"The hotel staff deserves a special praise! They are professional with kindness far above average, making guests feel welcome, especially Melissa at the front desk, who went the extra mile in finding a very efficient and good translator for me who made my participation in an exhibition a success. Comfortable rooms, as well as the bed. Overall, I enjoyed and intend to stay in this hotel again. "

"I got heavily injured in hotel bathroom and thank god the employees helped me a lot. But the owner of the hotel keeps the first aid kit in his own locked room. He gives whenever you want but he seems so sad for doing that. I wish he could have a smiling face and the first aid kit must be in the reception!!!"
