Staff are the best .. but the place doesn't work 70% of it price ... gym=tiny room with very old equipment.. csnt call it a suite its a rooms in a room...small places bad furniture... with small window as a sea view!!!!!!!+ window is dirty... only 3 things that good is staff location and swimming pool only ... pictures in agoda is alot different than reality... its a disgrace to the word hotel ... i know motels that way better in 60% lowered price and with greater view

On arrival, we were greeted by a professional team at the front Desk. Knowing that we travelled the way from Riyadh, they decided to upgrade us to the suite so we can relax and enjoy with the kids. The place was very nicely decorated, clean and felt at home. We spent after our day at the beach which was very clean, we did different activities and the kids enjoted building their sandy castles. Breakfast buffet was very good and different varieties, staff professional and friendly at the hotel especially Hamada on the front desk was polite, friendly and professional and made sure we had great time. Highly recommend the place, worth every penny!

reasonable hotel with clean rooms and good service close to the industrial city at the outskirt of Jubail. That means you need a transport to the city or anywhere else. There is nothing around the hotel, the sea,, the beach is close by, a few hundred méters only , but it is not possible for swimming ..! The view from the topfloor restaurant is nice, the staff helpful, transportation available and reliable. Just forget the swimmingpool,it is tiny !

The stay was fine. Only annoying thing was the pillows, they are huge and hard. The GYM is too small and not equipped well Some rooms don't have windows

Staff attitude towards guest needs major improvement, rooms are clean but needs major improvement, furnitures are bit dirty , kitchenware are missing and requests are not addressed accordingly, acceptable for just 1 night sleep.

It was good location and close to all the service you need, comfortable rooms and clean hoell to stay with resenable price

This hotel just for sleeping and staying 1 or 2 dats max. Staff not professional, in the middle crowded area in jubail alballad!!

I had stayed in Khalifa Tower for one day with another family. It was indeed value for money and much impressed on the cleanliness and facilities met more than our expectations. Precisely the property is highly recommended by all means for aspects of hospitality, cleanliness, facilities and location. Highlights:- - Excellent breakfast provided with appreciable service standards (sequel to a "4 Star Facility) - Excellent WIFI facility (uninterrupted strong network) - Cordial/supportive staff (Hats off to Mr. Muheeb, for the memorable hospitality & due support) Suggestions : - Please make provisions of basic kitchen utensils & Bed room lighting should be revamped to reach the class. AT KHALIFA TOWER HOTEL, JUBAIL, WE ENJOYED THE STAY SQUEAL TO A 4 STAR FACILITY WITH VALUE FOR MONEY.

The hotel and the staff are good except for the house keeping staff. We stayed a couple of days but they are not changing our mattresses and blankets and even the complementary refreshment as stated in their advertisement.

Warm welcome and best service provided by hotel staff especially the receptionist (indian) and other staff were very caring

A good standard hotel , just the location which I feel is a bit far from all major places.
