Best hotels & accommodations in Brussels

My wife and I traveled to Brussels for the weekend and booked this hotel several weeks in advance. At the last minute we had to reschedule due to some work issues and the hotel allowed us to do so with no penalty even though it was outside of the rebooking window. This was the first bit of great service. The breakfast was spectacular, the location was great, and ove...

Husband and I , along with another couple came to Brussels to meet up with my sister / family to celebrate graduation at the University of Leuven before heading to Amsterdam and other cities along the Rhine. The NH Brussels EU Berlaymont was the perfect gathering place. So near the airport and the metro and the EUC. The metro station was so very convenient to get t...

If you are traveling around Brussels, this is one of the best options there is. Smacked right next to Brussels Midi, this hotel can certainly provide respite before going back on the road. Bonus: there are really good low key restaurants near the hotel, so food won't be a problem.

Everything about this place was great. Perfect location - I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel within 10 minutes, including Central Station. The staff was fantastic. I arrived earlier than the standard 3p check-in so I wasn't surprised when the front desk told me that the room wasn't ready. I took about 20 minutes to change in the lobby bathroom before head...

One of the best business hotels in Brussels, with modern rooms and good bathrooms. Rooms are in shades of white and quite stylish. Most have good views over the city (it's taller than most buildings and is in an elevated area of the city). Breakfast is great and staff is friendly. Checkout took too long though.

Easy to locate - long Avenue Fonsny, barely 5 min walk away from the Bruxelles-Midi station. It is also only one station away the Grand Place. Trains to other cities/towns (Ghent, Brugges) easily available at Bruxelles-Midi. Also easy to obtain a SIM card for your phone there. Hotel is clean, modern, with a great view - if you like seeing trains trundle by, which I do...

Le Meridien Brussels Hotel opposite to Central Station which is a perfect location for all the tourists. It has a nice fitness room for visitors to doing physical exercise also the lobby is grand and comfortable. Also the front desk and concierge service is nice, staffs are helpful and good at english.

This is an excellent hotel very well placed for all the main attractions in Brussels city centre. The welcome from staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable with a great shower in a nice size bathroom. You can purchase breakfast here but there are numerous places to eat within five minutes walk This is one of the best budget hotels we have stayed in...

Extra nice hotel and overall superb experience! Few days later I stayed with a friend in the NH MUSEUM QUATERS in Amsterdam. Amsterdam hotel had awful breakfast service and very few buffet selections when compared to NH Grand Place Arenberg Hotel in Brussels, and yet cost was more than double.

Is pullman. Totally recommend this place to all travelers. Well located at gare du midi, about 15mins to 20mins walk to central. Bike rental are just right outside the hotel. The staff are very nice. Free luggage deposit. Not all hotels in Brussels have this " free luggage deposit " service. I love every single bits about the hotel. 5 stars!!!

i visited brussels for work and stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. as i was travelling from the netherlands to brussels by train and travelling from brussels central station to my office by metro, the hotel's location was imperative for me, and proved to be very convenient. the hotel was also located in a crowded, touristy area near grand place so it was easy ...

Lidia was lovely and fast to check in us as 3 rooms next together, the hotel near to train station and one minute to Carrefour! Everything u need is around, really enjoy the staying, room was clean and organized the cleaning lady was kind .

Center location 5-20 minutes walking distance to almost everything that you need to see in brussell. (manneken pis, grote markt, sint michiel kathedraal) downside it very noisy until late in the morning hour (2-3 pm) due to nearby pub and restaurant establishments underneath the apartments (maybe depends on which apartment you got). Apartement its self quite clean and...

If one is going to the bustling metropolis that is Brussels then look no further than booking a stay at the stylishly modern NH City hotel. An oasis of calm in the hurly burly of the political scene and heart of the Belgium capital, the hotel offers good accomodation at reputable rates and courteous service often found at more luxurious hotel chains. It is a fabulou...

Recommended hotel for short stay in Brussels. Minutes away from where the happenings are. Less than 5mins to the train station. Clean room with a beautiful view of Grand Place. Staff let us checked in earlier. We’ll definitely book again when we revisit Brussels.

We booked the hotel thru Agoda at the last minute, since Brussel is not in our original plan. At the beginning, we look for a chain hotel, to get a guaranteed quality of services. But after reviewing some hotels thru the pictures, then we bet ourselves to choose 9Hotel Central, just because of the location. When we entered into the lobby, then we felt so surprised wit...

This is one of the best hotels during this trip. Great warmly service, and they take care our concerns a lot. The breakfast is gorgeous and super cool. I love everything there, and for sure i will choose it once again if I visit Brussels. Location is great, easy for shopping.

