Best hotels & accommodations in Castlemaine

This is my second time staying in this Lodge in Castlemaine. Staffs are friendly and the room is cozy for a good rest while staying overnight in Castlemaine area. The location is good that it's within walking distance to the centre of town while being away from the major traffics. Price of the hotel stay is value for money. Unlimited internet with good connection and s...

This is a classic country motel, so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big city hotel. However, if you're looking for somewhere to kip for the night, that is clean and tidy and in a location that is easily reached, then Castle Motel ticks those boxes. Our host was accommodating of our late arrival and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

felt like home. Cosy, left to our own devices. Big fluffy duck down doona made it hard to get out of bed. Bakery on corner of hotel AMAZING. im vegetarian and lived in the bakery, wandered down in my fluffy robe in the morning to get breakfast. recommend to anyone.

It was ok for an overnight stay. The room was a bit small. Too squashed to use both chairs at the table. Not enough room to prepare things to eat. Were concerned about safety with the proximity to the back road. Only a small fence and a basic sliding door to protect from anyone breaking in to the room.
