it's very central in town. the hotel is very classic. the rooms are a bit old and lacked facilities. but it's good for a stopover.
The Dak Hotel is a short walk to the village of Avallon. It is clean, comfortable with spacious rooms and friendly multi-lingual staff. A bar offers drinks eith inside or outside in the garden. Parking is available on site.
A really beautiful spot. Extremely helpful and welcoming and a really very good simple but absolutely delicious evening meal.
A magical place. Wish we could have stayed longer.