An excellent hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms and service excellent. Close to Leopold Park and the European Parliament. Looks onto a square where there are a number of restaurants and bars and the very busy Maison Antoine, very popular for frites!

We really enjoyed staying here on our visit to Brussels. Its very well located, with clean rooms, warm staff and fairly well priced ( we booked relatively early). Most of the attractions in Brussels are within a short walk - the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis, Galleria, a large number of restaurants, the Central Railway Station, and the Brussels Palace. Good place to check ...

We booked a room for the price but it actually was beyond our expectation as the location is right in the center of Brussels, where you can find the famous mussels along the street outside the hotel, with plenty of waffle shops to choose from, and of course the main attractions in Brussels! Love it!

Location is good. 25min by walk from Brussels Centrale. 20 min walk to Brussels midi. Quiet street. opposite a small shop. The room is clean and well designed. Modern, Spacious room and bathroom. Gel and shampoo were provided. kettle, tea and coffee available in the room. In my room does not work hair dryer. All other was perfect. I recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious and nice. The big problem for me was at the check in. I made the booking with Agoda and I made sure booking is confirmed. I even do the reconfirmed for my booking. The booking was confirmed from Agoda side but at the hotel it appears as the booking is cancelled. It took me like 2 hours to get the room at check in due to this problem. Actually it wa...

I was a bit worried before i go bcos even thou it s 4 star hotel the price was kind of cheap and the rate was not high enough. But everything was perfect. The room i stayed was very spacious and clean. Staffs were kind and helpful. And what i liked the most about this hotel was the location. 5-10mins walking distance from Brussell Midi train station and close to the ce...

Stayed 1 night at Novotel Brussels City Center. Overall, everything is great and staff are friendly. It is in close proximity to the Grand Place, cathedrals and other main attractions, so we only had to walk around for sightseeing. However, driving to the hotel ( and in Brussels city) could be a nightmare. Room is a decent size, not cramped but not only spacious ei...

We just wanted a relaxing week end in Brussels and we found the hotel perfect for that. The room was big and comfortable and the breakfast was decent. As the hotel is quite centrally located it allowed us to go to our favorite eateries in Brussels. All in all if you are looking for a good hotel in the center of Brussels and near public transportation then pick this one...

I stayed in this hotel three times already and it’s simply one of the best hotels ever in airport area. Rate is fair and convenient for me to layover and return to the airport. Staffs there are friendly and the facilities meet my expectations for a budget hotel. I like it and will definitely come back.
Cheapest hotels in Brussels

We only stayed one night in the Meininger Hotel, but it was lovely. The parking is 13€ per day, but there is on street parking just outside (cash only). I would say that the only slight let down was the breakfast - there was not a massive selection and for almost 8€ per head, I would recommend going elsewhere in Brussels, even if you have to pay slightly more. The hote...

The Location is the best advantage to this hotel. On the downside: - common bathrooms (but maybe I didn't notice while booking) - there was snow in Brussels - so extremely cold (with radiators not working) - smell both in rooms and in the bathroom So - lack of maintenance and goodwill on part of the employees/owners.

Tiny but functional room. Very good location near the North Station, Metro and shopping. The sound on the TV did not work, but they offered breakfast as compensation. The door was not tight, so there was a lot of noise from the hallway. The knobs in the shower required good grip-strength, so do not count on making adjustments with wet hands.

Staff couldn’t find our reservation and refused to acknowledge our phone confirmation until we forwarded to them. Downsized our room despite the clearly stayed room booked. From a triple at $78-a stated $65.00 double with NO refund. Manager was totally inept at working computer or making change for the “surprise” city tax.

it was great! it's near the brussel-midi station so we can find the hotel easily :) And the hotel employees are very very kind!!! they take our luggages safety so we can take a trip in Brussel city with an easy mind Hotel was great! But.... Brussel city was so scary...T.T I dont want go back the city again

Hotel has a homely feeling to it. Its near many amenities right in the middle of central Brussels. Although I had paid for the full amount via Agoda, the manager on duty requested I pay an additional city tax, which I declined to do so and felt it was unusual. Check before you stay there for any other surprises of such sort. Overall it was a nice comfortable, clean ...

You can easy reach from Central Station with bus 65, until to the final station (about 35 minutes) and after 9-10 minutes walk. Friendly staff, clean, and, very important, they have free shuttle bus to airport every hour in the morning and in the afternoon. Good if you want to visit Brussels too, because the bus is going until midnight too.

must stayu hotel in brussels as its near to airport, good ambience value for money and food, rooms are fantastic and very comfortable, cleanliness is very good, hotel to airport service is also avilable so i recoommend this hotel for everyone going to brussels.

