room which was suitable for us for family of 5. The first room was adequate with 1 king size and sofa bed (room 881) and when we return from Edinburgh our next room rm.754 was much bigger and very spacious with 2 big LED TVs. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Location wise its prefect. Shopping haven!!

        Best Location”

        This hotel location is the best, near Marble Arch Station & Oxford street. The room is big and clean. The staff is friendly. The only thing that I don't like is the hotel smell. The hotel fragrance, room smell, soap, shampoo, and etc. is for the middle east people, but I understand that 80% of the hotel customer is from middle east.
