the hotel is in the center of the village. everything is reachable very easily: bars, restaurants, shops, banks, the public tranfer to la chable etc.. the service is very friendly. it's a very fimilar contact between guest and host. the rooms are clean and big enough for everything. i loved the coffee maschine at the reception desk where you can get a wunderful espresso whenever you want.

1.the wifi connection didn't work,or I have to connect it again and again in few minutes 。unfortunately I couldn't connect it in the morning.it showed no Internet. 2.so many flies in room.if I open the door of the balcony it would be cold 3.the pillow is so soft that i couldn't sleep well.and the bed wasn't wide enough,i had to turn round and round，actually I am still tired now 4.the adapter you gave me wasn't fitting .Luckly i still have battery to charge my phone. 5.air the dry，I breath very uncomfortable

Stay was perfect. The people at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with hiking trails and restaurants. The design was perfect and an impressive mix of old and new...old and full of charm with "vieux bois" without being run down and too cliché, and new without being too modern and cold. Bathrooms are a a work of art with gorgeous old tiles and period fixtures but fitted for the future. Hotel is brand new from Decemeber, so everythign is in perfect shape and beautifully maintained. We loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna area. Absolutely everything you could want. Mini-bar also well stocked. If I could have built a mountain hotel; it would be this one! The architects and planners thought of EVERYTHING. Warning: We stayed in September, so occupancy as relatively low (and prices were considerably good) and the restaurant was open only for breakfast which was very fine...I hope they can maintain the same excellent standards when they are booked solid in the winter. I remember that this area of Verbier was a little "out of the way", as it is down from the centre, but it was also a very tired old hotel before. Now, I think it is spectacular, but I question how much rooms will cost in Winter...

It was a lovely garden situation in the host's house. They were very welcoming and it felt like a home away from home. No evening meal was provided but there were restaurants nearby. A very quiet location.

This hotel was very nice - but expensive (Verbier is a very expensive place). The only complaint that we would have is that the breakfast, for CHF 30/person, was not worth it. We ate breakfast elsewhere for less money, as neither of us can eat enough to make CHF 30 worth it. The staff was excellent and attentive - the hotel manager was wonderful, and the rest of the staff reflected her attention to detail!
