Perfect for us”
We booked here because of the reviews & although we were sceptical we were pleasantly surprised with the place. Warm, tidy & quiet is what we got. Despite the carpark being rammed the whole time we hardly heard a thing. Had a good old chuckle at how soft our twin beds were but we slept wonderfully anyway. Location, price, and ease of access were all on point. We will definitely be going back. Thanks for having us

Clean friendly, 5 minute walk to town, receptionist was lovely couldn’t do enough for us! Breakfast was good

Very close to city bus stations, a good base to get around the town. Good staff easy check in. Tea coffee in the rooms a great asset. A bath very nice after a day's walking. Recommended!

Spot on for Morningside Arena”
Working at the Morningside arena and wanted somewhere close with free parking. Offered reduced price Full breakfast on arrival. Limited but sufficient choice. All staff very good. Room very clean. Parking on first come basis and rather tight but managed to get in. Wi-fi very expensive but you do get 20mins free. Two night stay. Shopped around for best price, found it on this website.

It was under £60 for a Saturday night. A little tired in places .Room no inspired view but working television, decent bathroom and comfy bed. Staff hardworking polite and efficient. Can't apraise food as didn't have any but resonable location for the city centre.

Cheap and convenient ”
Needed this just as somewhere to stay between seeing family did the job clean and great breakfast close to centre for shopping. Negatives non smoking rooms not non smoking could smell cannabis strongly on floor and see smoke and people openly smoking cigarettes in bar not challenged by staff.