It's a quiet hotel near Brussels' major landmarks. The room will be cleaned by cleaners everyday and there is restaurant at G/F and bar on the top floor. You could also go to small restaurant nearby. The two-way rails are just outside the hotel and take you to most of the places in Brussels.

The hotel is in a good location near a long shopping street in Brussels, near a street full of good restaurants and near a large supermarket. The hotel is full of business travellers and tourists as well. The room is large enough for 2 people with a separate toilet and a bathroom. Even though the room is not 100% clean, it is still in an acceptable condition.

The staff are very helpful and friendly at this hotel. On more than 1 occasion they provided us with directions and maps on how to get to places and what we should see. The Wifi is so fast and efficient which was a big plus. The rooms are spacious and modern as well as extremely clean. I thought it was weird that we did not get our room cleaned for our 4 night stay. Small hotell with personal service. Clean and spacios room. Adequate internet connction. A good table for working at night in the room. Often missed in many five star hotels. We spent the last day of a Netherlands / Belgium tour in Brussels, and chose the Gresham Belson Hotel because it was located close to the Brussels Airport. On registering, it seems that Ludo sized my wife and I up as not belonging to the upper class, as we were assigned to room 131, back to back to the elevator noise, as well as the closest to the street noise. The r...

I am visitor from Malaysia and basically think this hotel is so value for money, there reasons as below: 1. Good location - 7 mins walk from Midi Train Station and 2 mins walk from Metro and Trem stations 2. Good breakfast varieties 3. Clean and spacious room 4. Helpful staff 5. Safe I will never regret and definitely will be back to this hotel if i ever come back to ...

Great location next to the midi train station, but with that comes train noise and street noise. Room was alright - comfortable bed, great water pressure, but AC made a loud sound every few minutes, which was annoying. Wifi was unreliable and I had limited connection during my stay, but staff were friendly and eager to offer assistance. Overall, it was good value for B...

we were advised to go to brussels on the weekend when many of business hotels drop their rates significantly. on checking, we found this to be the case at the new hotel charlemagne. there was a substantial discount compared to their rack rates. for a couple of euros extra go for the business room. the hotel is located close to the metro station 'schuman' on lines ...

If you want to visit the old Brussels this is the place to stay. From there you can easily walking to the Grand Place and to all other places of interest of Brussels. A lot of bars and restaurants are also available nearby. Rooms are very clean and modern and providing well-engineered storage facilities. Bedding is from first class: mattress, pillows and linens. We stopped over in Brussels for the night and booked this hotel. It was lovely throughout and not to far away from Brussels Midi station. Only few minutes walking from Brussels Central train station and just a breath away from the famous Grand Palace square. I have stayed in many hotels in brussels as I travel there for work on weekends. I looked forward to stay at the Crowne Brussels in the city after staying at the one at the airport and I was not disappointed. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Dominican hotel is a very nice hotel in the center of Brussels. Very stylish, quiet, nice rooms, very comfortable. Really a nice hotel for who wants to spend a week end in Brussels and/or for a stylish seminar. We had 3 day's business meeting in this hotel. The rooms we had were by far one of the biggest and most comfortable I have experienced in Europe for a business hotel. The fact that this hotel was converted from what wa...

I was very happy with the spacious size for 3 people making it very comfortable. It has a nice and modern design . The kitchenette too was we’ll equipped so we were able to cook. One of the best pluses too is the free washing machine and dryer at the basement so we were able to do laundry 2x very late at night . It’s right beside a small gym too so one of my sons and...
5-star hotels in Brussels

This is one of the best hotels during this trip. Great warmly service, and they take care our concerns a lot. The breakfast is gorgeous and super cool. I love everything there, and for sure i will choose it once again if I visit Brussels. Location is great, easy for shopping.

Facilities and Breakfast very good. Suited me to be near the Airport and close to location of my meeting. The reason I would return to Tangla, Brussels is that all of the staff, without exception, were friendly and very helpful. Transfers to and from airport are very efficient.

There is no free wifi as advertised on agoda (the free wifi is only for an hour). You need to pay 6 euro plus for 24 hours use. They do provide a desktop for the guests at the main lobby but that is so inconvenient. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station but 15-20 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions (but not easy to find). More suited...

