"What a wonderful experience, from the very moment we checked in, until even after we’d checked out! The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful, I can’t remember the last time I experienced true customer service like this. The hotel itself is brand new, incredibly clean and fresh, and very well styled. The pool, restaurant and bar are all located on level 10, and floor to ceiling windows offer stunning views from the hills to the sea beyond the city. After checking in we had a snack and cocktail by the pool in the outdoor bar area, the food was delicious and the atmosphere truly excellent. The bed was so comfortable, my husband and I had the best sleep we’ve had in a long while. The little touches and features around the hotel show a great deal of care, and it all comes together to create a really wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back! "

"The hotel was fantastic as the room (306) was very spacious but it lacked a chair. Had to use my laptop sitting on the bed. My room was on Bank St and Friday and Saturday night (24-25th Aug 2018) was very noisy. There were a lot of fights and people screaming. The Adelaide railway station and casino is only a 3 min walk. Rundle Mall is about 4-5. There are 2 tram stops you can use (Adelaide railway which is closer or Rundle Mall) I would defiantly stay here if the price was right."

"Our visit to Adelaide was for my Father's funeral & the staff showed us so much dignity & empathy. I must mention Christine - she was so lovely (I rang the hotel straight after making the booking) & made sure we were comfortable (she upgraded us to a Marina View room) and allowed us to check-in early so we could get ready for the funeral. All the staff members we encountered were lovely, very friendly & showed much empathy. Our room was just what we needed & had a really nice view of the Marina while sitting up in bed. We were on the ground floor with parking right outside. The facilities, while dated, served our purposes & considering the great price we paid I couldn't have expected any better. The beds were extremely comfortable and the free wifi was a good speed. We saw the plans for the rebuild in the foyer - exciting times ahead for the Comfort Inn Marina. All in all we had a great stay and will definitely return again in the future."

"This is by far the best hotel in Adelaide CBD, nobody else has bathrooms like yours. Baths seem to be a dying item in rooms who's name dictates there should be one "Bathroom", please never get rid of yours. We have been staying here for years but have also tried most of the other hotels in the city, always come back to this one as our favourite. When bringing friends into town, we always stay here."

"A basic hotel but just what we needed to spend our first 4 nights in Adelaide ever in. Myself and my two sons came over from Canberra to see the Socceroos which we thoroughly enjoyed. One bus around the corner from the hotel got us direct into the city and a very easy city to explore and get around. Great value for money and location plus! Hyde Park also offers a great array of takeaways and restaurants which are also within short walking distance of the Jasper Inn. We will stay again when we return for another holiday to Adelaide :-)"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Ibis Adelaide Hotel. The location was fantastic with a short walk through to Rundle Mall. Hotel is close by main tram line which runs down to Glenelg. Plenty of eateries close by to choose from. Staff on front counter very friendly. Room was neat, clean and tidy. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. I look forward to returning again in the future."

"I had a good two-night stay at Sage. It's location on the South Terrace is a bit away from the main CBD area (which is near North Terrace), but the tram is closeby. Plus, it is a main hotel in Adelaide so tour operators can pick you up from this hotel. So, it depends on what you intend to do in Adelaide, as it's fairly quiet no matter if you're on South Terrace or North Terrace. Room service was fantastic, the food was very nice and delivered in a timely manner. As with all Adelaide, friendly people, so the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was a little bit dirty, but I wouldn't fault them that much on that. I had a very nice room, with a complimentary upgrade to the Executive King Suite on the 11th Floor, which had a very nice view along South Terrace looking westwards. "