The hotel exceeded my expectation. The hotel is very well maintained, in fact it looked like it was recently refurbished. Flat screen TV in the room with good selection of programs. Internet at reasonable charge in the room and free access in the reception. The room and bathroom is very spacious

Thank you for the great hospitality and passion that we could experienc at your lovely B&B. Traveler impressions of Brussels
there is a prime city in the center for visitors, but nothing to see or eat if out of this center. inhabitants are mean and not quite nice.
Need a have least 1 pair or 2 pair of comfortable sports or outing shoes that you can walk around to discover something that you will not get in the city.
We stayed for just one night so didn't explore much apart from the area around grand palace. Tonnes of charming shops and eating joints.
Good public transportation, friendly people, troitoirs made of stone not practical for ladies with high heels, saw about 3 women falling down.
A great city with an interesting history. You must try the waffels with cream and toffee. At night its best to just buy a few beers from a kiosk and go to the Grand Palace where everyone simply sits on the ground and the surrounding benches and drinks and socalise long into the night.
great place for a weekend. check out delirium bar and the cocktail bar next door. lots of cool places to hang out and have a beer.
I liked the spirit of the city and the architecture. The food and beet history is quite interesting and there are many cool and unique shops.
Visit the Manneken Pis, Jeanneke Pis, Grand Place-Grote Markt & Atonium. Eat Belgium chocolate, waffles & drink beer while in Brussels!
Brussels is such a strange little city, but very loveable. It has a lot of history, and the architecture is amazing and tells a story all on its own.
Besides the usual Grand Place, check out the Atomium. As for the main Cathedral, look out for the interesting sculptures in the park in front.
Most of the inhabitants is Brussels do not speak English and all the signboard is not in English. The architecture of monuments and cathedral is beautiful but can be improved with better maintenance.
Very interesting city, full of culture, history and, of course, tourists. A lot of things to do. One trip is not enough.
Nice city with a lot of landmarks to visit, planty of museums, bars with local beer and restaurants..
We have a great time in Brussels flower carpet festival. However, if you wanna really enjoy the night view of the carpet, you must take part in the open ceremony, because that is the only lighting show with firework.
it's a nice place with good cuisine-i really enjoyed the pistolet sandwiches. although beer and food can be pricey here, you get what you pay for and there is a lot of quality food and sights within the city.
brussels is a big village that maintains a small town feel even inside a cosmopolitan metro. there are many unique buildings and long historical anecdotes to be shared, but the mussels and fries are the real highlights.
There was nothing much to do in Brussels. We spent most of our time travelling out to the nearby cities.
Brussels is a really nice city especially if you like chocolate! what can I say, chocolate paradies.
Excellent for sampling Flemish cuisine. Brussels is an ideal city to wander around aimlessly and exploring the sights.
Nice city with many local shop. Like walking down a small alley and entering a local Belgium Chocolate shop, tasting the flavor of sweetty.
In Brussels you must try the chocolates at Neuhause, Godive and Chocopolis. Brussel is famous for the beers and I recommend the Kvak, Westmalle, Orval and Leffe.
There was little to see or do. I'm glad I can tick it off my travel bucket list but I wouldn't go back again.
Really good, really interesting street art, really nice parks and churches and really friendly helpful people.
Brussels like many other European captial cities is quite pricey. I would strongly recommend that you bring more than enough Euros to spend during your time there.
I like the city very much. Make sure you take a one day tour! very nice experience. The laser show at Grand Place is amazing.
Its a small city but it has everything you can ask for. There is history, shopping, excellent food & restaurants, traveling around is very convenient.
A very clean and friendly city. I have no problem finding my way to the destination by asking locals for direction as they're more than willing to help.
Great place to visit, be aware of where you are going to stay. I ended up changing hotel because the area that my first hotel was in was undesirable (good hotel, was hassled by some of the locals because I was a female travelling alone.
It is small city and costs less than half day to walk around the center of the city. One day is enough for sightseeing.
Brussels has some culture but primarily a city surrounded by European politics, so it may not be the best place to experience authentic Belgian culture.

More about Brussels
There is no shortage of sights or activities when in Brussels. If there is one place to start, it would be the Grand Place and the 300-year old buildings that surround it. Most sites, especially in the old part of town, are within close proximity and easy to get to on foot. The statue of Manneken Pis is one such site and is an iconic fixture in the city. From Basilica Koekelberg - the fifth largest church in the world - to the Atomium, the simple sight of the splendid architecture here is enough to provide hours of entertainment. There are many museums to be explored as well, offering insight into history, culture, art, and science. Visits to a brewery, a horse-drawn carriage ride, and shopping for famous Belgian chocolates are but a few more of the wonders to be experienced in Brussels.
